At that moment, the door to the Sick Room was pushed open, and a man and a woman walked in. The man was of medium height, with deep yellow-dyed hair, wearing a bright red short-sleeve shirt with a low neckline that revealed a tattoo on his chest.
The woman was dressed exceptionally sexy, her small mouth painted bright red. As she walked, her assets swayed up and down. Fei Hu took a closer look and realized that this woman was one of the KTV hostesses known as Big Sister. Fei Hu recognized her; after all, she had seen countless guests, so she acted as if she didn't see Fei Hu.
The two stood in front of Bald Zhang, and Big Sister grinned, saying, "Big Brother's spirit seems to be getting better and better. It looks like you can be discharged soon."
Bald Zhang glanced at her and said irritably, "Whether I can be discharged or not is up to the doctor; it doesn't matter what you say."
The yellow-haired man behind Big Sister smirked and said, "If you don't want to leave, then just lie there. You can stay for a year and a half if you like. We're here tonight just to say hello. Starting tomorrow, you'll have to pay your own medical bills; we won't be coming back."
"What did you say? Say it again," Bald Zhang said, sitting up straight in agitation.
The yellow-haired man crossed his arms and mocked, "What's wrong? Do you think the cut on your head is too small? Do you want me to make it bigger?"
Fei Hu, sitting on another bed, felt anger rising. He coldly asked, "Are you looking for a fight?"
Only then did the yellow-haired man and Big Sister realize there was someone else behind them. They stepped back slightly. The yellow-haired man looked at Fei Hu and coldly replied, "Whether I want to fight or not is none of your business. Keep your mouth shut, or I'll make sure you end up lying next to him."
Fei Hu couldn't sit still anymore; this guy was too arrogant. He stood up with a smirk and said, "Alright then, let's see what you've got."
The yellow-haired man was indeed not one to back down; he clearly had a ruthless streak. As soon as Fei Hu finished speaking, the yellow-haired man kicked out toward Fei Hu's abdomen. The space between the two beds was already small, leaving no room for Fei Hu to dodge. Just as the kick was about to land, Fei Hu swiftly grabbed the yellow-haired man's ankle with his right hand. He bent his legs and exerted force with his right hand, lifting the yellow-haired man off the ground and throwing him from Bald Zhang's bed to the other side.
There was a loud crash followed by a thud. Suddenly, the door to the ward burst open, and A-Lian and Xiao Qi rushed in. Upon seeing the scene inside, clever Xiao Qi immediately closed the ward door from the inside and stood guard at the entrance.
Big Sister did not expect Fei Hu to be so formidable; she nervously covered her mouth with her hand. The yellow-haired man slowly got up from the floor, supporting himself with his hands on his waist. He angrily shouted, "You dare hit me? I see you're asking for trouble!"
As soon as he finished speaking, A-Lian standing beside him suddenly lifted her leg and stepped on the bend of the yellow-haired man's leg. He stumbled and knelt on one knee. A-Lian stepped forward, grabbed his arm, and twisted it behind his back, causing him to scream like a pig being slaughtered.
A-Lian wasn't gentle; beads of sweat rolled down the yellow-haired man's face like beans from the pain. Fei Hu suddenly shouted at Big Sister, "What’s going on here? You better tell me honestly; otherwise, I’ll take care of both of you tonight!"
Big Sister panicked and quickly said, "Big Brother, this has nothing to do with me; he planned everything himself! I'm just a supporting character! I didn’t expect to get nothing out of this money; not only did I get used by him for free, but I also ended up spending two thousand dollars on medical expenses! Do you think it's easy for me?" As she spoke, Big Sister began to sob softly.
Fei Hu shouted, "Shut up!" The Big Sister immediately stopped crying.
A-Lian let go of her hand, and the yellow-haired guy slowly stood up. His earlier bravado had vanished, and he hung his head low, not daring to lift it. Fei Hu coldly asked, "Did you hear what she just said?"
Only then did the yellow-haired guy raise his head and glare at the Big Sister before reluctantly nodding.
"Listen carefully, this isn't over. Once his head is healed, I'll make sure your head looks just like his. You'll come to the hospital, and I'll pay for it. How does that sound?" Fei Hu's voice was low and terrifying.
The yellow-haired guy didn't expect to encounter someone today who could not only fight but was also more ruthless than him. He felt deflated like a punctured balloon, standing there with his head down, not daring to say a word.
However, the Big Sister was a bit clever; she quickly smiled and said, "Big Brother, please don't say that in anger. It was this idiot who didn't know better and made you angry. How about this? I'll go down right now and pay more money, and I’ll come every day to take care of him until he recovers and is discharged. Does that work?"
Just as Fei Hu was about to respond, Bald Zhang, sitting on the bed, loudly interjected, "I don't want your care! I want him to come every day. Starting tomorrow, if he comes one day less, I'll stay one extra day in the hospital. We'll drag this out; I don't believe you can outlast me, yellow hair!"
Knowing when to stop was Fei Hu's principle. He saw that things were getting close enough and told the Big Sister, "Go pay the fees. Don't make me unhappy by dragging this matter to the police."
Upon hearing this, the Big Sister hurriedly ran off while saying, "I'll go right now!" Fei Hu looked at her bouncing chest and thought about how some women were so well-endowed while others were as flat as an airstrip.
After a while, the Big Sister returned with the hospital receipt. Fei Hu saw that they had paid three thousand at once; that should be enough. He then told the Big Sister, "You can go back now. Make sure he comes on time tomorrow. If he doesn't show up, don't blame me for being rude."
The Big Sister hurried over and pulled the yellow-haired guy away. Unfortunately, he seemed to have hurt his waist from the fall earlier and walked with a limp; otherwise, they would have run away.
Bald Zhang quickly nodded at Fei Hu and said, "As soon as you showed up, I regained my confidence. These past few days in bed have been frustrating because of this kid. I originally planned to wait until I recovered before finding a chance to deal with him; now it seems that's unnecessary."
"Be careful with people like him; I'm worried he might seek revenge," Fei Hu warned Bald Zhang.
Bald Zhang shook his head and replied, "No way! He was just putting on a tough front; deep down he's already been subdued by you. If he comes tomorrow and I add some fuel to the fire with a few words, I doubt he'll dare to cause trouble again."
"Hey! What are you still doing here? Visiting hours are long over!" A young nurse pushed open the door and walked in.
Fei Hu quickly smiled at her and said, "Sorry! I got so caught up in the moment that I lost track of time."
The nurse glanced at Fei Hu and said with a smile, "Come on, why are you so excited? He's been here for a few days now, and this is the first time you've come to see him. You should have come earlier if you were this excited."
"That can't be true! I've come several times already, and you don't seem to have any effect on me," Fei Hu replied, making a funny face that made everyone laugh.
The nurse pouted and said, "You're just trying to fool me." As she spoke, she pushed Fei Hu toward the door, and everyone waved goodbye as they saw them off.
On the way back, Xiao Qi, feeling a bit disgruntled, said to Fei Hu, "Brother Fei Hu, you're so bad! I don't understand why you have such good luck with women. What's so great about you?"
"Hehe, if you don't understand now, you'll get it when you grow up," Fei Hu said while glancing at A-Lian, who was lost in thought.
Xiao Qi heard this and shouted unhappily, "Sister Lian, he keeps bullying me, saying I haven't grown up!"
A-Lian snapped back to reality and smiled as she replied, "You may have grown physically, but your heart hasn't matured yet. What he said is not wrong. However, as you gain more experience, you'll grow up quickly. Look at me; I'm almost old now," A-Lian said with a hint of sadness.
Fei Hu looked at A-Lian and gently asked, "Are you still worried about that matter with the fifty thousand yuan?"
"Yes, it's over fifty thousand yuan! It's not just five hundred. If we can't get that money back, all our hard work over the past year will be for nothing. The sisters' salaries are tied up in that amount. But Boss Hong has run off to Hong Kong; how am I supposed to find him?" A-Lian said helplessly, shaking her head.
Fei Hu thought for a moment and said, "Don't worry too much. Hong Kong isn't America. When I have some time, I'll go with you to Hong Kong. We can't let him take even a single cent from that fifty thousand."
Upon hearing this, A-Lian's face immediately lit up with a bright smile.
