A very strange phenomenon occurred: two phantoms appeared outside Guan Yue's body—one black and one golden. At the same time, three colors of light continuously emerged from Guan Yue's head—five-colored light and seven-colored light—the Nine-Colored Radiance illuminated the entire cave with dazzling brilliance.
Fang West's heart trembled.
She suddenly recalled an ancient legend she had once heard. At that moment, the legend clearly surfaced in her mind, but she dared not dwell on it.
She couldn't believe what was unfolding before her eyes. Could it be that this Guan Young Master, the elegant gentleman who had saved her life twice, was truly the person from the legend?
"No, I won't let him leave me. I want him to stay with me; I absolutely won't let him go." As she clearly observed everything before her again, Fang West silently made up her mind.
This Guan Young Master was someone she recognized as a good person, a good man. She had to keep him; she must keep him.

Not a single Bodyguard would have guessed that she was actually a woman!
However, there was one thing that displeased everyone about her. Since they set out, every five days, she would drink alone. The aroma of her wine lingered in the air for a long time.
It would have been fine if she drank alone, but once she started drinking, the Bodyguards' wine instantly turned tasteless, like drinking water.
The Bodyguards unanimously believed that Jin Xi was drinking exceptionally good wine—something they had never tasted before. But she wouldn’t let anyone else drink it, leaving the Bodyguards helpless.
It seemed they couldn't overpower her either!
Jin Xi was part of a convoy consisting of more than fifty people. It was escorted by a long-distance Bounty Agency known as the Atlantic Escort Agency. No one knew what cargo they were transporting; only the person in charge of this escorting mission knew. His surname was Wu, and he was a Disciple at the Breaking Heaven level—the only one among the Bodyguards at that level. The Bodyguards referred to him as Wu the Escort Master.
Jin Xi found it curious: what could they be transporting to the Ocean Harmony Empire? Even tofu had become as expensive as meat! She didn’t understand and didn’t want to understand. All she wanted was to reach the Ocean Harmony Empire as soon as possible and find Guan Yue!
With over fifty Bodyguards pulling more than twenty large carts, more than half of which were loaded with food, the convoy also included three female cooks around thirty years old who were reasonably attractive. Of course, only those at the Heaven-Breaking Realm and above could see these lights.
Moreover, during his surveillance, Wu the Escort Master found out that Jin Xi was actually a beautiful young woman. This revelation sparked wicked thoughts within him, and he constantly wanted to possess her.

This little mustached man was a ruthless killer: Murderous Hu. He was also a Disciple of the Breaking Sky realm, but a strong figure in that realm was very well-known in this area.
Wu the Escort Master immediately stepped forward and cupped his fists, saying, "Lord Hu, hello. It's been a long time; it's truly an honor to see you again. What brings you out for a stroll today?"
"Old Three Wu, stop trying to get close to me; we aren't that familiar. I'm here to cause you trouble. Last year, you slipped away from me without leaving any compensation; this year, I intend to collect what I am owed from last year."
Wu the Escort Master quickly replied, "No problem. Since Lord Hu has spoken, we naturally have some gifts to offer. Let's prepare two gifts for you. Someone, bring Lord Hu two hundred taels of Golden Red Sand and two Century Sand Ginseng."
"Old Three Wu, enough with the nonsense. I order all of you to strip down to your underwear and stand aside; otherwise, there will be no mercy," Murderous Hu coldly declared with arrogance.
