"I don't understand what you're saying. Who guaranteed our ancestors wouldn't trouble us again?" I scoffed.
"Well, I was a bit careless and forgot about you few 'Little Dolls'," Los Crystal chuckled awkwardly.
"I think you really want to kill us," I insisted.
Los Crystal had already appeared before us, still arrogantly puffing out his chest, his expression showing impatience.
"Little Doll, don't push me too hard. Even if I were to eat all of you right now, that little thing called Death wouldn't really fight me!" Los Crystal's tone shifted to a threatening one when his previous words had no effect.
"You could easily kill us; our ancestor is definitely not your match. But don't forget, if the ancestor insists on making trouble for you, that certain someone probably won't let you off easily," I said with a cold smile. "Besides, what kind of person are you, Los Crystal? Today, because of us few juniors, you keep going back on your word. Don't you fear being laughed at if this gets out?" I was well aware of Los Crystal's weakness and remained calm without a hint of panic.
Before my words fell silent, Los Crystal's face had already changed through various expressions. He was angry, but he wasn't foolish enough to act out of impulse; he could still weigh gains and losses.
"...Fine, I'll let you go," Los Crystal said through gritted teeth, his face stiff.
Being constrained by juniors like this was quite humiliating; swallowing his pride like that wasn't easy for him.
"I'm afraid—" I deliberately elongated my tone while sizing up Los Crystal.
"What? Do you want to negotiate with me?!" Los Crystal's anger flared up, teetering on the edge of rage.
Seizing the opportunity, I stopped provoking him and raised my voice, "Unless you tell me about the Fire Spirit Stone."
Los Crystal was taken aback; he clearly didn't expect me to ask him this. But he quickly composed himself, losing the earlier bravado as if he hadn't heard anything and feigned ignorance, "What Fire Spirit Stone? I don't know."
"How could you not know? Otherwise, why would you seal the Ice Spirit Stone?" I cut straight to the point without beating around the bush.
"You ask what that thing is for, could it be—" Los Crystal squinted, continuously scrutinizing me.
"I'm not as ambitious as you think," I replied.
From the expression on their face, it was clear that Los Crystal suspected I had developed a greed for the Ice Spirit Stone and Fire Spirit Stone.
"I don't know," Los Crystal said coldly, indicating they had no intention of elaborating further.
"I might as well tell you, I am indeed interested in the Ice Spirit Stone and Fire Spirit Stone, but it's definitely not for selfish reasons. I just want to have an extra bargaining chip in hand, so that when the time comes, it can help maintain balance."
The others, including Taiyang, showed signs of confusion; they must have been puzzled by my statement about "when the time comes."
Now wasn't the time to explain; as long as Los Crystal understood what I meant by that moment.
"Just based on you?" Los Crystal said disdainfully.
"Of course, I don't have that much confidence. However, as a disciple of the Yama Queen and a descendant of my ancestors, I should exert all my energy," I deliberately mentioned the two to make a point to Los Crystal.
"I truly do not know," Los Crystal replied.
I didn't expect them to still refuse to reveal the whereabouts of the Fire Spirit Stone. Doubts began to rise in my heart about whether Los Crystal actually knew anything at all.
"You can ask me as many times as you want; it won't help. I don't know, and there's no need for me to lie to you, Little Doll," Los Crystal reiterated when they saw my disbelief.
The atmosphere suddenly became tense; it was difficult to continue questioning in this manner.
"Why don't we leave first?" Taiyang suggested to me.
"That's right; we've wasted quite a bit of time here. Our priority is to find your Life Stone so we can stop Siyimo's demonic army," Xiaopu agreed.
My Life Stone has been missing ever since. However, Kurozawa once told me that the Life Stone was placed in the Demon Abyss, and I have been hesitating whether to take that risk.
"Leave now; there is nothing you need here... Even without the Fire Spirit Stone, you have the Ice Spirit Stone in your hand. In the future, you won't have to worry about anyone threatening you with these two spirit stones," Los Crystal suddenly spoke, his voice weary.
"Are you really going to let us go?" I asked.

"Thank you. However, my ancestors have already anticipated this and bestowed upon me a divine artifact that can seal them, so you need not worry about that."

"Xi Meng, what are you thinking so deeply about?!" Xiaopu suddenly appeared beside me and asked loudly.
I snapped back to reality, my mind echoing with Los Crystal's words before we left—he said the Fire Spirit Stone was already here?
Sighing, I asked Xiaopu, "By the way, has Chiba woken up?"
"Well, it's already recovered," Xiaopu said with a smile.
"What about Silver Moon... still asleep?" I asked cautiously.
"Sigh, I'm at a loss this time; I've never encountered a situation like this," Xiaopu said, hanging his head in frustration.
"You've done your best; now we can only rely on him. We can't do anything about when he wakes up," I comforted Xiaopu.
It's strange to think that before I left, Silver Moon had slowly begun to wake up, and Xiaopu later mentioned that Silver Moon was recovering well. But this time, after we came out of the Demon Realm, when we saw Silver Moon again, he was still in a deep sleep, and all our efforts had yielded no results.
"By the way, the Sun asked me to ask you where we're going next," Xiaopu inquired.
At that moment, we were still in the Lost City of Lothar. I looked at the desolate streets and frowned.
"There is a place that has news about the last Life Stone, but it's too dangerous."

However, there were more unexpected things, like the sudden appearance of several people in front of me.
"Gauss," I called out.
It was none other than the first group of Ghostly Figures I encountered in the Lost City of Lothar, led by Gauss along with several Ghostly Knights from the Demon Royal Family.
"I didn't expect you to actually come out from the Demon Realm," Gauss said with a smile.
"That's none of your business," I replied coldly.
Suddenly, I recalled Silver Moon's sudden slumber and shouted, "Is Silver Moon's sleep related to you?!"
Gauss appeared unconcerned and cheerfully replied, "That's none of your business."
"You—!"
"Hmph, the supposedly loyal Ghostly Knight has betrayed their master. So, who is your new master? It wouldn't be that woman Siyimo, would it?" I mocked.
The other Ghostly Knights behind him intended to attack me upon hearing this. Gauss, however, was not angry and waved his hand to signal them to stop.
"What's wrong? Did I hit a nerve?!" I continued to provoke.
Their appearance before me so openly surely wasn't just for a life-and-death struggle; they must have had something to discuss. But I couldn't muster a friendly demeanor towards those who intended to harm Silver Moon.
"I'm not here for any other reason. If you don't want to see us, we won't appear before you again. Just listen to me: don't trust your eyes too easily."
After saying this, Gauss extended his right hand and lightly pounded his fist against his heart a few times while looking at me seriously. He maintained this for less than ten seconds before turning around and leaving with the other Ghostly Figures.
Watching them depart, I fell into deep thought...
Don't trust my eyes too easily; I should believe—
I placed my hand on my heart. Is it my heart?
Was Gauss also expressing his absolute loyalty to me?
Overturn everything, disrupt my thoughts from the beginning, and assume that everything I believed before was wrong, then—

"Xi Meng, why are you always daydreaming?" Xiaopu nudged me.
As I came back to my senses, Chiba, the Sun, Curse Seal, and Xiaopu were already in front of me.
"Nothing," I shook my head.
"You can tell us now, the location of the last Life Stone," Xiaopu asked.
I bit my lower lip, unsure of how to start.
"It's okay; we can discuss it together," the Sun gave me a warm smile.
"Yeah," Chiba nodded as well.
"No matter where you want to go, I'm with you," Curse Seal finally spoke after a long silence.
"That's right; everyone has spoken up. It's your turn now, Xi Meng," Xiaopu said.
"The last Life Stone is in—"
"The Demon Abyss... the place where the demon race was sealed, and also where I last met with my companions," I said in a low voice, with an almost imperceptible sigh.
"Is this news reliable? Who told you?" Chiba asked.
"It was someone from Siyimo, who told me before dying," I replied.
"That sounds too untrustworthy; that person is probably lying to you," Xiaopu said.
"It doesn't seem like it. He has saved me multiple times and ultimately died because of me. The reason I could return to the Underworld is also because of him," I explained.
Chiba pondered, while the Sun stroked his chin, contemplating the credibility of the matter. Curse Seal remained silent, keeping his head lowered.
Only Xiaopu looked at me with a gossiping expression, wearing a sly smile.
I shook my head, looking at her helplessly. As her grin widened, I reached out and tapped her on the head, saying firmly, "Focus on serious matters."
Xiaopu pouted and shot me an annoyed look, mumbling to herself for a while.
"But why did he hide the last Life Stone there? If he truly cared for you, he should have given it directly to you or placed it somewhere familiar," the Sun questioned.
I hadn't considered that before; my mind was filled with guilt over Kurozawa's death, and I had overlooked this issue.
After the Sun's question, I felt a bit puzzled as well.
