Hearing Liu You'er emit a human voice, the other party hesitated for a second, revealing a strange expression as if judging Liu You'er's identity. However, due to the overwhelming pressure from the Zombie, Liu You'er was completely immobilized. Suddenly, out of the corner of her eye, she vaguely saw two figures lying on the ground; glancing in that direction, she recognized Liu Yue and Xiaomin. At that moment, they were inexplicably charred all over and lay limply on the ground, seemingly unconscious. 0

The Second-Level Zombie was initially quite pleased with the fear it instilled in others. Having just broken through a Barrier, it had regained some human emotions and intelligence, feeling a sense of superiority akin to that of a five-year-old child. However, to its surprise, the other party ignored it and looked elsewhere. Enraged, it stomped down hard on Liu You'er's head. 0

As Liu You'er looked at the fallen Liu Yue and Xiaomin, a surge of anger welled up inside her. Overcoming the oppressive aura of rank, she suddenly felt a gust of wind rushing toward her head. In a panic, she rolled to the side but still felt the wind brush against her left shoulder. Although it only caused a slight sting, her left arm had already gone limp and was swinging loosely; it had dislocated. The concrete floor where she had been standing bore an imprint about five millimeters deep from the stomp. 0

A chill ran down Liu You'er's spine: "With that kind of force, I’m lucky I dodged quickly; otherwise, my head would have been crushed!" 0

Yet the Second-Level Zombie frowned in displeasure: "This low-level Zombie didn’t obediently get crushed underfoot?!" This realization seemed to pique its interest as it launched another rapid attack on Liu You'er. 0

Having often been injured while practicing judo, Liu You'er expressionlessly twisted her dislocated arm back into place. Seeing the Zombie charge at her again, her expression turned serious as she assumed an offensive stance. Lowering her body slightly, a sharp dagger appeared in her hand as she counterattacked. However, despite its chaotic attacks, the speed and strength of the opponent far surpassed hers, leaving her barely able to evade without any chance to retaliate. 0

The Second-Level Zombie had initially thought it could end the fight in just a few moves before heading off to feast on the humans it sensed nearby. To its surprise, however, the opponent held on much longer than expected and kept making small cuts on its body with what seemed like a piece of metal! 0

Although these small cuts were completely ineffective against it, the Zombie still felt somewhat irritated and decided to stop playing around and get serious. This made things difficult for Liu You'er. She had thought that this was the limit of the Second-Level Zombie's speed; little did she know that it had merely been toying with her all along. Finally, after more than thirty exchanges, after blocking a kick aimed at her head, her left arm was completely incapacitated—likely suffering from a comminuted fracture. Feeling chunks of bone shift within her arm made Liu You'er's face pale as she switched her dagger for a gun, pointing its dark muzzle at her opponent. 0

The Second-Level Zombie, unaware of what this object was, charged straight at Liu You'er... 0

"Bang!" The loud gunshot startled sparrows perched on the eaves and attracted several excited Zombies gathering around the factory upon hearing the noise. However, when they reached about fifty meters from the factory, they hesitated simultaneously and stopped to linger without advancing further. 0

At the same time, the loud sound also stunned the Second-Level Zombie, which couldn’t comprehend how that low-level Zombie could produce such a loud noise with whatever it held in its hands. Meanwhile, Liu You'er was equally stunned as she looked at the smoking wall behind the Second-Level Zombie, frantically thinking: "Damn! I couldn’t hit anything even from just over five meters away?! What kind of nonsense is it that people on TV can hit targets from dozens of meters away on their first try?!" 0

At that moment, the opponent's fist was already swinging towards her. Liu You'er could only grab the arm of the Zombie and turn around, preparing to use its force to throw it away and take another shot. However, upon turning, she realized that the opponent's strength was greater than she had imagined; it actually stopped her in place and swung her up, slamming her hard onto the ground, causing Liu You'er to spit out a mouthful of black blood. She saw the opponent reveal a cruel smile and reach for her head! 0

"At this moment, they were less than three meters apart!" 0

Liu You'er immediately raised her gun, aiming at the chin of the Second-Level Zombie. The recoil from the handgun had caused it to rise slightly, so she learned from the experience. But unexpectedly, this Zombie seemed to sense a crisis and hurriedly dodged to the side. The bullet grazed its cheek, directly blowing off one of its ears, causing its body to pause for a moment. Taking advantage of its daze, Liu You'er attempted to spring up like a carp but nearly failed due to severe internal injuries, spitting out more blood as she quickly retreated to the farthest distance from this Zombie, pressing against the wall. She took a small bottle of well water she had prepared earlier and drank it down, then fixed her gaze on the Second-Level Zombie while putting the bottle away and continuously working on her shattered bones with her right hand. 0

At this point, the Second-Level Zombie was stunned. Its hand reached towards Liu You'er but then touched its own face instead, feeling a pain it had never experienced before. It brought its hand back in front of its eyes; the bloodstains clearly indicated that it was injured! It had actually been hurt by a low-level Zombie!!! 0

"Roar~~" It let out a tremendous roar that made the Zombies lingering fifty meters away in the factory immediately turn and flee further away, not daring to stay even for half a second. 0

Liu You'er smiled bitterly and thought, "This is it; it's completely enraged now. But thankfully, I still have two bullets left; perhaps I can still fight!" But in the next second, it felt as if a bucket of cold water had been poured over her from head to toe, chilling her to the bone. 0

Because she saw that electric lights were starting to appear on the opponent's body! This left her utterly dumbfounded!!! 0

"How am I supposed to fight now?! Should I quickly use Teleportation to retreat? I can use it five times; if I go fifty meters away, it shouldn't be able to chase me!" 0

However, this thought flashed through her mind only to be dismissed immediately because Liu Yue and Xiaomin were still unconscious. If she left, they would be doomed! She absolutely would not allow those she cherished to disappear before her eyes again! Her originally flickering eyes filled with retreat transformed into determination as she instinctively tightened her grip on the gun. 0

"Zizz!" "Zizz!" "Zizz!" 0

She saw blue electric lights begin to emerge from the opponent's body and rapidly charge towards her with thunderous power, leaving the severely injured Liu You'er unable to dodge in time... 0
