Looking at the Electric Light striking Liu You'er, the Second-Level Zombie's eyes reflected a determined gleam.
After a loud bang, a black charred area about one meter in diameter appeared on the cement floor, still stained with spots of blood, causing him to frown: "Where did that low-level Zombie go?"
At this moment, Liu You'er was lying on the bed, clutching her charred arm. Although her body was uncontrollably convulsing, the pain was the most unbearable. She thought, "So Zombies feel intense pain when electrocuted too!"
Her cherry lips had been bitten and were bleeding, and her whole body felt as if it were being torn apart. Yet she was eager to know what was happening outside. Suddenly, her Mental Power drained away, and the scene before her blurred before becoming clear again, revealing the interior of the factory. She saw the Second-Level Zombie rushing back to her original position, searching back and forth but finding nothing. In a fit of rage, it let out a roar and angrily walked towards Liu Yue and Xiaomin, who were lying on the ground, a blue Electric Ball the size of an adult man's fist appearing in its hand.
Seeing this scene, Liu You'er didn't have time to think and immediately rushed out of her space to stop it. But unexpectedly, this Zombie had set a trap for her! The moment she appeared, it turned around and hurled the Electric Ball at her. She instinctively held her breath and aimed her gun at the Electric Ball, firing as it came within two meters of her.
With a bang, the bullet hit the Electric Ball directly, shattering it. However, many of the scattered electric sparks still struck Liu You'er, causing her to furrow her brows in pain.
The Second-Level Zombie saw its Electric Ball miss and became furious; its eyes turned red as it charged towards Liu You'er, who had already lost all means of defense. She had exhausted her Mental Power in the space earlier and could no longer even escape.
Taking one last deep look at the two people on the ground, she lowered her gaze and felt herself being lifted off the ground by a tight grip around her neck. Reluctantly facing the terrifying face covered in blood with one ear missing, electricity continuously drilled into her body through its hand, causing immense pain. After a while, for some unknown reason, a warm current within Liu You'er began to move and slowly intertwined with those electric currents, making her feel as if she were about to explode.
"Ah~" she screamed in agony as a strong desire for slaughter erupted within her. The suppressed bloodthirst inside her exploded completely; her eyes turned red. The warm current within her began to devour those blue Electric Lights, turning them into part of herself and starting to roam within her body...
The Second-Level Zombie was unaware of Liu You'er's transformation and continued to electrocute her while enjoying the twisted expression of pain on her face. It felt an inexplicable pleasure and grinned savagely but soon noticed that after a spasm from Liu You'er, she no longer showed signs of pain and instead looked at it with fierce eyes. Her left arm's shattered bones began to reassemble on their own; skin on her arm moved up and down continuously as wounds on her body healed at a visibly rapid pace.
Alarm bells rang in the Second-Level Zombie's mind; it immediately shook off Liu You'er and turned to flee. However, just as it was about to escape through the door, it felt a surge of white electricity wrap around its body, halting its steps and slowly pulling it back! It hurriedly dropped to the ground, fingers digging into the cement floor with a terrified expression as it tried not to be pulled back but found it futile. It continued to be dragged backward, leaving deep scratches and broken nails on the ground while its eyes widened in disbelief at how this low-level Zombie that had previously been trampled like an ant suddenly became so powerful.
Finally, he was pulled to the feet of Liu You'er, his body turned over by a hand as withered as a shaman's, facing Liu You'er directly.
At this moment, Liu You'er was surrounded by flickering white Electric Light, covered in blood, her hair moving without wind, her pupils completely turned red. Her nails and teeth had become exceptionally sharp, emanating a faint bloodthirsty glow, as if anticipating the dismemberment of her prey.
The Second-Level Zombie was already terrified, desperately unleashing dazzling Blue Electric Light in an attempt to shock Liu You'er away. However, it found that the White Lightning emanating from her devoured all of its Electric Light, while she wore a look of enjoyment. Then, she knelt on its chest, her knee slowly descending, causing her sternum to emit cracking sounds. Yet her face remained adorned with a gentle smile as she cruelly said to herself, "It's my turn now."
"Roar~"
This Zombie, whose chest had completely caved in, let out a painful roar because Liu You'er's white Electric Light was continuously drilling into its body, causing it to convulse violently while emitting white smoke and the smell of charred flesh.
Liu You'er slightly tilted her head back, seemingly intoxicated by the scent, feeling a strong hunger as she looked at the pitiful Zombie that couldn't escape no matter how much it struggled or even turn over. Her smile turned cruel as she opened her mouth and began to bite down like a vicious dog...
Before long, Liu You'er rose up covered in blood and swallowed the Core filled with black blood. The Second-Level Zombie beneath her was already dead, its head smashed to pieces and its innards scattered everywhere; the scene was almost unbearable to look at.
As the Core was absorbed, the hunger subsided, and Liu You'er gradually regained her senses while the White Lightning seemed to have a life of its own as it retreated back into her body.
Looking at the pile of shredded flesh beneath her, Liu You'er hurriedly got up, unable to believe what she saw. The heavy moonlight enveloped this silent world and shone through the dust-covered windows of the factory onto Liu You'er’s blood-stained body, allowing her to see clearly what she had just done.
"No, this isn't me! It can't be!" She shook her head in disbelief and looked in horror at Liu Yue and Xiaomin lying on the ground, not daring to let them see what she had become. Yet the memories of what had just happened were deeply etched in her mind—the thrill of tearing into prey and the wonderful sound of bones breaking constantly reminded her that all of this was her doing!
After mustering some spirit, Liu You'er stumbled toward Liu Yue and Xiaomin. She checked their physical conditions and quickly gave each of them a bottle of Well Water before hastily leaving that place.
Standing outside the factory, she felt as though the entire world had turned blood-red. Her perception had expanded significantly; she could even sense several sparrows a hundred meters away. With a thought, she instantly appeared on the road a hundred meters away. Yet she had used less than one-fifth of her Mental Power. This did not bring her joy; she only wanted to escape this hellish place. She couldn't imagine how Liu Yue would view her once he regained his senses: "I am still human! Even if my body has mutated, my brain is still human!" At this moment, her thoughts were chaotic as she recklessly used Teleportation.
"Not far enough! Go further! Further!"
Uncertain how long she had been Teleportation, or how many times, until she finally appeared in a strange and dilapidated Dilapidated Apartment Complex. There wasn't a single Zombie around, and she finally felt at ease, sitting in place and staring blankly. It wasn't until the moon hung high in the sky that she slowly fell down and entered a state of sleep.
Not far away,
A short man with a sharp face said, "Hey Jay, it seems like there's someone over there! Should we take a look?"
The man referred to as Jay thought for a second and replied in a low voice, "Hmm."
