A scarred Veteran shouted after kicking a few students who hadn't gotten up, "We Special Forces do not raise useless people. You new recruits, immediately go execute your first test mission.

Now, in order to prevent his body from being infected, Rek kept his Genetic Mech fully armored. His Genetic Mech level was still too low; once fully armored, he could not use the Bone Blade anymore.
Under the Veterans' urging, these new recruits, who were truly experiencing battle for the first time, left the temporary camp and jogged toward the Ruined City ahead.
The road to the Ruined City was a flat avenue without any trees, leaving no place to hide if they thought about deserting.
To survive, they had no choice but to enter the Ruined City ahead and find food to last ten days.
Rek intentionally distanced himself from the new recruits, Student.
Faced with a lack of food, Rek had witnessed too many cannibalistic incidents in this apocalyptic world. Sometimes, unreliable teammates could be the most deadly.
This time, Rek had his entire body transported to this parallel world by the War God System, and he was grateful that his Stamina remained intact.
Avoiding the more than ninety teammates, Rek first ran to the side of Ruined City, finding a sunken dirt pit to lie down in.
It was still afternoon, and Rek did not plan to be the first to venture into this unknown Ruined City.
Just as he settled into the dirt pit, he heard gunfire coming from the front of Ruined City.
Later that night, Rek got up; everything around him was shrouded in darkness.
Fortunately, thanks to the night vision capabilities from the basic state of Genetic Mecha Armor Transformation, he could see the ground clearly.
Rek skillfully controlled his Genetic Mech, entering low-energy stealth mode as he cautiously approached Ruined City.
There were no walls surrounding Ruined City, just a few ruined factory buildings, which allowed Rek to easily jump inside.
He wandered carefully through this Ruined City, searching for food.
The military had assigned him a ten-day reconnaissance mission, and without food and water, he would undoubtedly perish.
However, after checking two supermarkets on the streets and several residences, Rek found that all edible food had already been scavenged, and there was no bottled water left.
"Find food and hide in a room at the edge of the city! I need to complete this New Recruit Trial Mission first," Rek thought.
Above his right eye, only he could see the countdown of the Doomsday Weapon's launch, like a death warrant, making Rek feel somewhat anxious.
Suddenly, Rek heard a "crack" sound, the noise of a small stone falling. He quickly turned around and, using the night vision capabilities granted by his armor, saw a person wrapped in rags about fifty meters away, aiming an old-fashioned Bullet Gun at him.
Rek swiftly threw his dagger, which successfully flew the fifty meters and embedded itself in the person's forehead.
Cautiously, Rek found a large rock to hide behind for a few minutes. After noticing no further movement, he ran towards the rag-wrapped person he had just killed.
He pulled the dagger from the forehead and wiped the blood on the rags before starting to loot the body.
There was no food, only three pitiful bullets and an old Rifle.
Rek peeled back the rags on the person’s body and discovered that their skin had turned a dark bluish color. He couldn't tell if it was due to some virus infection or if they had been exposed to radiation for too long.
Carefully, Rek moved the corpse to a nearby abandoned store and slung the Rifle over his shoulder as he continued searching.
At a collapsed building, Rek spotted two individuals wrapped in rags entering the underground parking lot of the building late at night.
Inside the parking lot, there were several hidden mechanical guards.
Uncertain of the enemy's strength, Rek decisively abandoned that lead.
Continuing his search, he unexpectedly found a Gene Collapse humanoid monster. Its body resembled a pile of fat as it lay sleeping inside an empty Beef Shop.
"A low-level Gene Collapse Mutant; it must have survived after being exposed to radiation. Hunting it could allow me to use Genetic Mech to absorb some energy to upgrade my Symbiotic Host and mech body," Rek thought upon seeing the large mutant.
In his previous life during the apocalypse, those wandering warriors who obtained Genetic Mech not only hunted dangerous Alien Species for energy to upgrade their Genetic Mech but also sought out other means of survival.
In order to survive and become stronger, many Genetic Mecha Warriors are more eager to hunt Mutants. They have discovered that as long as they kill living beings, the Genetic Mech can absorb a portion of energy based on their strength. Moreover, hunting Mutants is much safer than hunting Alien Species from Dark Space, and the energy obtained from them is not less than that from Alien Species.
Some Genetic Mecha Warriors specialize in ambushing solitary humans and other living beings. Rek has been attacked several times by wandering Genetic Mecha Warriors and has sustained serious injuries.
Mutants like the Gene Collapse type are often seen by Rek, especially during the invasion of Alien Species in the Main Plane of Earth in his previous life, and he has hunted them before.
These similar Gene Collapse Mutants were referred to as "fat meat" by humans at that time, and everyone rushed to kill them. They have low intelligence and are much less aggressive than Alien Species, yet they contain a significant amount of energy due to genetic mutations.
However, areas where such "fat meat" appears in abundance usually have high radiation or toxic chemical leaks, or are infested with numerous Alien Species carrying radiation sources.
Approaching them requires the Genetic Mech to undergo full-body armor transformation; otherwise, staying too long would turn oneself into "fat meat."
Rek controlled the Genetic Mech to move quickly over, and with a swift slash, cleanly severed the "fat meat's" head.
This head-chopping skill was honed by Rek in the Biohazard World; one slash for one head. After chopping thousands of Zombies, he could do it with his eyes closed.
Rek's right hand controlling the Genetic Mech moved to the "fat meat's" Heart position. The five fingertips of the Genetic Mecha Armor Transformation instantly elongated as if they were alive, transforming into five writhing biological tentacles. These tentacles penetrated the "fat meat's" Heart and quickly absorbed its bodily energy.
After more than ten seconds, the "fat meat" shriveled down to just a layer of skin and bones, with all cellular energy absorbed by Rek's symbiotic Genetic Mech.
