Rek placed his left hand on the neck of the previously severed "fat meat" head once again. The five fingers of his Genetic Mech quickly wriggled and penetrated into the skull, draining the brain in just two or three seconds.
Rek discarded the skull and scalp held in his left hand.
"When can I drain that bastard War God System's head?" Rek couldn't help but think.

Rek discovered that there were many similar "fat meat" Gene Collapse Mutants and mutated animals in this Ruined City.
In order to upgrade his Genetic Mech, Rek, relying on his exceptional combat skills and previous experience, began a frenzied hunting spree, killing from the weak to the strong one by one and allowing Genetic Mech to devour them.
Some of the Mutants were relatively strong, and they had some fresh water remaining in their dwellings. After Rek killed and devoured these creatures, he also solved his drinking water problem.
After hunting several mutated creatures, Rek directly cut off the edible meat he remembered without using Genetic Mech to consume it.
He found a pot, placed the meat inside, and boiled it in water until it was tender before eating it directly. As for the broth, since Rek wasn't too hungry, he didn't dare to drink it for fear of an upset stomach.
Nine days passed, and Rek's initially thin, nearly transparent Genetic Mech had now leveled up slightly to a light green color.
Rek was now able to condense a bone knife from the Genetic Mech on his right hand while fully armored.
With only one day left before the ten-day mission limit of the Special Forces, and after hunting mutated creatures to increase his strength, Rek prepared to check out the underground garage he discovered on his first day here.
During the nine days of hunting Mutants and creatures, only twelve of the more than ninety new recruits who had come with Rek to this city were still alive and able to fight.
These twelve new recruits had gathered into two small teams, but most were too hungry to move.
"Hey, everyone! Want to drink some Mutant Beast broth?"
Rek, with a large pot of steaming bone soup, became the temporary leader of the thirteen-member squad.
The twelve surviving recruits all possessed Genetic Mechs.
In the past few days, due to a shortage of food and water, they barely managed to hold on thanks to the symbiotic state of their Genetic Mechs.
However, since their Genetic Mechs were generally of low level, if Rek hadn't shown up, it would have been lucky if one-third of them could make it out of this Ruined City by tomorrow's mission time.
"I found a Glorious Empire outpost in this Ruined City. Let's work together tonight to take it down. There should be food inside, and after eating, you'll have the strength to leave tomorrow," Rek said.
With Rek intentionally not adding much water and bones, the twelve recruits only managed to drink a small bowl of broth, which hardly replenished their energy, leaving them in a state of extreme hunger.
They had just over twenty hours before they were allowed to leave this Ruined City, and then they would need to walk more than ten kilometers to return to the Star Alliance Military Convoy.
The twelve recruits knew that if they didn't find something to eat soon, their chances of returning alive to the military convoy tomorrow were very slim.
Having been hungry for several days, the temptation of food at the outpost was too great.
In the late night, Rek led the Hunger Squad in a surprise attack on the outpost. After successfully taking down a few Machine Guardians, the Hunger Squad charged in without needing Rek's orders.
Rek followed behind, providing support and finishing off any remaining enemies.
Hunger Squad moved quickly. For the past nine days, they had been relentlessly hunted by the Glorious Empire wrapped in banners. Tonight, all their anger erupted as they fought and rummaged through corpses for food, stuffing it into their mouths.
Inside the base, the Glorious Empire soldiers had discovered some low-ranking troops entering the Ruined City nine days ago. However, they never expected that the low-ranking soldiers from the Star Alliance Federation, whom they had been chasing like mice for several days, would have the audacity to launch a surprise attack on their stronghold tonight.
More than two hundred soldiers of the Glorious Empire, wrapped in banners, mostly died in their sleep. The remaining twenty guards were taken down by Rek leading the Hunger Squad.
After the battle, the underground garage was covered in blood.
Out of twelve members of the Hunger Squad, two were killed in action, while others sustained minor injuries.
In an open area inside the parking lot, those wrapped in banners from the Glorious Empire had actually hung up over forty bodies of new recruits who had entered the Ruined City using metal chains at the back of the underground warehouse.
Most of these hung-up recruits were corpses, with some bones scattered on the ground next to a large pot.
The living ones had several pieces of flesh cut off; these captured recruits were clearly being kept by the Glorious Empire as fresh meat for consumption.
Upon discovering this gruesome scene, several members of the Hunger Squad, who had previously scavenged dried meat from Glorious Empire corpses, began to vomit.
The Glorious Empire kept these living recruits quiet by cutting out their tongues.
These tongue-less recruits could only make muffled sounds when they saw their teammates finally arrive, with tears streaming down their faces.
The organs and flesh of these hung-up recruits had been cut away in many places. Their wounds had been wrapped in clothing for several days and had become festering. Under such conditions, without advanced medical equipment on the front lines, there was no hope for survival.
Rek picked up a Rifle. With a few gunshots, he put these barely alive recruits out of their misery.
"Leave two people to guard the passage, and the rest should look for food and useful weapons.
Two of you go and take the Soldier Tag from our fallen comrades and bring it back," Rek said, ignoring the few squad members venting their anger on the corpses.
Rek himself walked deeper into the underground parking lot.
In the context of Previous Life and the extinction of humanity by Alien Species, Rek had seen too many similar deaths, some even worse than this, so he felt little today.
However, the scene tonight would likely be unforgettable for the ten new recruits who were experiencing battle for the first time.
Deep in the parking lot, Rek found three high-energy mineral crystals. These were used to recharge the Machine Guardian at the underground entrance that Rek and his team had previously destroyed for the Glorious Empire.
Such high-energy crystals were rare; even Genetic Mech could absorb them. After absorption, Rek estimated that Genetic Mech could level up again.
Just as Rek was about to use his forced mech to absorb them, he discovered that the high-energy crystals in his hand had completely dissolved, as if they had never existed.
Rek flipped his hand over.
"Although this amount of energy is a bit small! However, it can still be used by the System.
Everything in the universe belongs to the War God. According to our previous agreement, the energy obtained by Host belongs to the System, with four layers reserved for your future use of the Permanent Clone Technique. The energy obtained by Host in the mission's Parallel Space is also included in this agreement," a shameless voice from the War God System echoed in Rek's mind.
