Super Soldier Academy Fortress has begun moving in the Dark Dimension, separating from the Sanctuary Base. Another fortress focused on biomedical research is docking with the Sanctum for energy transfer. 0

Inside the Metal Playground of the Super Soldier Academy, new students in uniforms are undergoing military training under the guidance of their homeroom teachers. 0

Dressed in a dark red Special Teacher outfit, Blue-Haired Muya holds a longsword and looks at Little Alice, who stands alone beside her. 0

"Is that brat Rek not coming?" Maya asks through clenched teeth. This new student had insulted her during the Opening Ceremony on the first day, and now he dares to skip military training. 0

Blonde Alice responds awkwardly, "We received an email in our Special Class Two inbox yesterday afternoon. It's a sick leave note from the academy's infirmary for Rek." 0

Maya flips through the sick leave note on her Wrist Communicator, nearly throwing it in anger after reading it. 0

"New student Rek, due to experiencing significant emotional distress during the Opening Ceremony, is currently exhausted and receiving emergency treatment in the infirmary, and therefore cannot participate in military training. --- Super Soldier Academy Infirmary." 0

The infirmary holds a position second only to the principal within the academy. 0

Maya knows that the sick leave note is nothing but lies. Just yesterday, Rek was lively and energetic; there’s no way he could be suffering from emotional distress. 0

If anyone should be feeling emotionally drained, it would be Maya herself. 0

"Alice, you need to go to the infirmary this afternoon and tell Rek that he must attend tomorrow's military training for Special Class Two. Otherwise, he might as well hide in the infirmary for life," Maya says angrily. 0

Alice makes a silly face and begins her exercises under the guidance of Maya, the Sword Goddess. 0

In the afternoon, a Golden-Haired Girl weaves a small flower crown and visits room 102 of the infirmary to see Rek. 0

Upon entering room 102, Alice sees Rek leisurely lying on the hospital bed, with some new students nearby giving him leg massages and peeling sunflower seeds for him. 0

"Rek, are you feeling better? I've come to visit you," Golden-Haired Alice said as she approached the hospital bed, tossing a small flower wreath onto Rek's bed. 0

"Ah! It's the Ability Awakened!" The injured patients in the room recognized the Golden-Haired Girl who had appeared at the Opening Ceremony. They dared not cause trouble and temporarily distanced themselves from Rek, returning to their own beds to watch. 0

"Alice! I'm not dead yet, why are you bringing me a flower wreath? I didn't expect you to even get Victorious Monkey to help. What did you promise that monkey for him to agree to assist you?" Rek asked, voicing his confusion. 0

"That's not important, Rek. What's important now is that if you don't meet with your homeroom teacher Maya tomorrow, I won't be able to report back. Moreover, Maya said that if you don't participate in military training tomorrow, you'll never have to leave the infirmary again. You might find that wreath useful soon," Alice said with a cold smile. 0

Rek thought for a moment and helplessly replied, "My wife is really mischievous; this is quite troublesome!" 0

"You still dare to call Maya your wife? Are you preparing to be crushed by her?" Alice secretly admired Rek's audacity. 0

Alice was unaware that Rek had undergone the War God System's biochemical crisis Infinite Loop mission, as each Host's mission was randomly assigned by the War God System and varied from one another. 0

Rek said, "How about this? Accompany me to the shop in the academy where they sell items. I'll buy a gift for Maya, and you can help me deliver a letter to her." 0

"Giving a gift to Class Teacher Muya to bribe Maya into forgiving you is a good idea! But make sure to buy something expensive; if you don't have enough money, I can lend you some. Maya's background is not simple; she won't look at cheap gifts," Golden-Haired Alice suggested. 0

"Just take me to the shop; I know what Maya likes," Rek said confidently. 0

With fifteen pairs of admiring eyes from the injured patients watching them, Rek and Ability Awakened Alice left the hospital room. 0

"Rek isn't really trying to pursue Class Teacher Muya, that demoness, is he?" 0

"Giving gifts to women might actually work." 0

"I bet tomorrow Rek will return to the infirmary with both legs chopped off." 0

"I bet both legs and both arms will be chopped off." 0

Fifteen Injured began to gamble on Rek's fate for tomorrow in the ward. 0

Alice brought Rek to a small Pedestrian Street. 0

This Pedestrian Street was not as bustling as the one in Sanctum, but it still had over ten small shops. 0

"That store sells premium diamond jewelry! Why did you walk past it?" 0

"That one sells Natural Crystal! Why didn't you go in and take a look?" Alice pointed out a shop selling high-end gifts that women love to Rek. 0

Rek led Alice into an inconspicuous little shop that sold old and vintage items, making Alice frown. 0

Rek asked the shopkeeper, "Boss, do you have those old-fashioned small radios? It doesn't matter if they're worn out, as long as they're sturdy and still work. The key is that they should be cheap and functional." 0

"I'll take a look; I should have something." After hearing Rek's words, the Boss began rummaging through his old boxes and finally pulled out a metal radio covered in a thick layer of dust from the bottom of one box. It was about the size of a small water bottle, with paint chipped off around the edges. 0

The shopkeeper looked at the radio and felt it was too dirty, so he grabbed a cloth and wiped it down before plugging it in to test it. 0

The radio emitted a "crackling" sound, and after about five or six minutes of tuning, it was ready. 0

The shopkeeper stroked the old radio and said, "This little radio can receive low-frequency broadcasts and can also transmit sound. But only those who have devices capable of receiving low-frequency signals can hear what it transmits. 0

It’s hard to use in Dark Space. Even if you bring it back to the Main Plane of Earth, it probably won't be useful since very few people have such old radios and receivers now. This kind of radio is considered an antique. If you're sincerely interested in buying it, I can sell it to you for three hundred Star Alliance Coin." 0

"Alright, if it works, then it's settled. I'll buy it." Rek said decisively, and after paying the store manager, he asked him to package the radio. 0

Alice, standing nearby, looked incredulous and hurriedly asked Rek, "You can't be serious! You're going to give such a piece of junk to Maya! Do you want to get chopped into pieces tomorrow? If you need money, I can lend you some." 0

Rek confidently replied, "I'll write a letter to Maya and you can deliver it to her. This thing is definitely more useful to Maya than crystal diamonds." 0

Rek took a blank sheet of paper from the store manager and began to write: 0

"Dear Master Muya, 0

Your appearance resembles that of a dear friend of mine, which has led to some minor misunderstandings between us that may not be pleasant for you. I have specially chosen a gift for you, and I hope you will accept it. 0

A precious item that can make you the spiritual leader of humanity's future: a radio. 0

Some people are already feeling lost about the future and need someone with noble character like you to be their savior, to rescue humanity's future by guiding those who are confused and giving them hope. 0

In the darkness, let these lost souls see a glimmer of light. 0

Broadcast every day; saving humanity's future depends on you—" After rambling on for over a thousand words, Rek finally ran out of ideas and stopped writing, handing the letter to Alice. 0
