After Doctor Mie and the Yin Yang Principal left, Moon Goddess pushed open the door and walked into the Emergency Room.
The Moon Goddess walked up to Rek, her tone filled with surprise as she asked, "Why did my mentor, Doctor Mie, say you are not a good person? What did you two just talk about?"
"Nothing much. The Yin Yang Principal said he wanted to give me a reward and asked what I wanted. I mentioned the reward I desired. It seems the first reward I asked for was too expensive for him to provide. The Yin Yang Principal then offered me a knife as a reward," Rek replied casually.
"Oh. Since Doctor Mie and the principal have left, are you still sleeping in the operating room, or should I find you a hospital room?" the Moon Goddess inquired.
"I think I'll just stay here for the night. It's so late now that I won't get much sleep anyway. Besides, Master Muya will probably be back early tomorrow, and if she sees me in a different room, it would be hard to explain," Rek said.
"Alright then."

That night, Maya was in her teacher's private quarters, using a radio to deliver a speech about salvation.
As the speech was nearing its end, Maya spoke with fervor, "Today, one of my subordinates was ambushed by Alien Species. In the battle against them, he was severely injured but did not give up; he held on to his will to survive. After single-handedly defeating the Alien Species, he dragged his wounded body back to my side.
Now, this subordinate of mine is in the operating room fighting for his life. I pray that he will recover.

The next morning at dawn, the Moon Goddess went to the cafeteria in the medical office to get breakfast and brought it back to the operating room. After Rek finished eating with satisfaction, he asked the Moon Goddess to contact Maya.
"The surgery was very successful. Your student, Rek, has recovered after a night of emergency treatment by Doctor Mie and can be discharged now. It's best not to engage in strenuous activities for a short period."
Maya was delighted to see the message from Moon Goddess. She quickly changed her clothes and went to the infirmary to pick up her student, Rek.
By the time Maya arrived, Rek was already waiting outside the infirmary building.
"You can walk already? Didn't you just have surgery?" Maya asked Rek.
"After the surgery, Doctor Mie was worried about my recovery speed, so she had me lie in the advanced recovery Special Treatment Pod for a few hours. The advanced healing solution cured my body. Doctor Mie said I'm fine now," Rek replied, jumping in place as he spoke to Maya.
"Alright, stop jumping. You just had surgery; you can't do anything strenuous. Doctor Mie's medical skills are truly impressive."
"Rek, next time you encounter Alien Species, remember to call for help and run away. Don't try to fight them alone," Maya said after stopping Rek from jumping.
"Got it, Master Muya."
"You just got discharged today, so take a day off with Alice. Start attending classes again tomorrow," Maya said after looking at Rek.
"Okay." After hearing this, Rek bid farewell to Maya and headed toward his dormitory.
When Rek returned to his room, he saw Alice, the Golden-Haired Girl, still sleeping in bed wearing cartoon pajamas, with her calves and arms exposed and no blanket covering her.
"This is just an old witch pretending to be innocent! I mustn't fall for her seduction," Rek warned himself internally and turned away to lie back down on his Metal Bed to sleep.
He hadn't slept well after being awakened once by the Yin Yang Principal in the Emergency Room last night.
Rek didn't wake up until noon and found that his roommate Alice had already left; he was alone in the dormitory.
Rek got up, adjusted the curtains behind the door, and summoned a clone from the Tower of Desire.
Rek began experimenting in the room to see how many items the clone could bring into the Tower of Desire each time.
The clone successfully brought in a chair on its first attempt, and it disappeared. On the second attempt, it lifted a table, which also vanished. However, when the clone touched the Metal Bed connected to the wall, it disappeared, but the Metal Bed remained beside Rek without vanishing.
After more than ten trials, Rek reached an accurate conclusion.
As long as the clone could lift non-sentient objects, regardless of quantity, they could be sent into the Tower of Desire. Additionally, the Tower of Desire functioned similarly to an independent preservation unit.
Rek tried having the clone take a cup of hot water into the Tower of Desire. Half an hour later, when he took it out, the water was still steaming, showing no change at all.
Moreover, objects with different scents placed inside the Tower of Desire would be isolated and preserved without interfering with each other.
After stopping the experiments, Rek instructed the clone to return everything previously taken to the Tower of Desire back to its original place.
Rek thought for a moment and filled several Water Bottles with drinking water, asking the clone to take them back into the Tower of Desire for storage.
By storing pure water, he would not have to worry about running out during missions in Dark Space due to unforeseen circumstances.
Rek planned to go to the academy's supermarket to purchase some food and other small items. He thought about how he shouldn't waste the space ring; it needed to be utilized effectively.
