After a year in this world infected by the Biohazard Crisis, Starry Glory now commands over a thousand people and has established this human survivor base, Small Fortress.
However, Elder Starshine still feels a sense of regret, even though he has returned to what can be considered a world with humanity.
His subordinates were able to repel Fifth-Stage Zombies with the fortress's heavy firepower just a month ago.
Yet, Elder Starshine has one lingering regret: he currently resembles an Alien Species and has not found a way to restore his human form; he is still not human.
From the data reported by his subordinates, Elder Starshine has gained a general understanding of the technological and medical levels in this world.
This Biohazard World is at least twenty to thirty years behind the technology level of the Star Alliance during the time of Earth's self-destruction, and that is an understatement.
It can be said that the technological and medical standards in this world are quite backward.
Moreover, two years ago, a Biochemical Crisis Virus outbreak occurred here. This terrifying virus halted all technological research, further degrading medical standards. If things go poorly, civilization could face a breakdown, and humanity could face extinction once again.
In recent months, Elder Starshine has painstakingly rescued several doctors and acquired some medical equipment for his subordinates.
He then had these doctors examine him, but after checking his body, they all wore strange expressions and seemed unable to speak.
Elder Starshine realized that these doctors were still too inexperienced; they couldn't analyze the cellular and genetic forms of his current Alien Species state, let alone help him revert to being human.
Elder Starshine also tried to contact Rek, the mysterious boy.
However, ever since Rek brought him to this relatively satisfactory space, he hasn't followed up.
Elder Starshine attempted various methods but could not reach Rek.
Today, feeling frustrated while standing on the roof of his fortress and staring blankly into the distance, a familiar Golden Time Gate appeared before him.

Rek appeared at the top of Small Fortress with the Moon Goddess dressed in blue and white sportswear.
“Rek, I have been waiting day and night, and finally, you have come. Where have you been for the past year? Why didn’t you come to find me? Are you here to take me away, or to help me regain my humanity in this world?” Starry Glory said excitedly as she looked at Rek.
Moon Goddess curiously gazed at the head floating in front of her, which clearly resembled an Alien Species. This Alien Species could speak normally and possessed intelligence.
This was the first time Moon Goddess had encountered a talking Alien Species.
“Were you human before?” Moon Goddess asked curiously.
“Who is she?” Starry Glory also noticed the Silver Hair girl standing next to Rek, wondering why Rek had brought a little girl along this time.
Rek pointed at Moon Goddess and said, “She is a physician named Moon Goddess. You can call her Moon God Doctor.
Moon God Doctor is skilled in Ancient Medicine and modern medical practices, and she is currently trying to combine both fields.
If there is still a doctor in my world who can help you revert back to being human and cure your mutation into an Alien Species, it would be Moon Goddess.
When she comes next time, she will help you with treatment in this world to see if it’s possible to reverse your transformation into an Alien Species and restore your humanity.”
“I’m not as capable as you say, but I can give it a try,” Moon Goddess said somewhat shyly.
After hearing this, Starry Glory felt a bit skeptical about Moon Goddess’s medical abilities. However, considering that Rek could traverse time and space with some miraculous powers, the person he brought this time should be extraordinary. Thus, Starry Glory did not dare to underestimate Moon Goddess.
“If this Moon Goddess is the only hope for turning back into a human, I must treat her well,” Starry Glory thought to herself.
“Let’s go; it’s not convenient to talk on the rooftop. First, let me show you my fortress. I’ve also managed to find some medical equipment and set up a laboratory. It would be great if Moon Goddess could check my head in the lab,” Elder Starshine said.
With a thought from Elder Starshine, the metal door at the rooftop entrance opened, and his head floated ahead to lead the way.
“Come on, don’t be afraid. The scariest thing in this Biohazard World is not death; even if you die, you can be reborn. If death isn’t scary, then nothing else can be,” Rek comforted the still adjusting Moon Goddess.
Following Rek, they walked through the metal door behind the floating Starry Head.
Descending the Metal Staircase, the corridor was relatively bright with lighting fixtures operating. The three of them remained silent as they walked down; only the sound of footsteps echoed against the metal staircase.
Instead of showing them around other places, Elder Starshine took them directly to the Biomedical Laboratory, where he had recently gathered medical equipment with help from surviving humans skilled in medicine and biology.
Moon God Doctor "Take a look at this laboratory, is it acceptable?" Elder Starshine said as he opened the forbidden area within his fortress, the Medical Student Biochemical Laboratory.
Five doctors and biologists in white coats were studying data and conducting experiments in the lab.
Upon seeing their leader, the monster Starry Glory flying in, the five doctors were so frightened that they put down their work and quickly greeted him.
During this time, Elder Starshine had become increasingly irritable, having killed many subordinates who disobeyed him, ruling over the human survivor Small Fortress with an iron fist.
Of course, Elder Starshine previously believed that these five medical and biology researchers he had painstakingly gathered were his hope of returning to humanity.
Before the appearance of Moon Goddess, Elder Starshine had planned that even if these five could never find a way to cure him in their lifetime, he would take good care of them. He intended for them to be teachers, passing on medical and biological knowledge so that with each generation, the level of medicine would continuously improve. One day, when medical and technological advancements reached a certain level, he would be able to return to being a normal human.
However, this time, Rek did not come alone; Moon Goddess was also here, which thrilled Elder Starshine. He could abandon the long-term plan of cultivating talent.
Moon Goddess approached the medical instruments, glanced at several devices' data and functions, and frowned slightly.
"These instruments are too primitive; they can barely be used! It would be best to get some more advanced equipment," Moon Goddess remarked.
Hearing her words, Elder Starshine smiled, knowing that Moon Goddess was knowledgeable. Although these instruments were relatively good for this world, the technological and medical levels in this Biohazard World lagged many years behind those of Earth before its destruction.
