The bald guy has been hanging around on the street for quite a while, and he had long heard about a tough guy named Chu Xun in this area, who had a fearsome reputation in the small-time thug world. While the bald guy was strutting around in other streets with his subordinates, he had heard of Chu Xun but had never seen the real person. He had only heard that the guy was as pretty as a woman, but when it came to fighting, he was ruthless and vicious.
He had thought that Chu Xun must be an adult, so when he saw this pretty young man, he didn't take it seriously. Instead, he felt jealous of the guy's looks and had even more of a desire to bully him. But when he saw his own five men being taken down by the other guy in an instant, combined with the guy's appearance, he suddenly remembered.
The young man reached out and helped the other person up, saying with a smile, "I am Chu Xun! May I ask for the name of this senior? Where are you from?"
The bald man trembled as he stood up unsteadily, took a few steps back, and thought to himself: "If I tell you my name, will you come back to deal with me later? The young master is not that foolish!"
He still refused to back down, saying loudly, "Do you, a little kid, have the right to know young master's name? Let's end it here today. Another day, young master will challenge you one-on-one!"
Having fallen on the concrete earlier, he still felt a lingering pain in several places on his body. He knew that he and his companions were no match for this kid. If they were to fight, they would only end up worse off. Fear crept into his heart, and he began to consider retreating.
Chu Xun smiled at the other person and said, "I haven't had enough fun yet. Why wait for another day when we can do it now?"
Bald Boss faced the naked provocation of the young man, looked at his hateful smile, felt both angry and scared, and shouted, "Stop messing around! You brat, get lost!"
As soon as he finished speaking, he turned around and walked away, waving his hand to signal the subordinates to leave. The four subordinates grumbled as they got up from the ground, limping and following their boss. The bald boss walked quickly, and as he walked, he turned back to Chu Xun and threatened him.
"Kid, don't let me see you again! Otherwise, I'll beat you every time I see you!"
"I'll let you off the hook for today, but you won't be so lucky next time!"
"You little brat, just wait until I catch you..."
His legs are much quicker than his mouth. Before he could finish three sentences, he had already walked twenty steps away. Bald Boss was not willing to fall behind his subordinates this time.
He led the subordinates around a corner and then started running. He ran for several hundred meters, making sure the other party wouldn't come after him. His anxious heart finally settled back down. While waiting for the injured subordinate to catch up, he muttered under his breath, "You little brat, when we had you surrounded at the ship, your face was as pale as paper. I thought you were scared to death. Damn, pretending to be weak! Quite the act!"
Chu Xun watched as five ruffians fled in a panic. Turning back, he looked towards the distant beach, where there were crowds of tourists, bustling and lively. It seemed that no one had noticed what had happened over here, so he felt relieved.
He brushed off the dust from his backside, recalling the recent scuffle with the ruffians and thinking about the earlier situation. He muttered to himself, "I wonder how that young lady is doing!"
Near the beach, the hooligans in the neighborhood are afraid of and wary of the fighting expert Chu Xun, not because he is a street thug. It's just that he likes to wear brightly colored and eccentric clothes outside of school, and recently got a perm, giving off a similar vibe to the street hooligans. In reality, he is just a high school student who has recently finished his second year and is now enjoying his summer vacation.
On this scorching afternoon, feeling extremely hot after waking up from a nap, and with nothing else to do, he told his family that he was going to the beach to get some fresh air, and headed straight there. As soon as he arrived at the beach, he noticed a slender young woman being stared at by a bald man and a few others.
The young woman walked on her own, seemingly strolling around, unaware that she was being followed for over ten minutes. He was worried that the young woman might be in danger, so he approached the bald men, stopped them, and loudly reprimanded them for their shameless behavior. This immediately angered the bald men, who turned their hostility towards him.
Chu Xun has been fighting with hooligans and thugs in recent years, gaining a notorious reputation in the entire area. Seeing that the bald man clearly did not recognize him and seemed to want to attack him, he was delighted, thinking that he had found a new opponent to spar with.
He saw that the place was crowded with tourists, worried about causing too much commotion and attracting attention, and made up his mind to lead the thugs away. He knew that there were few people on the other side of the port at this time, so he decided to lead the crowd in that direction.
In recent years, he has had a lot of contact with the thugs and knows that these people are mostly fierce on the outside but timid on the inside, paper tigers, and wax guns, not very useful. He thought that when dealing with the bald-headed crowd, it's better to show weakness than to use force against them.
So he, the skinniest one among the group with the bald guy, pretended to be defeated and fled. To make the act more convincing, he even let the bald guy kick him in the butt and covered his face, pretending to be afraid of their retaliation.
