The room of Li Nan was originally bright, but suddenly, the lights dimmed!
Standing in the doorway, Li Nan felt a bit surprised and immediately asked, "What happened?"
The woman who called herself Gao Xue furrowed her brow slightly and explained, "The power goes out at the campsite at ten o'clock at night!"
Li Nan smiled wryly and said, "Are we going back to our student days?"
"The electricity at the campsite is provided by an Electric Machine. To save fuel, the power supply only lasts until ten o'clock at night!" Gao Xue got out of bed and rummaged through the cabinet by the bedside until she found a candle. After lighting it, there was a bit of brightness.
Gao Xue placed the candle in a glass and then said to Li Nan, "I've never seen a man like you!"
By the dim candlelight, Li Nan noticed that Gao Xue's face was particularly beautiful, and there was an enchanting charm about her.
Li Nan shook his head to adjust his emotions before asking, "What makes me different?"
"I've never seen anyone remain unperturbed in such a situation as Liu Xia Hui. But you seem to be one; you can stay unaffected even under the blatant allure of two women!"
Li Nan chuckled, "If I'm not mistaken, you must be from Second Brother. It was Second Brother who sent you to my bed, right?"
Gao Xue nodded, indicating that Li Nan's guess was correct.
Li Nan didn't seem to mind. "On my left is a youthful beauty, and on my right is an alluring mature woman. Tonight, I truly have my share of fortune. However, I'm not a person without principles; I have my boundaries!"
Gao Xue appeared skeptical. "What boundaries does Brother Nan have?"
Under the flickering candlelight, Li Nan's expression changed unpredictably as he lowered his voice and said, "I won't be manipulated by others; that's why I can remain unperturbed!"
Gao Xue let out a soft sound and said, "I don't understand what Brother Nan means!"
Li Nan shook his head, "You don't need to understand!" He then turned around and continued, "Second Brother gave you to me, right?"
Gao Xue nodded, but realized Li Nan had his back to her, so she said, "Second Brother is a man of his word; once he gives something away, he will never take it back. If I can't serve you tonight, I imagine Second Brother won't be polite with me!"
"In what way would he be impolite?"
Gao Xue hesitantly replied, "He would throw me into the Zombie cage and let them feast on me while everyone around watches and cheers!"
"Are you afraid?"
Gao Xue's body trembled; she truly couldn't grasp what kind of person this man was. Sometimes he was aloof, sometimes dark, sometimes compassionate—what was his true nature?
"I'm afraid, very afraid. I beg you not to treat me that way, please don't..."
Li Nan suddenly turned around and stepped in front of Gao Xue. Under the flickering candlelight, he gently cradled her head and said with apparent admiration, "With a face like yours, how could Gao Hu bear to part with you?"

Gao Xue hesitated for a moment, "Since Brother Nan doesn't like it, I'll change it. How about... calling myself Mo Xiaohui?"
Li Nan's expression changed drastically, and he immediately slapped her again, "Don't be clever. Just because I mentioned 'Mo Xiaohui' earlier doesn't mean you can act dumb here!"
Gao Xue covered her left cheek, tears welling in her eyes, feeling reluctant but ultimately refraining from saying anything defiant.
Li Nan shouted angrily, "Don't think that just because you're pretty, you can flaunt your charm. And never assume what I mean. The world has changed; I absolutely hate green tea bitches! Don't force me to kill you!"
Earlier, when they were in bed, Li Nan had called Xin Qiqi 'Mo Xiaohui', and Gao Xue, who had been hiding in bed all along, heard it clearly. She thought that name might please Li Nan, which is why she blurted it out! Little did she know that her cleverness would only provoke Li Nan's anger.

Approaching the bed, Li Nan checked Xin Qiqi's forehead and found that her injury was mostly healed. After treating the wound on her forehead briefly, Xin Qiqi woke up!
Xin Qiqi shook her body, trying to get out of bed, but was stopped by Li Nan. "Don't move around. Although your concussion is mild, you should still lie down and rest!"
Seeing that Nan Ge's expression had relaxed, Xin Qiqi immediately reached out with both hands, but Li Nan stopped her. "What do you think you're doing in this state?"
Xin Qiqi didn't stop her gestures. "I have to take care of Nan Ge; it's my duty!"

Xin Qiqi didn't quite understand Li Nan's meaning. "Doesn't Nan Ge want it?"
Li Nan waved his hand. "Let me ask you a question: where did the woman and child who were originally in this room go?"
Xin Qiqi suddenly realized. "Sister Mo and the others are staying in the room across the hall. Rat Brother said that since Nan Ge was drinking downstairs and came back late, he arranged for Sister Mo to stay across from here!"
Li Nan smiled awkwardly. "They really went through a lot of trouble to set up such a show for me!"

Li Nan took off the clothes he had just put on, leaving only a pair of shorts. With a "thud," he jumped onto the bed and shouted at Gao Xue, "Get to the side!"
Gao Xue complied and moved to the edge of the bed, taking up only half of her space.
Li Nan lay across the middle of the bed and said with a hint of amusement, "Today, Brother Nan will indulge you both. We can share the blanket, but let's make one thing clear: we each sleep on our own side. If anyone misbehaves, don't blame me for being ruthless!"
Xin Qiqi was positioned to Li Nan's left. Since this girl was quite young and had just attempted suicide, Li Nan spoke to her in a gentle tone, "Don't cause any trouble for me!"
Turning to face Gao Xue, he then said sternly, "Don't think I'm kinder than Second Brother; my methods are no less ruthless!"
Gao Xue remained silent, lying on her side with her back to Li Nan.
Li Nan couldn't help but smile inwardly, feeling like a crescent moon. "I've only dreamed of such a vibrant scene before; now that it's real, I wonder about its bittersweet nature!"
He blew out the candle on the bedside and thought to himself, "I just don't want you two sleeping on the floor. Don't read too much into my intentions; if you misinterpret me, I won't go easy on you!"
