"Hahaha, good skills, young man. Today you have created history by defeating the Three Tiger Hall," the newcomer laughed heartily and said, "I am Huang Mang, the Third Leader of the Three Tiger Hall. May I ask your esteemed name?" 0

Xin Yi looked at Huang Mang, who claimed to be the Third Leader of the Three Tiger Hall. Huang Mang was in his forties, tall and robust, standing about six feet tall, with dark skin and a stubbly beard. His thick eyebrows framed bright eyes that sparkled with energy, clearly indicating he was a master of external Kung Fu. What was more commendable was that he did not carry the swagger typical of a gangster; instead, he had an air of righteousness that resembled a soldier on the battlefield. Xin Yi was slightly taken aback; could it be that gangsters were now managed militarily? 0

"The Third Leader is being polite. I am Xin Yi. I wonder why the Third Leader would make such a fuss over an ordinary citizen like me?" Xin Yi said lightly, glancing at the fifteen bloodied and fierce men behind him. 0

"Brother Xin, since you asked, I will speak frankly. My subordinates reported that you not only openly provoked the Three Tiger Hall but also incapacitated one of our brothers from the Southern District. Is this true?" Huang Mang spoke with a powerful voice, commanding respect without anger, displaying the demeanor of a general. 0

"Hehe, Third Leader, to be honest, before today, I had no idea what the Three Tiger Hall was, so how could I have openly provoked you? As for incapacitating that brother you mentioned, he brought it upon himself. If all members of the Three Tiger Hall are of his character, I wouldn't mind wiping out your hall!" As Xin Yi spoke towards the end, there was an underlying threat in his tone, suggesting that annihilating the Three Tiger Hall would be an easy task. 0

"Brother Xin has quite a bold statement! Regardless of whether you have the ability to destroy the Three Tiger Hall or not, even if you do, you would need a proper reason for it," Huang Mang did not explode in anger at Xin Yi's words but showed slight annoyance instead. This indicated his good temperament; he did not exhibit the usual arrogance typical of gang leaders. 0

"As for reasons, I already mentioned it earlier. I do not wish for Longchuan to be ruled by a group of morally corrupt ruffians. As the saying goes, even thieves have their principles. I do not care what business you engage in; however, if all you do is bully others and commit petty crimes daily, then I see no reason for your existence." 0

After hearing Xin Yi's words, Huang Mang pondered slightly. Since its establishment, he had always strictly required his subordinates to manage their affairs well and not disturb the peace unnecessarily. His subordinates had indeed adhered to this requirement. However, as merely the Third Leader of the Three Tiger Hall, he did not have full control over everything within the gang. The Third-in-Command Hong Tianhu was straightforward and easy to deal with; however, the Third-in-Command Yin Xinli was cunning and unscrupulous. Not only was he lecherous himself but he also often condoned his subordinates' bullying and criminal activities against others. Huang Mang disapproved of his actions and had long harbored resentment towards him but had kept it to himself out of respect for Hong Tianhu. 0

When his subordinate reported that someone from the Southern District had openly provoked the Three Tiger Hall and that Akun had been incapacitated as well, Huang Mang was already aware of Akun's notorious behavior. However, since Akun was Yin Xinli's nephew, he did not want to fall out with Yin Xinli over this matter unless absolutely necessary; hence he came here. He initially intended to handle this matter casually and return with an explanation for Yin Xinli but unexpectedly encountered someone as formidable as Xin Yi. Not only did Xin Yi easily take down one of his fifteen subordinates but also threatened to destroy the Three Tiger Hall altogether. This left Huang Mang in a difficult position. Given today's situation, it would be nearly impossible to regain face; in Xin Yi's eyes, his fifteen subordinates were insignificant. Huang Mang knew his own Kung Fu well enough to understand that managing even three moves against Xin Yi would likely be challenging. However, if he returned empty-handed like this, it would not only embarrass the Three Tiger Hall but also leave him unable to explain himself to Yin Xinli. 0

"Brother Xin, it seems you may have some misunderstandings about the Three Tiger Hall. We have always strictly required our members to adhere to our rules and not disturb the peace unnecessarily. Of course, due to our large number of members, there are some individuals who break rules and engage in petty crimes privately; however, I can assure you that the Three Tiger Hall is not a gang that commits all sorts of evils without restraint—we have our principles," Huang Mang said forcefully. 0

"Oh? Then I don't understand why you brought so many people here—was it to apologize for what just happened?" Xin Yi said with a half-smile and playful tone. 0

"This..." Huang Mang was momentarily speechless and thought it best not to continue down this path. He shifted topics: "I see Brother Xin is also a straightforward person; may I ask if we can become friends?" 0

"Oh? So it turns out that Third Leader came here just to make friends with me? However, your greeting seems a bit excessive; I'm afraid most people can't handle it." 0

"Brother Xin is joking. I respect you as a good man and sincerely want to be friends with you; please do not mock me further," Huang Mang's tone conveyed sincerity. 0

"Alright! Since Third Leader is such an open person, I'll accept you as a friend! However..." 0

"Since we are friends now, Brother Xin can speak freely." 0

"Since what you call the Three Tiger Hall is so upright and honorable, I'd like to see it for myself. Would Third Leader be able to help introduce me?" 0

"This..." Huang Mang never expected Xin Yi to make such a request. He didn't understand what Xin Yi meant. If it was true that Xin Yi wanted to destroy the Three Tiger Hall, there was no need for him to lead the way; the headquarters of the Three Tiger Hall could easily be found out with a little inquiry. But if it wasn't for that, why would he need to introduce anyone? Did he want to join the Three Tiger Hall? From Xin Yi's expression, it seemed like neither was the case, so what was his purpose? 0

However, no matter what, it was a good thing that Xin Yi was willing to go back to the Three Tiger Hall with him. First, if he really intended to cause trouble, taking him there now was better than being caught off guard later. Second, since he hadn't achieved anything by bringing people this time, it wouldn't be easy to explain back to Yin Xinli. Bringing someone back would at least serve as an explanation; Yin Xinli probably wouldn't be able to do anything about it, and that would be his own business. Furthermore, if Xin Yi truly wanted to join the Three Tiger Hall, it would be beneficial for the hall; having such a skilled person join would indeed enhance their strength. 0

Considering all this, Huang Mang readily said, "Alright! Brother Xin, let's go now!" 0

Xin Yi turned back to his car and said to Lijie, "We're going to the Three Tiger Hall." 0

"Okay." Lijie replied lightly without asking why and followed Xin Yi; she wasn't afraid even if it was a den of tigers and dragons. 0

Huang Mang's men all returned to their vehicles, and several cars turned around and headed toward the city center. Lijie drove slowly behind them. 0

In the front car, Huang Mang picked up the phone and reported the situation to Hong Tianhu. It was better to make arrangements early. 0

After about twenty minutes of driving, they arrived at a large estate surrounded by open land. Xin Yi looked around; the entire estate was enclosed by high walls, and every so often there were platforms where figures could be seen moving inside. The security of the estate was tight; anyone entering the surrounding area would be easily spotted, and those platforms were likely equipped with firearms. It wouldn't be easy for even regular troops to take over this estate; Xin Yi couldn't help but admire the defensive capabilities of the Three Tiger Hall. At the main entrance, the words "Three Tiger Hall" were emblazoned in gold, showcasing the writer's proud spirit. 0

As soon as they arrived, the main gate opened with a creak. Inside stood eight burly men with expressionless faces in two rows. After entering through the gate, there was another large open space with a massive fountain in the center that sprayed water in varying heights. The cars finally stopped in front of the main building. After Huang Mang got out of the car, several black sedans drove toward the back of the building, presumably heading for a parking lot. Xin Yi and Lijie also got out of their car, and someone immediately took Lijie's car keys and drove away. 0

"Brother Xin, please!" Huang Mang gestured invitingly. 0

Lijie linked arms with Xin Yi and walked beside Huang Mang toward the hall. 0

As soon as they opened the hall door, Xin Yi felt a chilling atmosphere hit him. Dozens of muscular men stood silently on both sides of the hall; it was eerily quiet as if everyone was holding their breath. 0

In the center of the hall were three chairs; two were already occupied. The elderly man sitting in the middle chair had a commanding presence with a rosy face full of authority. His eyes were bright but not overly sharp; one could tell from his gaze that he was an accomplished individual both inside and out. To his left sat a man in his forties whose prominent cheekbones indicated considerable internal strength; however, his flushed face and vacant eyes revealed that he had been drained by indulgence. He was currently sizing up Xin Yi with a gloomy gaze and when he noticed Lijie beside him, a lewd glint suddenly flashed in his eyes. 0

Huang Mang stepped forward and said, "Elder Brother, Second Brother, this is Xin Yi whom I spoke about on the phone—Brother Xin!" He emphasized "Brother Xin" while directing his gaze toward Yin Xinli on the left chair. 0

"Brother Xin, please take a seat!" Hong Tianhu's voice rang out. "Third Brother, you've worked hard too; sit down." 0

Xin Yi took a seat beside Lijie without hesitation while Huang Mang returned to sit on Hong Tianhu's right side. 0

"I heard from my subordinates that Brother Xin is quite skilled—not only did he incapacitate Akun from Southern District but also chopped off fingers from more than ten brothers under Third Brother's command. It seems like true heroes emerge from youth," Hong Tianhu said expressionlessly. 0

"Ha ha, what Third-in-Command said isn't entirely correct," Xin Yi said calmly. "That guy Kun brought this upon himself; not taking his life is already a mercy. As for Third Leader's subordinates, to be precise, their fingers were cut off, not chopped off..." 0

"Shut up!" Before Xin Yi could finish, Yin Xinli shouted angrily, "You dare act so recklessly here! You crippled Akun, and I swear I'll skin you alive today!" 0

"Oh? So you're the Third-in-Command? Your nonsense is quite loud; I guess that Kun fellow is some kind of relative of yours? So easily angered, you'll never achieve greatness, sigh!" Xin Yi lamented, shaking his head. 0

"You bastard, you're asking for death! Come on, take him down!" 0

Upon hearing the command, a dozen burly men rushed towards Xin Yi. Seeing this situation, Huang Mang quickly stood up and called out, "Second Brother..." 0

Before he could finish, Hong Tianhu grabbed Huang Mang and shook his head at him. 0

"Big Brother, this..." 0

"Enough, let's see how it plays out." 0
