"Wang Bureau, why did you come directly?" Chang Qingxi asked cautiously as he stepped forward in surprise.
"You couldn't be reached by phone. What else could I do? Where is that pervert who harassed the female student and the suspect who hired someone to hurt others?" Director of the Shanhua District Public Security Bureau Wang Zhanfei asked sternly.
"Ah? Are you referring to..."

The Criminal Investigation Team was located right next to the precinct, in a small independent courtyard. Meanwhile, Wang Zhanfei returned directly to his office at the precinct after leaving. If we don't catch him tonight, I think you can forget about being precinct chief!" He Chong said emphatically before hanging up.
"This Heavenly Mechanism Group is too arrogant, directly pressuring the political and legal system," Wang Zhanfei thought in shock. In fact, he was unaware that the Heavenly Mechanism Group had not taken any action yet because Shen Zhiyu had just hung up on Zhang Yang.
After some contemplation, Wang Zhanfei returned to the Criminal Investigation Team.

Chang Qingxi was taken aback but quickly understood that Zhang Yang's backing had gained absolute advantage; otherwise, someone as seasoned as Wang Zhanfei wouldn't be so decisive. He immediately agreed and left.
"Xiao Zhang, I'm sorry for what you've been through. You should go home and rest; we will definitely bring the criminals to justice!" Wang Zhanfei said to Zhang Yang.
"Thank you, Director Wang. Oh, there’s something I didn’t clarify earlier. Chang Qingxi and Wu Peng coerced me into confessing; I recorded it on my phone. Wu Peng even tried to seize evidence and attacked me, and I injured him in self-defense. You saw him lying on the ground just now," Zhang Yang said calmly.
"Uh... in that case, leave the evidence with me; I will definitely investigate it seriously," Wang Zhanfei hesitated before saying.
"Okay, I will copy the video and send it to you," Zhang Yang replied before leaving. Wang Zhanfei watched Zhang Yang's retreating figure and rubbed his temples as a wave of confusion washed over him.
As soon as Chang Qingxi stepped out, he immediately called Zhao Pengfei, briefly explaining the stakes and urging him to find a way quickly. Then, he took two criminal police officers and drove towards the hospital where Zhao Pengfei's subordinate was being treated.
Zhao Pengfei did not expect the situation to change so rapidly. Although he did not know exactly what the Heavenly Mechanism Group was, hearing that they were going to arrest him overnight made him panic. He usually did not live with his parents, and at this moment, he didn't even think to call them; instead, he drove straight to his father's place. While on the way, his father Zhao Kuan called: "You little brat, are you trying to get yourself killed out there?" Then came a barrage of scolding.
Upon arriving home, Zhao Pengfei found that Zhao Kuan was still angry, while his mother was giving him side glances. Zhao Pengfei quickly poured a cup of tea for Zhao Kuan and cautiously asked, "Dad, what exactly is going on?"

"You idiot!" Upon hearing this, Zhao Kuan's anger flared up again, and he smashed the teacup on the floor, shattering it into pieces.
