Fei Fei and Jiao Jiao's screams sounded like two swords slicing through hard glass, the piercing sound completely different from what had come before. Although Lingfeng still wore earplugs, his ears were still rattled.
From the tense expressions on their faces, it was clear that Alpha Wolf was about to attack.
However, before Lingfeng could rise, he suddenly felt a bone-chilling sensation strike his spine. It felt like being pierced by icy needles that had been frozen for years, not only cold but also possessing an infiltrating ability.
"Oh no!" Lingfeng was startled and quickly drew out the Connecting Rod to defend himself, but before he could turn around, another wave of cold enveloped him. He felt as if winter had suddenly descended upon this seasonless Cultivation Realm.
Looking again at Lingfeng, he was already encased in a massive block of ice. His posture with the Connecting Rod was frozen at a ninety-degree angle.
"Five Elements... Young Master!" Fei Fei and Jiao Jiao were stunned. They hadn't even seen what had happened before a white light shot out from Snow Wolf's mouth, and then Lingfeng was frozen.
The two were completely terrified, staring blankly at the frozen Lingfeng, unsure of what to do.

Just as Fei Fei and Jiao Jiao were at a loss, Alpha Wolf let out an excited howl. Then Alpha Wolf crouched down slightly and with a powerful leap, its massive body suddenly lunged toward Fei Fei and Jiao Jiao.
"Jiao Jiao, run!" Fei Fei pushed Jiao Jiao aside, drawing a short dagger from her pants leg as Lingkong soared into the air, aiming for Snow Wolf's head.
In the moment when Fei Fei and Alpha Wolf crossed paths, several flashes of white light appeared between them, and both the wolf and the human landed on the ground. Time seemed to freeze for a moment; both remained in their landing positions without moving.
"Sister?" Jiao Jiao's pupils dilated as she wondered about her sister Fei Fei's condition.
Although there were several wounds on Alpha Wolf's head, it was clear that they were not significant.
"Jiao Jiao," Fei Fei squeezed out a few words through clenched teeth, "Run!" Suddenly raising her voice, she seemed invigorated as she grabbed Jiao Jiao and began to run swiftly.
But in front of Alpha Wolf, they were nothing more than two ants. All they could do was struggle helplessly.
After running for a while, a gust of wind swept by as Alpha Wolf silently landed in front of them.
"Jiao Jiao, you run!" Seeing no way to escape, Fei Fei released Jiao Jiao's hand and took out the short dagger to protect her sister.
"Sister!" Jiao Jiao refused to flee alone; a fierce glint appeared in her eyes as she drew out a white chain from her waist. "We are sisters; we have never been apart all these years. How could I leave you behind to escape alone? Moreover, with Five Elements Young Master’s fate unknown, as long as we are alive, we must fight to the end!"
"Yours~~!" Fei Fei looked at Jiao Jiao with a complex expression, unsure whether it was disappointment or disbelief. Then her facial muscles relaxed slightly as she smiled at Jiao Jiao, making a resolute decision.
"Sister, let's go together!" Jiao Jiao took two steps forward, staring intently at the menacing Alpha Wolf, and casually said to Fei Fei.
Fei Fei nodded, and then the two sisters suddenly shouted in unison. Just as they were about to charge forward, they noticed several star-shaped darts appearing out of nowhere.
They couldn't see where the darts came from; it was as if the space had been distorted, and those darts seemed to emerge from another dimension.
"Whoosh~!" Alpha Wolf felt no sense of the anomaly and was just about to leap towards the two sisters when he suddenly felt a piercing pain spread throughout his body. Soon after, he lost all strength and collapsed to the ground, lifeless.
The two sisters had not yet reacted when they suddenly heard a sound like ice shattering. A chilling wind swept past them, carrying some ice shards toward the spot where the darts had appeared. Immediately after, the area where the darts had emerged began to warp, and the original scene shattered, revealing a black figure rolling awkwardly on the ground.
"Haha, I found you!" Lingfeng's excited voice rang out from behind, startling everyone.
"Young Master Five Elements?" Fei Fei and Jiao Jiao were stunned; everything had happened so suddenly that it felt like a dream.
Lingfeng grinned and waved at Fei Fei and Jiao Jiao before leaping into the air and landing next to the figure in black.
"You've been discovered!" The figure in black seemed unable to move and could only lie on the ground.
The figure was completely wrapped in black cloth, with only a pair of unusual eyes visible.
"As I expected, you are a ninja from Japan!" Lingfeng squatted beside the ninja and whispered.
Upon hearing Lingfeng's words, the ninja's body stiffened in shock as he stared incredulously at Lingfeng. After a moment, he excitedly asked, "Who are you? How do you know about Japan?"
"Well~~!" Lingfeng helped the ninja sit up into a cross-legged position before sitting beside him. "I can't tell you for now, but you need to tell me how you got to the Cultivation Realm."
The Cultivation Realm was divided into nine regions, all controlled by powerful Demon Cultivators or cultivators who were of Chinese descent. The sudden appearance of a Japanese ninja here was truly puzzling. Moreover, this ninja seemed quite excited upon hearing the word "Japan."
Without thinking much, seeing that Lingfeng meant no harm, the ninja replied, "Actually, I've been here for several decades!"

"During the Invasion of China war, I was a member of the Japanese Suicide Squad. After the North China War ended, I was ordered to return to Japan, but unexpectedly, during my journey home, I accidentally passed through a time-space portal and ended up here. However, I didn't expect that the plane I was on and the pilot had disappeared, leaving only some fellow ninjas." The ninja showed a hint of confusion.
Lingfeng recalled his arrival in the Cultivation Realm. He had come here riding the Azure Vine with a Flying Sword. The Azure Vine was very familiar with the location of the Four-Dimensional Gate, so it easily passed through the Four-Dimensional Gate to arrive here. According to this ninja's method, it seemed that the pilot might have inadvertently passed through the Four-Dimensional Gate, which is how he ended up here.

Lingfeng looked at Fei Fei, pondering thoughtfully. "That's right; he is neither a cultivator nor a Demon Cultivator!"
"Then..." Jiao Jiao couldn't help but ask, "Why does he possess such incredible Spell?"

Then, Lingfeng glanced at the ninja again. He sighed lightly and said, "You all stay here for a while; I have something to discuss with him."
Fei Fei and Jiao Jiao nodded without hesitation and then relaxed their minds, happily running deeper into the plains.
"You really don't need to be wary of me because I mean you no harm. Additionally, I can tell you that I am indeed from that world; I just came here for certain reasons!" Lingfeng said as he opened the ninja's acupoints softly.
