Seeing Freya enter, the young woman put down her water jug and smiled gently at her.
"Newcomer, what is your name? Did you come here to have me as your mentor?"
"I am Freya Green." Freya lowered her head slightly and performed a noble bow, then respectfully said, "Yes, my recommender specifically requested that I study under you."
"Oh? Specifically requested?" Lisa approached with a curious expression, intrigued. "Let me think, could your recommender be Belru? Or Kaitly, or Leanna... never mind, just show me your admission certificate."

Given Lisa's tone, it appeared their relationship was that of teacher and student. Moreover, when Lisa mentioned "thirty years...", although Freya did not know the real age of the woman before her, she looked to be around twenty years old. This made her even more amazed by the wonders of wizards.
After a long while, once Lisa finished reading the last page of the letter and sighed deeply as she put the remaining papers back into the envelope, she turned to Freya with an apologetic smile.

Lisa placed the letter on the table and then pulled out a gray package and a manual from underneath the table, handing them to her.
"Inside, there is a set of Apprentice Enchantment Gray Robe, a Communication Ring with a three-kilometer range, and your student ID number since you were recommended as a new student. Additionally, I am giving you a Stabilizing Mind Potion and three years of free access to Basic Knowledge classes."
"Thank you," Freya said as she gracefully accepted the package.
"Also," Lisa took out a piece of parchment from the drawer and placed it on the table. "This is your Apprentice Contract with the academy. It also includes my mentor's Contract. Take a look; if everything is fine, sign it, and you will officially be my apprentice at Aelgreen Wizard Academy. While receiving knowledge and protection from the academy, you will also need to pay a certain price."
"Contract?" Freya looked at the parchment on the table. It clearly outlined what the academy would provide upon becoming an apprentice and what was required in return.
Freya had heard about this from Hegel. The final signature required from her mentor was Lisa Lockbell's, while the apprentice's signature section was blank.
Without hesitation, she picked up the Feather Pen beside her and signed her full name in the blank space.
"Alright, from now on, until you become an Official Wizard, you are my seventy-ninth student," Lisa said as she took back the Contract, her gaze towards Freya softening slightly. "Although my specialty is All Things Studies, I also have knowledge in Positive Energy Principle and Pharmacology. As my student, you can choose one of these subjects for free priority enrollment. Of course, I know a bit about other subjects as well, but I am not as proficient in them as I am in these three."
Listening to Lisa's words, Freya showed a thoughtful expression.
After a long moment, she looked at Lisa's youthful face and slowly spoke.
"I choose... Positive Energy Principle."
"Ah, it seems you do not plan to become a scholar or an apothecary in the future," Lisa smiled as she handed Freya a white token. "This is your certificate for free study. Since you've decided on your path, make sure to stick with it; giving up halfway is the greatest taboo for wizards."
"I understand," Freya nodded seriously.
"Well then, I've given you all your new student items. Next, I'll get Hegel's belongings that I've been keeping for him." Lisa walked over to the bookshelf and retrieved a box from one of the compartments beneath it, handing it to Freya.
She accepted the box and gently shook it; it was very light, and she wondered what was inside.
Though curious, Freya decided not to open it immediately and placed it into her suitcase instead.
"This thing has been with me for thirty years. I hope it will be useful to you in the future." Lisa watched as Freya placed the box into her suitcase and gently said, "Alright, everything is given to you, and I have also explained everything that needs to be said. If you ever have the chance to go back, please help me convey a message to Hegel. Tell him that no matter where you are, no matter what difficulties you encounter, you are still my disciple, Lisa Lockbell."
"Understood, teacher."
Although Lisa's tone was light, Freya could sense the weight behind those words.
Even though she did not know what Hegel had faced in the past, since it was he who had pushed Freya into this mysterious world, she would help Hegel fulfill the tasks he had entrusted to her.

"Although Hegel mentioned in the letter that you have a third-level qualification and possess the First-Class Apprentice physique, knowledge still needs to be learned from the basics. This is my advice to you. Every course is listed in your academy handbook. Now, you may leave."
"Thank you, mentor."
Seeing her tired mentor, Freya slightly bowed in respect, picked up her suitcase beside her, turned around to open the door, and left thoughtfully.
