The White Carriage was quietly moving along the road, with Freya and the transformed Franc Sith sitting inside.
As she gazed out at the flowing scenery through the carriage window, Freya felt a bit dazed. Franc Sith, who was once at a similar level as her, had already advanced to become an Official Wizard, and had even established an organization with several other families, while she was still lingering on her path of progress.
After getting into the carriage, aside from a few words exchanged between Franc Sith and her, he had been using the Secret Mark to communicate with his organization, handling some matters.
It seemed that his position in the Eye of Truth was quite high.
After a long while, Franc Sith lowered his fingers, closed his eyes, and gently exhaled. After a moment, he slowly opened them and spoke to Freya with an apologetic expression.
"I'm sorry. The Eye of Truth has only recently been established, and many things are still not perfected. Even I need to contribute; otherwise, I would be looked down upon by the higher-ups of the other families. After all, my family only has three wizards in total, including myself."
"It's fine. By the way, you haven't told me why you've changed like this," Freya said with a smile.
"Actually, this happened about half a month ago. While our organization was recently developing the Wizard's Realm, we discovered a solid metallic sphere with intense Negative Energy. Anyone who came into contact with it seemed to have their lifespan immediately reduced by about ten years. Two old professors died on the spot when they got too close. The harm wasn't too severe for me and two other younger wizards because we were still young; I fared better than the other two wizards who turned into old men in their forties or fifties..." "A sphere-shaped metal that can deprive lifespan?" Freya showed a contemplative expression upon hearing Franc Sith's description. Seeing Freya deep in thought, Franc Sith looked at her with hopeful eyes and asked, "Do you know about such things?"

The blood crystal from Cursed Land also has a spherical metallic solid appearance." Freya paused before continuing, "I need to see this thing in person to know what it is."

If it drags on any longer without energy supply being connected, we might have to abandon that unfinished realm," Franc Sith said with a troubled shake of his head.
"Ha ha. Indeed, if a secret realm that is halfway developed is abandoned, even some large families cannot bear it," Freya comforted.
In a Wizard's Realm, even the lowest-level secret realms require resources measured in tens of thousands of Magic Stones as an equivalent. However, if a secret realm is developed properly, the things cultivated from it can more than compensate for the resources invested.
The Abyssal Lake's Resource Point was actually a Wizard's Realm abandoned by some unknown Wizard Organization.
"Of course, a large portion of our wealth has been invested in the Eye of Truth. If you can really help us resolve this, I can promise you anything within my capabilities," Fran Sith said with a slight smile.
"Ha ha. Don't be too happy just yet; I might not be able to identify it either. After all, I'm still just a Third-Rank Apprentice," Freya said with a smile, waving her hand.
"Don't say that. Even as a Third-Rank Apprentice, you come from a large organization like Elgreen Academy, which is different from us outside wizards," Fran Sith corrected her. "Moreover, a person's knowledge isn't solely based on their rank. You see, even though I've already been promoted to an Official Wizard, my knowledge reserve probably doesn't even reach one-tenth of yours. Of the three terms you mentioned earlier, I only know one."
Hearing Fran Sith's formal tone, Freya frowned slightly, feeling something was off.

Freya scanned the peculiar architectural complex and noticed that at the very top of each study, there was a green spherical object resembling a large green eyeball. A faint energy aura intertwined among all the eyeballs, forming a vast web in the sky.
"What are those? A protective array?" Freya suddenly asked Franc Sith, sensing the energy fluctuations.
"Yes, that's the barrier array of the Green Crystal Eye. It not only effectively prevents large creatures from approaching but also has certain illusionary effects."
"So this is the Green Crystal Eye," Freya remarked as she gazed at the green eyeball in awe.
This type of protective barrier array is considered a large intermediate defensive array within the Enchantment Department. Transcendence has been passed down from ancient Wood Elves. In addition to the two functions mentioned by Franc Sith, it is also said to have the ability to summon giant tree guardians, making it a highly cost-effective array. (To be continued)
