Thirty minutes later. 0

The wind rustled through the vast forest, creating layers of green waves under the bright sunlight, accompanied by a gentle whispering sound. 0

On a slope within this lush forest stood a tall tower painted in red and white. 0

At the very top of the tower was a crimson banner depicting a Ghost Face spider, fluttering in the wind and standing out prominently. 0

Not far from the tower, in an open area, two teams of special cavalry were engaged in fierce combat. 0

The sounds of battle cries and the occasional splatter of blood made the entire forest exceptionally noisy. 0

At this moment, Angelina, clad in moon-white armor and wielding a metallic greatsword, was swiftly reaping her enemies at hurricane speed. 0

Like a Valkyrie, anyone touched by her greatsword was either dead or severely injured, creating a vacuum around her. 0

Originally at the intermediate level of a Knight, she had subtly grasped the peak level after Freya's healing. 0

Even without activating her aura, her power was comparable to that of an ordinary Knight Level warrior. 0

On the other side, Felix was different from the Countess, who possessed absolute strength. 0

His figure flickered across the battlefield, and with each strike of his two silver scimitars, he claimed a life. 0

Even thick armor proved useless against his unique swordsmanship. 0

Before long, the opposing side realized that many of their comrades had unknowingly perished. 0

Panic quickly spread through the air. 0

Originally, Teltia was not as strong as Countess. Before their relationship soured, they maintained a certain level of trade relations, though it was not overly friendly. 0

However, things began to change when a wizard who graduated from Cursed Month arrived. 0

The Teltia Family directly seized a portion of Countess's goods using forceful means. Soon after, they established a hostile relationship. 0

Moreover, in several conflicts, they successfully defeated Countess's side. 0

The most severe incident brought Countess to the brink of life-threatening danger. 0

The ultimate cause of these events was the wizard orchestrating them from behind the scenes. 0

With a sharp sword, Angelina swiftly cleaved a swordsman in front of her in half. 0

Crimson blood mixed with entrails scattered across the ground. 0

Angelina shook the great sword in her hand, her expression cold as she surveyed the battlefield. 0

The elite forces she brought from Raymond City had completely demoralized the enemy within just over ten minutes of fighting. 0

After all, the Teltia Family had always been a merchant family; despite their past glory, their strongest remaining combat force was merely Knight's Pinnacle. 0

Additionally, this Knight's Pinnacle had nearly incapacitated Angelina in their last battle. 0

A thick scent of blood permeated the surroundings. 0

Glancing at the crumbling area, Angelina thrust her great sword into the ground beside her with a sharp sound. She reached out to take the Longbow that was handed to her. 0

With both hands gripping tightly, her gaze fixed on the flag atop the distant Watchtower. 0

Taking a deep breath, she suddenly relaxed her fingers. 0

"Snap!" 0

The black long arrow transformed into a shadow and shot directly toward the flag. 0

"Thud!" 0

The long arrow did not hit the flag but instead struck a blue giant with force. 0

This giant had no facial features. It resembled a massive humanoid ice block, and upon being hit by the arrow, it emitted a mournful wail. 0

Gently lowering the Longbow in her hands, Angelina stared intently at the Blue Giant and the figure beneath it. 0

It was a young man dressed in a Red Hunting Outfit, with White Short Hair and an ordinary appearance. However, his eyes were a rare purple, narrowed like a venomous snake ready to strike. 0

"Angelina. I have spared you time and again, yet you still do not know your place. Do you really think you are an invincible pest?" 0

The sarcastic words spread through the forest in a peculiar manner, leaving listeners slightly dizzy. 0

On the verge of collapse, Teltia's side immediately raised their weapons and cheered upon seeing the young man's appearance. 0

Casting a disdainful glance at the Countess below, who was dazed from the widespread dizziness spell, the wizard named Mersais snorted coldly. 0

The Ice Giant thunderously leaped down from the high tower. 0

"Boom!" 0

A tremendous roar accompanied by thick clouds of dust spread out. 0

Beneath its feet lay a patch of snow-like runes, faintly shimmering with Azure Light. With each step it took, a trail of ice formed behind it. 0

Just as Angelina shook off the slight dizziness from her head, she immediately noticed that small blue ice crystals were slowly emerging on her armor. 0

A slight chill spread through the air. 0

Even a powerful warrior nearing the Knight's Pinnacle could feel the coldness, let alone the other soldiers. 0

It was as if winter had suddenly arrived; those on Countess's side immediately felt a severe discomfort. 0

The frost diminished everyone's agility and endurance. 0

After dispatching a careless enemy, Felix quickly returned to the side of the Countess. 0

At this moment, half of his body was drenched in blood, and the two Scimitars in his hands were slightly dulled, but the ferocity in his eyes was even more pronounced. 0

Shaking off the ice shards on him lightly, he glanced at the contemplative expression on Countess's face and whispered, "What should we do? The enemy has already been lured out; should we continue with the original plan?" 0

Looking up at the wizard still atop the tower, Countess pursed her lips and softly replied. 0

"Wait a moment! Try that first! If it doesn't work, then call Lady Freya." 0

Hearing the Countess's words, Felix simply replied, "Alright, I'm going!" 0

"Okay!" With a gentle nod, the Countess glanced at him as he quietly disappeared behind her, then turned to focus on the approaching giant. 0

She swung her great sword and stomped her foot, a violent white energy instantly enveloping her body. 0

Two crimson wings slowly formed behind her, exuding a strong scent of blood. 0

Her gaze suddenly sharpened, and in an instant, she charged toward the giant! 0

"Stinger!" 0

Suddenly, her forward momentum accelerated again, and the wings made of energy behind her left two long red streaks in the air. 0

Boom!!! 0

The great sword struck the giant's head with a thunderous impact, the immense force nearly splitting its skull in half. 0

However, inside the gap, there was nothing but blue ice crystals. 0

Despite having its head cleaved open, the giant could still move and reached out with its giant hand to try to grab her. 0

Fixated on the outstretched giant hand, the Countess suddenly kicked against the giant's abdomen, pulling her great sword free once more and swinging it out at high speed. 0

"Thud!!" 0

The sharp greatsword easily sliced through the outstretched icy arm, then instinctively cut towards its waist. 0

With a tearing sound, a long gash was created. 0

Standing atop the tower, Mersayan coldly observed the battle between the Ice Giant and the Countess. 0

This giant was merely a Zero-Level Summoning Spell, significantly enhanced by him. 0

Yet even such a Cannon Fodder Character made it quite challenging for the Countess to deal with, which bored him somewhat. 0

"Whoosh!" 0

Suddenly, a piercing sound came from afar. 0

A faint sense of danger made him look up, and he suddenly realized that a long Black Arrow was shooting toward his position. 0

The sharp Arrow reflected a faint silvery hue, with vague runes barely visible on it. 0

The speed of the arrow left him no time to react or dodge; he could only stare blankly at the incoming projectile. 0

"Ding!!!" 0

A metallic ringing suddenly echoed in front of him. 0

A massive White Ice Wall rose before Mersayan, and the powerful arrow nearly embedded itself halfway into it. The runes on the Arrow flickered with a faint white light before disappearing completely after a moment. 0

Mersais, who had never encountered such a crisis, was momentarily stunned, and then a fierce look of anger appeared on his face. 0

His purple pupils scanned the soldiers below as he extended his right hand, fingers spread wide. 0

“Damn reptiles! Using something like this!! Then you shall die!” 0

A low incantation escaped his lips, and soon, a white snowball slowly formed in his open hand, which he then hurled downwards. 0

‘Bang!’ 0

The snowball exploded in mid-air, scattering large clumps of white ice crystals. 0

Some soldiers who were hit by the ice crystals suddenly stiffened, their faces turning pale as they clutched their chests tightly, as if they were suffering from some severe pain. (To be continued) 0
