Chapter Three Hundred Fifty-One:
"This information is still confidential for now, but from what the teachers seem to imply, it appears to be just a low-level world. If it's to be made public, we might have to wait for the Grand Elders to return."
"Oh, is that so?" Freya nodded lightly. "I understand."
"Hehe, however, if their exploration goes smoothly, it won't be long before we at the Rune Department need to establish a stable world passage. At that time, we will have our hands full, as this will be our first true research into another world," Seth said with a teasing tone.
Hearing the implication in his words, Freya smiled.
"There's nothing we can do about it; after all, our organization's focus is different. Compared to other organizations of the same level, we are somewhat behind in terms of other worlds."

In the conference room of Rune Headquarters within Blood Eagle Territory.
All core members of the Rune Department, dressed in white robes with red edges, have arrived, filling the long table in the conference room for the first time.
These wizards were mostly unfamiliar with Freya, with only a few of the wizards who frequently resided at headquarters being somewhat acquainted with her.
After all, compared to other Wizard Organizations, the Rune Department of Blood Eagle Territory could be considered a relatively loose department.
They would only occasionally appear during routine missions.
At the front of the long table sat two Deputy Directors dressed in Red Robes, followed by the heads and managers of various regions, and finally the core members.

A crisp sound echoed, and Freya felt a sudden tremor in the air, causing the entire conference room to fall silent.
All members turned their gazes toward the two Deputy Directors.
Meilong nodded in satisfaction. She lightly tapped her fingers on the smooth tabletop, and a stack of white documents appeared.
"I believe some of you may have received news about this all-hands meeting, but most likely, many are still unclear about it. Regardless, let's take a look at these documents. This is first-hand information sent by the Grand Elder last night. Not only the Rune Department but also other departments received the same information, and this is the theme of our meeting."
As she finished speaking, the documents on the table automatically flew toward all the wizards.

It depicted a black hillside where several wizards from the Blood Eagle Territory dressed in red robes stood. At the forefront was a tall, thin old man with silver hair and a grim expression. Below the hillside where they stood was a mass of dark Insect Sea. Each of these insects was as large as a basin, covered in spikes, with two sharp appendages at the front, densely packed together, appearing to be numerous.
The illustration had been enhanced with activation magic, making it look incredibly lifelike.
Freya could even see the black bugs at the base of the hill surging toward the few individuals on top.
Many wizards displayed expressions of shock upon seeing this illustration. It seemed they had not anticipated Blood Eagle Territory's exploration of another world, while some members who were already aware calmly placed their documents on the table, waiting for the two Deputy Directors to continue speaking.
Meilong glanced over all members and then spoke plainly.
"Alright. After reviewing the materials, everyone should have a basic understanding. The Guardian Corps has fully confirmed the existence of the World Rift discovered last night, which belongs to a Lower World inhabited solely by Insectoid creatures. So far, our Advance Team has not found any intelligent beings capable of communication, nor any evolved species with intelligence. However, even so, we have discovered some resources in that world that we can utilize, such as this."
She gently tapped the table, and a blue-green light projected onto the wall behind her, displaying an image.
It was a piece of black ore, with a faint Flowing Light moving across its surface.
"Through our research on this ore, we found that when heated, it can release a type of radioactive interference energy. This can interfere to some extent with the establishment of the Witchcraft Model, and there is also this item."
Freya looked at the wall behind her where images of Special Items discovered from the other world flickered intermittently.
Although some of these items have yet to be confirmed for their specific functions, they are undoubtedly resources not found in the Wizarding World.
"Our next task in the Rune Department is to establish a world connection channel within the rift. This is also our first encounter with the nature of world channels. In the manor's laboratory, Freya pushed open the large door and walked toward the Experiment Table.
She reached out and lifted the black cloth covering the Experiment Table. Through the Bright Light, she could see a beaker containing a red Transparent Liquid.
The bottom of the beaker glowed with a faint blue Rune Array, with thin blue lines entering the red liquid.
Glancing at the liquid's concentration, Freya took out a slender glass rod from the drawer beneath the Experiment Table and slowly inserted it into the beaker.
'Sizzle'
In the faint sound, as the glass rod was inserted, the liquid in the Beaker began to boil, and some translucent red solids quickly emerged.
Satisfied, Freya gently nodded as she withdrew the glass rod.
"The essence of Seymour, just a little more and it will be complete."
This was one of the preparations Freya was making for her promotion to Third-Rank Wizard.
Her mental strength was now close to the Second-Grade Peak level, fully meeting the standard for promotion.
If it weren't for this meeting, she would likely have attempted to advance to Third Rank in about half a month.
Although a Third-Rank Wizard posed no significant threat to Hell World, they were considered elite in the Wizarding World.
