Chapter Three Hundred and Ninety: 0

The text in the book was very mixed, covering almost all languages, including commonly used spellcasting languages like Abyssal Magic and Ancient Elvish Language. 0

There were even some strange languages that Freya had never seen before. 0

Fortunately, this mixed language was not jumbled together but divided into large sections, which did not affect Freya's reading. 0

From the many mixed languages, Freya could also see that the author of this book, the Wanderer, was indeed very knowledgeable. 0

The content of the book, as the title suggested, was a travel journal. 0

However, it did not only refer to the Wizarding World; there were many other unknown worlds as well. 0

Setting aside the paragraphs of unfamiliar text, after reading for about an hour, Freya could at least determine that this Wanderer had traveled through the Abyss World, Hell World, Ocean World, Insect Realm, Annihilation World, Dream World, Frozen World, and more. 0

When she flipped to the end, Freya surprisingly found a few cryptic phrases about the most mysterious and dangerous Spirit Realm and Chaotic World. 0

Of course, if this Wanderer was not merely a figment of her imagination, then she could foresee the greatness of this author. 0

After three hours, Freya closed the book, gently shut her eyes, and then slowly opened them again. 0

"Although this book does not contain content in a true sense—most of it is about landscapes and cultural geography—it has provided me with enough information to roughly understand those worlds. It truly is a 'journey of the heart.'" 0

A great being who has traversed so many worlds might now be wandering in some unknown place, experiencing unimaginable wonders. 0

The information about these worlds could serve as a reference for her; if she ever entered a certain world in the future, she would have corresponding emergency measures ready. 0

Regaining her focus, Freya placed the book back on the shelf and began searching for what she wanted. 0

A week later. 0

A gentle breeze slowly brushed over the grass, and the white clouds in the sky occasionally changed into various shapes. 0

Freya, having shed her thick coat, sat at the entrance of a building wearing a white dress. 0

To her left was a red wooden table, covered with all sorts of books. 0

Next to the books was a steaming cup of red tea, found in the peculiar house behind her. 0

During this time, Freya discovered that aside from its strange appearance, almost anything could be found in this house. 0

There was a large stash of various preserved foods, sealed with magic. The freshness was remarkable. 0

While she searched for information, the sheep Taboli rolled around on the grass, playing some game with a female wind elemental who was entirely Azure, occasionally emitting strange squeaks. 0

Picking up the cup beside her, Freya took a light sip of red tea and set down the book in her hands. She blinked her somewhat dry eyes. 0

The collection of knowledge in Klyent's library was indeed vast, and during these seven days, she had gained much insight, especially regarding the extensive information about Ancient Times. 0

As a result, Freya successfully deduced the approximate location of Stardust Prairie from the fragmented data. 0

However, there was no clue about the origins of that war. 0

All the materials indicated that the war had an extensive reach and severe consequences, detailing various Wizard Organizations' responses and final outcomes. Yet, none revealed who the opposing side was; it seemed to have been deliberately erased by an unknown force. 0

This filled Freya with confusion. 0

The only thing she had obtained was that initial cryptic "prophecy" from a mortal sage, indicating that it was not an internal conflict within the Wizarding World but rather an invasion from another world. 0

"Void's Wrath Corrupts the Red Moon." If referring solely to the red moon, it seemed that both Abyss World and Annihilation World had red moons. However, these two worlds did not differ significantly in level from the Wizarding World. Some lower-tier Abyss Worlds were even colonies of the Wizarding World. Could it be that mysterious Chaotic World? That kind of Higher World filled with chaos and lacking logic seemed to possess such formidable power. However, due to its nature, Chaotic World had even less order than Abyss World and could not form a unified invasion at all. 0

Freya lightly touched her forehead and speculated. 0

"Since all the data has been erased, perhaps," she lifted her head to look at Taboli who was playing nearby, "I can inquire about those existences that have survived since ancient times." 0

Since fragmented memories from King Cobra Legacy could be transmitted to Freya's mind, it meant that such hidden information could be preserved in this way. 0

Although there were not many from the ancient Elk Wizard Family, there were still a few, and perhaps even an ancient Old Wizard who knew specific details about that war. 0

That war had nearly turned the entire stable Wizarding World into ruins. If it weren't for the existence of wizards, it might have been completely devoured by the forces of the surrounding worlds long ago. 0

Even so, the Wizarding World was still constantly influenced by other World Powers. After all, the weakness and vulnerabilities of the World Barrier made such influences quite normal. 0

"It’s a pity not to find the secrets of the war, but since we have now figured out the specific area of the Stardust Prairie, it’s time to make a trip. The significance of King Cobra as the Forest King lies there." A faint green light flashed in Freya's eyes. 0

For the Forest King, they all had their own significance of existence. According to her analysis, this significance might be the source of the Forest King's power or perhaps the mastery of the World Rule, or even the ultimate secret of the World Guardian. 0

And this time her purpose for coming to Klyent had already been half achieved. 0

Of course, although she had completed part of her goal, Freya did not plan to leave just yet. 0

After all, the richness of ancient data in Klyent was almost comparable to that of the great Wizarding Organization's Library Tower. She intended to gather as much as possible before making further plans. 0

‘Snap.’ 0

A faint sound suddenly came from afar. 0

Dressed in a black robe, Shirley slowly walked out from the door. 0

Upon seeing Freya sitting in front of the house, she immediately smiled. 0

"How are you sitting here? Did you find the information?" 0

"Mm." Freya nodded, not surprised by Shirley's arrival. "I've already found part of it." 0

Taboli, who was playing nearby, also noticed Shirley's arrival and immediately ran over to her. 0

The thin horn of the sheep bumped against Shirley with a 'thud', and she quickly embraced it. 0

In its struggle, Taboli exclaimed joyfully, "Shirley, Shirley, you finally came to see me!" 0

Without responding to Taboli's words, Shirley, holding the sheep, looked at Freya in surprise. 0

"It seems you two get along well. I thought Taboli would always hide away; this child is a bit shy." 0

"Not bad," Freya smiled. "I didn't expect you would have a talking sheep here; it was quite a surprise at first." 0

"This was all found by the adults from the ruins; it's sort of a hobby," Shirley shrugged helplessly. 0

Freya agreed with this statement. She remembered when she went to search for the Royal Serpent Bloodline, Klyent had sent a Cloud Sparrow to pick her up. 0

Such large flying creatures rarely appeared in the area where wizards lived; they also seemed to be found from ruins. 0

"By the way, I'm here to tell you something. I received a message from the adults yesterday that I will be going to the Deep Sea Garden today, and I might not be back for a while." She paused and continued, "If you want to go out, you don't need to take the one-way route through the snowy mountains again; you can use the teleportation house; it's more convenient." 0

"The teleportation house?" Freya was slightly taken aback. "You mean the teleportation technology from the City of Illusions?" 0

"That's right," Shirley nodded in acknowledgment. 0

The Transmission House is a multi-teleportation technology developed in the last decade by the City of Illusions. It offers much more functionality than a simple teleportation array or Teleportation Pool, allowing for at least four fixed locations to be teleported to, with easy and stable setup. The only drawback is its relatively short range. 0

However, according to data from the Blood Eagle Territory, although this technology has been developed, it is still in the experimental improvement stage and has not been widely deployed. It was unexpected that Klyent had already put it to use. 0

"The Transmission House is fixed on the left side of the second-floor door; you can give it a try." 0

"Alright, I understand," Freya nodded. 0

She was responsible for conveying instructions. Now, she gently rubbed the sheep in her arms, whispered a few words, then set it down and raised her head. 0

"Well, I'm off. See you next time." 0

"Goodbye." 0

Watching Shirley walk through the wooden door and disappear into the White Mist, Freya glanced back at the strange house. 0

Although her search for information over the past few days had not affected her mental state much, she felt quite stifled being here. 0

Not far away, Taboli had vanished again in the blink of an eye after Shirley left. 0

After a moment's pause, Freya turned and walked toward the house. 0

She went up to the second-floor library and indeed found a brown wooden door standing on the left side. 0

The door had no decorations; the golden doorknob looked just like that of an ordinary wooden door. 0

Freya reached out to grasp the doorknob, gently twisted it, and pulled. 0

'Click!' 0

The wooden door opened. 0

The bustling sounds of the crowd immediately came from behind the door. Freya looked towards the entrance and discovered that it seemed to be a lively street. 0

On both sides of the street were rows of shops, and directly across from the door was a fruit stand, where various fresh fruits were displayed, and a middle-aged boss in gray linen was loudly advertising. 0

There weren't many pedestrians on the street at the moment, but occasionally, figures clad in leather armor or half armor could be seen wielding weapons. 0

Not far away, several children were chasing and playing together. 0

Freya glanced back at the enormous bookshelf behind her, which seemed out of place with the ordinary street. 0

"This teleportation doesn't have any spatial energy fluctuations. It seems designed to reduce energy pollution, but its concealment is quite good." 0

After scanning her surroundings briefly, she closed the wooden door, grasped the handle, twisted it gently again, and then opened it. 0

"Whoosh!" 0

Fine raindrops fell from the sky, making a pattering sound as they hit the trees. 0

The damp and cold air invigorated Freya. 0

"This forest is the second teleportation point?" 0

She stepped out of the wooden door, allowing the light rain to fall on her hair. Freya realized that her wooden door was embedded in a hunter's cabin, and aside from the forest, there were only various hidden animals around. 0

After thinking for a moment, she gently spread her hands, and suddenly a layer of light white mist enveloped her. Then her body began to float. 0

Passing through the tall tree branches, it wasn't long before Freya reached the top of the forest. 0

Looking around, all that could be seen was a vast sea of deep green forest, bathed in a light rain, giving a hazy feeling. In the distance, intermittent beast roars could be faintly heard, as if some creature was hunting. 0

Freya's eyes were veiled with a green glow as she slightly frowned. 0

"With no signs of wizard activity, it seems we are quite far from the Northern Snowfield." 0

Shaking her head, she descended from the treetops and walked through the wooden door, opening it once more. 0

A chilling wind rushed in from outside as Freya squinted her eyes. 0

This was the summit of a snow-capped mountain, surrounded by steep cliffs. Beside the door stood a towering white structure. 0

At the top of the tower was a piece of white crystal that occasionally shimmered with bright light. 0

"Huh? A Watchtower? Is this the snow mountain I saw when I first entered the secret realm?" 0

At this moment, Freya was only wearing a thin white dress, but her robust physique as a wizard made her feel only slightly uncomfortable. 0

Taking a gentle breath of the cold air, she stepped out of the wooden door. 0

Looking around, Freya suddenly noticed that the enormous volcano she had seen before was not far from her location. 0

Thick black smoke billowed from there, but due to the wind direction, there was no sulfur smell here. 0

However, from this position, she could vaguely see the rolling crimson lava in the concave crater of the volcano. 0

Even from a distance, Freya could clearly sense the enormity of this volcano. 0

The biting cold wind seemed to intensify at that moment, just as Freya was about to return through the wooden door after staying outside for a while. 0

Suddenly, an unusual wave of energy surged from a distance, strong and accompanied by a shrill howling sound. 0

She looked up and saw a massive silver wolf diving down from the darkened sky. 0

On either side of the wolf's shoulders were two enormous wings, and its fierce wolf head bared white, sharp teeth, with blood-red eyes fixed intently on her. 0

A feeling of being locked onto enveloped Freya's heart. When she tried to enter the wooden door, she bizarrely found that her body had become immobile. 0

"An attack?" 0

Freya narrowed her eyes slightly and reached back with her hand. Suddenly, a gigantic dark blue hand shot up from behind her, directly reaching for the silver wolf. 0

"Rip!!" 0

In an instant, the Storm Hand tore open, and large flakes of snow began to fall suddenly. 0

This situation left Freya momentarily stunned. As the snowflakes descended, an inexplicable pressure emerged around her. 0

"This is the power of a domain!? Dawn Wizard?" (To be continued.) 0
