Looking again at Miss Choi, who had just bumped into herself, she was now sitting on the ground with a pained expression. The knee of her pants was already torn, and her knee was injured. "Just now, Miss Choi bumped into Anna, and Anna almost fell off. Thankfully, Brother Jae-seok reacted quickly and pulled her back; otherwise, the consequences would have been unimaginable," Park Seok said, still shaken by the earlier scene and stuttering a bit.
"I'm sorry, Anna, I didn't mean to," Miss Choi apologized pitifully to Anna.
At that moment, Anna seemed to not hear anything and ignored Miss Choi. She only wanted to know how badly Brother Jae-seok was hurt.
"Brother Jae-seok, are you okay?" Anna asked, her eyes still filled with fear, a real threat of death lingering in her mind.
"I'm fine, Anna," Yoo Jae-suk reassured her.
After finishing bandaging Yoo Jae-suk, Park Soo Eun came over to check if Anna was injured. Aside from a slight abrasion on her palm, she had no other injuries. Fortunately, Miss Choi's knee was only scraped; after some treatment and bandaging, it was nothing serious.
"Everyone should take a break for now; we'll resume filming in half an hour," said Zhao PD.
With everyone's company, as they returned to the resting area, Anna slowly regained her composure. Looking at Yoo Jae-suk, who was sitting across from her, she stood up and walked over slowly. Since joining the Running Man crew, although she had always admired Yoo Jae-suk, they had mostly been busy with their work and rarely spoke much even during work-related discussions. "Thank you, Brother Jae-seok," Anna said, looking at Jae-seok's bandaged wound with a hint of guilt.
Jae-seok smiled reassuringly and replied, "It's okay, Anna. It's just a small injury; it's no problem."
Zhao PD, who had been talking to Miss Choi a moment ago, walked over and asked, "Anna, Brother Jae-seok, are you both alright?"
"We're fine," Anna nodded.
"Everything's fine," Jae-seok added.
"Anna, you must be more careful in the future. Thankfully, nothing serious happened this time," Zhao PD said.
"Yes, I will. I'm really sorry for delaying the progress," Anna said regretfully.
"We can't blame Anna this time; it was indeed because Miss Choi accidentally bumped into her," Yoo Jae-suk said.
"I understand," Zhao PD replied but sighed again. "However, now that Miss Choi has injured her knee, she definitely can't run. Anna, Miao PD also mentioned the issue with the phone to me. I know you feel wronged, but you should have informed Miss Choi about the importance of wearing knee pads..."
Anna could hardly believe her ears. She frowned and asked incredulously, "What? Did she say that to you? That I didn't inform her about needing to wear knee pads during the game?"
