"Think what you want, but I'm just telling you, no matter who you like, it's none of my business. I'm here simply because I love this job," Anna said.
Miss Choi remained unfazed and coldly replied, "I'm just telling you that as long as you don't leave Running Man, I will make sure you won't have an easy time."
Anna shrugged indifferently and said, "Suit yourself. I know that no matter how I explain, you won't believe me. Now I finally understand why you hate me. I've explained everything that needs explaining. As long as your personal bias against me doesn't affect the show, that's all that matters."
"Hmph, that’s not up to you."
"No, this time, you will agree with me," Anna said with a smile as she slowly took out her phone from her pocket, which was in recording mode. She ended and saved the recording.
Miss Choi panicked and asked, "What are you doing?"
Anna pressed play, and all their previous conversation played back in full.
Miss Choi suddenly stood up and tried to snatch the phone away, but Anna dodged her.
"Miss Choi, there's no need to rush. After this episode wraps up smoothly, I will delete all recordings immediately. However, if any unexpected incidents occur due to Miss Choi's actions before then, everyone in the Running Man crew will hear this recording. At that point, who knows if it will leak into the entire entertainment industry."
"You little bitch!" Miss Choi raised her hand again to hit Anna, but just then Zhao PD walked in. Upon seeing him, Miss Choi quickly transformed into a sweet smile, her raised hand now gently stroking Anna's hair as she said with a grin, "Miss Anna's hair is really beautiful."
Without needing to look, Anna knew someone had entered and was already accustomed to Miss Choi's tactics. So she smiled back and said, "Thank you, Miss Choi."
Zhao PD was initially worried that the two might have an unpleasant encounter, so he came in to take a look. Seeing them getting along well, he finally felt relieved. Simple gave a few instructions and then left.
Anna mentioned that she had something to discuss with Zhao PD, and followed him out, leaving Miss Choi alone in the Dressing Room, unsure of what to think.
Anna had never imagined that one day she would treat someone else in such a despicable manner. She thought that if it weren't for being pushed into a corner with no way out, she would never resort to such means. Sighing, she prepared to check on the Filming.
In the following days of recording, Miss Choi's unusually cooperative behavior and everything going smoothly puzzled many people. However, it was naturally better for things to be peaceful; no one wanted Miss Choi to suddenly cause trouble again.
Anna also felt her previously anxious heart finally relax.
“Anna, I heard from Zhao PD that you two have settled things. What did you say to her? Why has it been so quiet these days?” Ji-hyo asked Anna quietly while she was helping him put on the recording device.
Anna smiled and replied, “Nothing much, just returning the favor in kind, and naturally, everything is fine.”
Ji-hyo was surprised and asked, “You’re not going to hit her anymore, right?”
Anna said, “What kind of person do you think I am? Of course not. I just gave her a slight warning to behave herself in the future.”
Ji-hyo laughed and said, “Not bad, not bad. Very impressive.”
