"However, Brother Canlie..." Miki smiled playfully and said, "Doesn't her demeanor always remind you of someone?" 0

Park Chan-yeol's hand on the steering wheel trembled slightly, causing the car to shake as well. 0

"Don't be nervous." Seeing Park Chan-yeol flustered, Miki said smugly. 0

"You’re overthinking it," Chan-yeol replied. 0

"Oh? Is that so? Is it really me overthinking, or are you just avoiding the truth?" Miki countered. 0

"Whichever it is, please don't concern yourself with it," Chan-yeol said in a low voice, his brow furrowed with lingering sorrow. 0

"Alright," Miki smiled slightly and said, "I want to see what happens when Miss Anna finds out why you approached her and became friends. Once she knows the truth, will she still be willing to continue being your... friend?" 0

After Miki's triumphant laughter, the atmosphere in the car returned to calm. 0

This city sometimes feels vast, so large that after years of struggles and journeys, one can finally meet the person they long to encounter. Yet at times, this city feels too small, small enough that certain people can see you during inexplicable moments. Park Chan-yeol still remembers vividly the first time he saw Anna at S.M. Company looking for Andy; she smiled, and in that instant, it felt as if he had traveled through time back to his childhood. Back then, his mother brought home a girl two years older than him. They had no blood relation, yet she became his sister; her name was Yura. 0

Anna, in contrast to Yura's personality, also possessed a pair of extraordinarily beautiful eyes that lingered in Park Chan-yeol's mind, refusing to fade away. 0

Chan-yeol looked at a low-quality photo on his phone of himself and Sister Yura, both still looking like children. The beloved Sister Yura would forever remain frozen at that age. 0

Since S.M saw that face, the next time they met was more than two years later at the gym. Even after such a long time, he could recognize her at a glance. 0

If possible, Park Chan-yeol hoped to always appear by Anna's side at a distance that was neither too far nor too close. In the past, he was too young and didn’t know how to protect Sister Yura; he was merely being protected by her. Now he was strong enough, yet he didn’t understand what it meant to unconsciously help Anna. Perhaps, as Miki guessed, it was just a way to project his feelings for Sister Yura. 0

Andy had not returned yet. Feeling a bit thirsty, he drank a glass of ice water, which eased his dazed feeling considerably. 0

Soaking himself in the warm water of the bathtub, he closed his eyes but suddenly the earlier scene reappeared in his mind. Anna shook her head and patted her face. 0

Hearing the sound of a door closing, Anna quickly got up, put on her bathrobe, and walked out of the bedroom. Sure enough, she saw Andy in the living room on the first floor. 0

“What’s wrong?” Andy asked Anna with a smile, though his face looked somewhat haggard. 0

“You seem really busy lately, so I wanted to check on you,” Anna said as she sat down on the sofa. 0

“Drinking?” Andy poured himself a glass of wine and sat down. 0

Anna quickly checked herself and exclaimed in surprise, “I’ve already taken a shower and you can still smell it.” 0

Andy chuckled. 0

Feeling embarrassed, Anna said, “I drank a few glasses because I was happy.” 0

“Lying about the time so the driver wouldn’t pick you up was just so you could drink?” Andy joked. “Did you drink with Brother Kwangsoo?” 0
