Aijia Yu quietly instructed, and two Black-clad Men stepped forward to take the key. When I released it with Fatty, they both seemed taken aback by its weight. 0

Rubbing my shoulders, I said nothing more as our group continued onward. 0

After descending several hundred Stairs, the ground finally leveled out, revealing a large hall. The hall measured over twenty meters in length and width, and about ten meters high. Looking around, aside from the wall behind us, which had only one passage, every other wall had three passages. 0

Aijia Yu raised her hand in front, signaling everyone to stop. I looked at Aijia Yu, unsure of what she was planning. Although there were nine paths ahead, surely she wouldn't stop to ponder? Was she going to draw lots or point at someone to decide? 0

Aijia Yu smiled slightly but remained silent, nodding at one of the taller black-robed men. He walked to the corner of the right wall and crouched down, mumbling a few words that were hard to catch—seemingly an incantation. Moments later, a square stone slowly rose as if pulled by an invisible string. It stopped when it reached over a meter high, floating in the air and gently bobbing up and down, revealing a square pit beneath it containing a wrench. 0

The black-robed man operated the wrench, and a rustling sound came from behind us. I turned to see another passage appear next to the one we had exited. 0

Goodness, this passage is incredibly concealed. 0

Anyone arriving here would choose one of the nine visible paths to continue; who would think there was a hidden entrance right next to their original path? Moreover, this entrance seemed impossible to open by human effort. By the way, who is this black-robed man? Is he human or ghost? 0

The black-robed man returned after standing up, and the square stone slowly descended back into place. Aijia Yu disregarded it and signaled us to enter this new passage. 0

The passage stretched straight ahead, illuminated by a continuous line of wall lamps that seemed endless; I had no idea how long this passage was. 0

As we moved forward, I swore this was the most tedious journey of my life. With ten people walking in silence, no one uttered a word as we trudged along. The walls were nothing but Azure Brick, and the monotony was driving me mad. 0

After walking for over twenty minutes, just as I was about to lose my mind, we reached the end of the passage. 0

In my imagination, the end of the passage must lead to a grand space because it was so long and extended deep underground for hundreds of meters. With such a large key, this door could easily be dozens of meters high—taking down this door panel would be like having a basketball court above! 0

But before me stood only an Azure Brick wall with nothing else; this surprised me greatly. This was too much of a letdown. Just as I furrowed my brow and prepared to curse, Aijia Yu placed her finger on her lips and gestured for silence. I looked around in confusion—was there some kind of mechanism here? 0

Aijia Yu approached me and whispered, “Zheng Nan, what comes next is crucial. We need your help. If you assist us this time, not only will I ensure Yang Guo'er and Lingfeng are freed when we get out, but I will also guarantee that you can live the life you desire—any life you want.” 0

I knew you would bail on me, and I couldn't be bothered to argue about it anymore. With a sarcastic smile, I said, "Hurry up with whatever you need to do. I still have to go back and watch TV and do my workout. Those aunties show up on time every morning, which shows great professionalism and reliability." The implication was, of course, that Aijia Yu and the others were not reliable. 0

Aijia Yu smiled but didn’t explain. She walked to the wall at the end of the corridor and nodded to the two men in black robes. Taking a deep breath, she thrust her hand into the wall, surprisingly inserting her five fingers into the Azure Brick wall. 0

Fatty and I were shocked. This was Azure Brick, not tofu! To be able to force her fingers into the brick like that was beyond my comprehension. She must have been practicing some kind of advanced technique. 0

Aijia Yu lightly scolded and actually pried a piece of Azure Brick off the wall, placing it on the ground. Then she moved her hands in quick succession, continuously inserting them into the Azure Brick and pulling more pieces off the wall. Before long, a big hole appeared in the wall, revealing the soil behind it. 0

I stepped forward and picked up an Azure Brick from the ground, astonished once again. The brick was about thirty centimeters high, fifty centimeters wide, and ten centimeters thick; it weighed around forty to fifty pounds. I tentatively poked it with my finger, feeling a dull pain. Looking at the five finger holes in the Azure Brick, I shook my head at Fatty, indicating that this was real Kung Fu, not magic. 0

After creating this big hole, Aijia Yu's face flushed slightly as she caught her breath for a moment. Standing aside, she nodded towards the middle-aged man and said, "Brother Five, it's your turn." 0

The middle-aged man, Brother Five, silently stepped forward and placed his suitcase down before opening it. Inside were various oddly shaped iron parts—some were sections resembling steel pipes; others were flat pieces similar to shovels; there were also strips resembling chisels and picks. It was a chaotic mix, and I had no idea what these items were for. 0

Shaking his wrist, Brother Five displayed an excited expression before quickly pulling out various iron parts from the suitcase. In an instant, he assembled a strange shovel that had a cylindrical front end with a U-shaped cross-section. At first glance, it looked powerful. 0

"Luoyang Shovel!" Fatty whispered. "Specially designed for tomb raiding!" 0

Once the shovel was assembled, Brother Five put together two regular iron shovels as well. He stood up, stretched his limbs, and picked up the Luoyang Shovel to start digging into the circular hole. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but after a while, I was astonished. Brother Five dug remarkably fast; within less than a minute, he had made the hole over a meter deep with hardly any noise—as if he were just slicing through a cake with a knife. 0

I walked over to Aijia Yu and curiously asked, "What is going on?" 0

Aijia Yu focused on Brother Five's progress while occasionally checking her phone for the time. She replied, "Zheng Nan, I'll definitely tell you about this once it's over, but right now I don't have time." 0

I chuckled and said, "Aren't you afraid I'll refuse to cooperate?" 0

Aijia Yu finally turned to look at me with a hint of anger on her face: "Zheng Nan, I'll tell you soon." 0

"I've heard 'soon' too many times already," I crossed my arms defiantly. 0

"Uh..." Aijia Yu was momentarily speechless, turning to look at the two men in black robes. One of the shorter black-robed men nodded. 0

My heart sank; damn it, these two black-robed figures were the real decision-makers. Could this shorter one be 'Isolated from the World'? 0

Aijia Yu cleared her throat. "This passage was opened under the pretense of a civil defense project, using the citizens' square as a cover. The tunnels ahead belong to the air raid shelter, which is documented by the government. However, this passage we dug with great effort is unknown to outsiders. We cannot continue digging here because just ten meters ahead is the Fifty-Sixth District, which is our destination and where the Portal is located." 0

With her explanation, I seemed to understand; it turned out that the Fifty-Sixth District was where Aijia Yu and her group wanted to go. They had gone through so much trouble to obtain this key just to reach the Fifty-Sixth District. I had no idea what this Fifty-Sixth District was, but it sounded impressive. 0

Aijia Yu and her team had invested an astonishing amount of manpower and resources to approach the Fifty-Sixth District. Just this tunnel alone was enough to leave people in awe. It seemed they had been planning this for a long time, waiting for me to obtain the key before proceeding with the final step of digging through to open the Portal. 0

Brother Five continued to dig rapidly, while the two Black-clad Men used shovels to remove dirt continuously. I realized what it meant for someone to specialize in their craft; the two men shoveling dirt clearly couldn't keep up with Brother Five's digging speed. Eventually, Brother Five assembled two more shovels, and with four Black-clad Men working together, they barely managed to keep pace. 0

After more than ten minutes, the hole had been dug over ten meters deep. Suddenly, a thought struck me: what if there was a large rock ahead? Would these fools be left dumbfounded? 0

At that moment, Brother Five raised his hand, and the four Black-clad Men immediately stopped their actions. I watched as Brother Five pressed his ear against the earthen wall, listening for a moment before signaling to the four Black-clad Men, who quietly retreated. 0

Setting down his shovel, Brother Five dug into the ground with his fingers and pulled out a large chunk of earth. After a few grabs, he uncovered a piece of granite. Quickly working along this granite, he soon revealed a wall made of about ten pieces of granite. Looking at it, Brother Five turned back to Aijia Yu with a wry smile and shook his head as he stepped back, softly saying, "I can't handle this!" 0

Without hesitation, Aijia Yu walked inside and closed her eyes in concentration. Her right hand began to tremble slightly—an indication she was gathering energy. Damn it, this is granite; can you really penetrate it? 0

Just when I thought it was impossible, Aijia Yu suddenly struck out with her hand, her fingers piercing into one of the granite blocks with several sharp sounds. Her fingers forcefully embedded themselves into the granite as her chest heaved rapidly a few times. She extended her left index finger along the edge of the granite slowly, causing granite dust to fall continuously. After tracing along the edge several times, Aijia Yu suddenly exerted force and pulled; that piece of granite came straight out. 0

Motherfucker! Is this Kung Fu something humans can practice? I exchanged glances with Fatty; we both saw fear in each other's eyes while confusion arose in my mind—if you're already this powerful, why do you need my help? What can I do for you? Cheer you on? 0

After pulling out a large piece of granite, no light came through from behind the wall; clearly there was something else blocking it on that side. Aijia Yu didn't care; she continued pulling out granite until she had five pieces before returning. The five pieces were massive enough that the hole left behind could easily allow Fatty to crawl through. 0

Behind the hole was darkness; I had no idea what was blocking it. The four Black-clad Men quickly moved the granite away. When Aijia Yu walked beside me, I noticed her fingers were covered in blood—so your hands aren't made of iron after all. Isn't being Fairy Sister good enough? Why pretend to be Mei Chaofeng? 0

Brother Five entered the hole carrying a box and knocked on the wall; a metallic sound echoed back. He then sighed in relief and took out something resembling a handgun from the box. Pressing a switch caused blue flames to shoot out from it—it was a mini cutting machine. As the blue flames danced around, finally a Big Hole was cut open, allowing light to shine through from that side and illuminating Brother Five's pale face. 0

Seeing that the tunnel was finally opened, everyone let out a low cheer, and even I couldn't help but want to clap in joy. Damn, it wasn't easy. 0

Brother Five placed the cut iron pieces aside, leaned over to take a look, and seeing nothing unusual, jumped down directly. He poked his head out of the hole and waved at us, indicating that the terrain over there was lower than here. 0

We all crawled over, expecting this to be an extremely vast underground palace, but once again I was disappointed. I had arrived at another passageway, which was even lower than the previous one. I could reach up and touch the ceiling; we had just emerged from the side of this passage. 0

So this is how poor Fifty-Six District is. Who came up with such a name? Come here, and I promise I won't kill you. 0

Looking around, I noticed that there were wall lamps on both sides of the passage. The light illuminated the entire passage clearly. It wasn't that my eyesight was good; it was just that this passage wasn't long at all—at most a hundred meters. We stood in the middle of the passage; at the left end was an elevator, while at the right end was a steel wall that emitted a faint cold light under the illumination. 0

The slightly shorter man in a black robe made a gesture, and we walked toward the right. As we approached, I saw a huge keyhole on the wall. It seemed this was the destination of our journey; that massive key was meant to unlock this portal. 0

Two black-clad men placed the key in front of the door. I glanced at Aijia Yu, but Aijia Yu was looking at those two men in black robes. I felt annoyed; no matter what was inside that door, just open it and take what we need—that would settle it. Why were we lingering at the entrance? 0

After a moment, the slightly taller man in black suddenly spoke: "Zheng Nan, we can only rely on you from here on out." 0

Huh? That voice sounded familiar. I pointed at him in surprise and shouted, "You, who are you?" 0

The man in black fell silent for a moment, removed his helmet, lifted the black cloth, revealing a familiar face. Both Fatty and I gasped in shock. 0
