Van Loon Woken up by the sunlight outside the window, feeling a bit groggy, his body still seemed to be constrained by last night's revelry. He lay in bed, feeling weak all over, so tired, really wanting to continue sleeping. His hands unconsciously groped on the bed, as if looking for something, but all they felt were the cold sheets and pillow. After some effort, he finally found his phone on the right side of his buttocks. 0

He struggled to open his somewhat blurry eyes, turned on the phone screen, and groggily checked the time. It was nine in the morning! His heart tightened suddenly, and he sat up from the bed, thinking, "Oh no, I'm late!" His heart rate suddenly accelerated, a sense of urgency arose, as if he had returned to those days when he had to rush to school every day. 0

However, just as he was about to hurriedly get out of bed and rush to the wardrobe for clothes, he suddenly remembered that he had officially graduated only yesterday, and was no longer a student, so there was no such thing as being late for class. This sudden freedom and leisure made him feel a bit uneasy. He stood by the bed, staring blankly at the sunlight outside, feeling at a loss for a moment. 0

He couldn't help but smile, and touched his head, feeling somewhat amused and helpless. He lay back on the bed again, thinking, "So, this is how the first day after graduation is." His mood relaxed, and he suddenly felt a kind of unprecedented ease and comfort. 0

He looked up at the ceiling, pondering what the future days would be like, feeling a mix of anticipation and confusion. He wondered how to plan for the future, his mind filled with endless possibilities. He imagined his future life, feeling an inexplicable excitement and anticipation. 0

Then, Van Loon slowly closed his eyes, trying to enter the realm of dreams again, enjoying this moment of peace and freedom. However, in his heart, he had already begun to yearn for his future life. What kind of new and exciting world would it be? His heart was filled with anticipation and curiosity. Perhaps, the new journey quietly began from this moment of relaxation and contemplation. 0

However, before thinking about his future life, Van Loon first thought of his parents who had partied wildly last night and those strange people. He didn't know how they were doing now, feeling a bit curious and worried. He decided to go downstairs to check on their situation, so he got up from bed and headed to the bathroom to freshen up. He turned on the tap, let the cold water wash his face, gradually dispelling his drowsiness and making him feel a bit more awake. 0

After freshening up, he picked up a towel to dry his face, glanced at himself in the mirror, took a deep breath, and then slowly went downstairs to the living room. Sure enough, as soon as he entered the living room, he saw a scene that made him laugh and cry. His parents and the group of masked strange people were all lying naked on the floor or slumped on the sofa, obviously drunk as skunks. The living room was in a mess, with overturned bottles and leftover food on the table, and various strange props and masks scattered on the floor. 0

Van Loon was even more surprised to see a fish of unknown origin placed in the middle of the living room floor. There was also a cult-like symbol drawn on the floor, created with an unknown substance. The fish seemed to have been used as a prop for some mysterious ritual, but now it looked quite pitiful, with a hint of despair and confusion in its eyes. 0

Standing at the living room doorway, Van Loon looked at the scene before him, unsure whether to laugh or cry. He knew that his parents and those strange people had probably conducted some bizarre ritual during last night's revelry. He shook his head, feeling that everything was too absurd and beyond his comprehension. 0

He carefully walked past the sleeping figures, picked up the trash bag on the table, and began to clean up the aftermath in the living room. During the process, he occasionally glanced at the strange props and formations, feeling a mixture of curiosity and apprehension. Although he was accustomed to his parents' cult-like lifestyle, he couldn't help but feel uneasy and puzzled every time he saw these strange things. 0

As he cleaned, he kept thinking back to the scene from last night, feeling helpless and somewhat worried about his parents and the strange people. He knew this was his parents' way of life and the environment he grew up in, but whenever he saw such scenes, he found it difficult to understand and accept. 0

Van Loon sighed deeply, feeling like he was caught in a play he couldn't understand. He stood at the doorway of the living room, glanced at the chaos in front of him, and decided to take it step by step, starting with clearing away the dangerous things. He picked up a trash bag from the table and quietly approached the glass shards and overturned bottles, carefully picking them up and putting them into the bag. With each shard he picked up, his heart felt a little heavier, but he knew it was the right thing to do, and the only thing he could do. 0

His gaze occasionally fell on the strange fish lying silently on the ground, seemingly having ended its life. Van Loon couldn't help but feel a sense of pity as he looked at it. After some thought, he ultimately decided to put it into the trash bag as well, ending its miserable life. He lowered his head, feeling somewhat helpless. Perhaps this was its destined fate, but he still felt a twinge of reluctance. 0

After tidying up these things, he turned to the group of strange people still lying on the ground in a deep sleep. He walked over and gently patted one of them, trying to wake him up, saying, "Hey, it's time to wake up, it's time to wake up." But they seemed to have no response at all, still sound asleep. He tried several times to wake up the others, but still had no effect. Feeling a bit helpless, he decided to try again later. 0

Next, he walked over to his parents, and their situation was the same, they wouldn't wake up at all. He gently patted his father's face first, then his mother's face, hoping they would wake up. However, they also had no response at all, just making some unclear murmurs in their sleep. Van Loon felt a bit helpless, he looked at their naked bodies, feeling a bit embarrassed and uneasy. He quickly turned away, not wanting to see their bodies. 0

He searched around and eventually found some old blankets and clothes in the wardrobe. He carefully covered his parents and the group of strange people, at least preventing them from being completely exposed to the air. He tried to wake them up again, but still got no response. He looked at them, feeling somewhat helpless and lost. He didn't know what they had done last night, but he knew that these strange rituals and cult activities had always been a part of their lives. He could only sigh and decided to let them continue sleeping, and deal with them when they woke up on their own. 0
