Star Dragon God
The next morning, as the sun rose, Huo Feng stood up from the ground and stretched comfortably. A night of cultivation left Huo Feng feeling refreshed.
Huo Feng thought about how Yue Er would come by in the afternoon, so he had some time to consider what to do that morning.
"Huo Feng, don't you feel that something is strange?"
At that moment, the voice of the Seven Star Spirit suddenly echoed. Huo Feng, who was in a good mood, felt his spirits dampen at the unexpected interruption. The Seven Star Spirit rarely initiated conversations with him, so he asked seriously, "Stellar Grandpa, what's wrong? I haven't noticed anything unusual."
"It's quite strange. Your Stellar Energy is close to breaking through to the Eighth Level of Human Pulse Realm. Have you felt it?"
"I'm about to break through? That's impossible! If I were about to break through, I would definitely feel something. Stellar Grandpa, are you just messing with me out of boredom? This joke is pretty weak," Huo Feng replied with disbelief. After all, who could understand his own body better than he did?
"I'm not interested in playing tricks on you. I just want you to grow stronger so I can see the brilliance of the stars shine across the continent once again. I seem to sense something special nearby, but it's very subtle; I can't pinpoint exactly what it is or whether it's harmful or helpful," said the Seven Star Spirit.
Huo Feng asked skeptically, "Is that true? Can you sense a general direction?"
"I had this feeling last night when I was here; it should be around this area," the Seven Star Spirit replied uncertainly.
"Are you sure? There's only this unremarkable mountain here, and this area is just an ordinary forest. There wouldn't even be a Networking Stage Five beast around here," Huo Feng still doubted.
The Seven Star Spirit didn't respond further because he was also unsure but had a strong feeling about it.
However, Huo Feng stretched again and casually said, "Anyway, since there's nothing else to do today, I'll just move around a bit and turn this unremarkable mountain upside down to see if there's anything strange here."
With that, Huo Feng activated his Phantom Steps combat technique and instantly disappeared from his spot, heading towards the top of the mountain.
“Damn it, Stellar Grandpa, are you kidding me? I almost went through every piece of land here. I even killed a Green-scaled Lizard to check its insides. Ah! Poor green-skinned one, don't blame me; blame that troublemaker Stellar Grandpa.”
At noon, Huo Feng pretended to be angry as he returned to the original spot holding a skinned and cleaned Green-scaled Lizard. He gathered some dry twigs, started a fire, and began roasting the poor Green-scaled Lizard.
Gradually, a delicious aroma filled the air. Huo Feng flipped the roasting Green-scaled Lizard in his hands, occasionally bringing it close to his nose to sniff.
“Master, I'm here!”
Just as Huo Feng was about to take a bite of the Green-scaled Lizard, a cheerful youthful voice rang in his ears. Realizing it was Yue Er, he paused and stood up to look at her, saying, “How did your practice of ‘Primordial Vajra Fist’ go yesterday?”
“Master, look.”
Before him, Yue Er's delicate fists gradually formed a light blue Origin Force enveloping her hands. This surprised Huo Feng, as he hadn't expected such talent in this desolate village.
However, Huo Feng enjoyed maintaining a serious demeanor and replied coolly, “It's flashy; what I want to see is the power of your punch.”
Worried that Yue Er might become complacent, he pointed to a large tree in the distance that was thick enough for three people to hug around. He looked at Yue Er and said, “Use all your strength to punch that big tree. If you can knock it down with one punch, I'll teach you the next Combat Techniques.”
Since it was her first time practicing Combat Techniques, Yue Er didn't know how powerful her attack should be. She thought her master wouldn't set her an impossible task. With her youthful spirit and confidence, she walked toward the big tree.
Standing firm, she wanted to impress her master, so she continuously gathered Origin Force into her fists. The light blue glow on her fists grew stronger and stronger. However, when Huo Feng noticed that the Origin Force within Yue Er was nearly depleted without her having thrown a punch yet, he felt quite satisfied.
But soon, Huo Feng sensed something was off because Yue Er was still gathering energy. The amount of Origin Force on her fists suddenly exceeded her capacity, sending a hint of danger through Huo Feng. He rushed forward and grabbed Yue Er's fist to help release the excess Origin Force.
Just then, he noticed that Yue Er's eyes had turned light blue and were glaring fiercely at him. This left Huo Feng stunned; what was happening?
Suddenly, Yue Er forcefully shook off Huo Feng's hand, and then raised her fists to strike at Huo Feng's chest. This fierce attack made De Huo Feng take it seriously and respond with full effort.
"Nether Break"
With a loud bang, their fists collided, and both were sent rapidly retreating. As Yue Er was falling back, she punched again, but this time not at Huo Feng, instead striking the ground.
Dust flew up instantly, obscuring everything, including Yue Er's figure. Huo Feng immediately activated his Crimson Demon Eyes and noticed that a large hole had appeared where Yue Er struck, seemingly quite deep, and Yue Er was inside the hole.
"That feeling is getting stronger; it seems my intuition was correct. That thing is likely related to your Yue Er. When that child erupted earlier, I felt something familiar, but perhaps due to the passage of time, I couldn't recall it immediately."
This was the voice of the Seven Star Spirit once again. Understanding what the Seven Star Spirit meant, Huo Feng jumped without hesitation into the hole.
As he jumped down, Huo Feng discovered a winding passage. The walls of the passage were not made of stone or soil but were a light blue color resembling water and emitted a glow that illuminated the cave brightly.
Huo Feng reached out to see if he could penetrate this water-like wall but found it impossible. Thus, he cautiously continued forward.
"I remember now; there was a family thousands of years ago that was all the rage for millennia. This family was called the Medicine God Clan, and their Origin Force was this light blue color, just like Yue Er's Origin Force."
