After Lin Bingbing left, Yue Hui also returned home. Since Jiang Chen agreed to participate as a judge in the Martial Arts Competition, there would be another opportunity to meet.
Jiang Chen returned to his room and soon washed up before going to bed.

Jiang City is the capital of Hubei Province and is somewhat far from Hangcheng. However, driving on the highway takes just over four hours to reach it. Jiang City is considered a new first-tier city in Huaxia, boasting strong historical depth and economic strength, earning it the nickname "Thoroughfare of Nine Provinces."
At noon, Lin Bingbing drove with Jiang Chen to Jiang City. She was not very familiar with the underground boxing match they were attending.
At a five-star hotel in Jiang City, Lin Bingbing met her three friends. All three were also stars and naturally stunning beauties. Lin Bingbing introduced each of them to Jiang Chen.
The friend with short hair was named Li Ruoxi, a singer who had gained fame in recent years with several popular songs. The beauty with long black hair laughed and introduced herself as Zhou Ailing, also an actress. The friend with wavy hair was Liu Sisi, a popular actress known for her sexy image and outgoing personality; she had dated quite a few boyfriends. Today was the occasion for her and her friends to come to Jiang City.
The friendship among Lin Bingbing, Zhou Ailing, Liu Sisi, and Li Ruoxi was a refreshing change in the entertainment industry. Despite frequent gossip about conflicts among them, their bond remained strong over the years; otherwise, Lin Bingbing wouldn't have been able to gather them all together this time.
"Bingbing, yesterday we invited you to come with us, but you said you had something else going on. Turns out you were bringing a handsome guy!" After the introductions, Li Ruoxi teased her. "He’s not your boyfriend, is he?"
"Don't be silly! I told you earlier that Mr. Jiang is a Martial Arts Expert; having him here makes me feel safe!" Lin Bingbing playfully scolded.
"Mr. Jiang is so young and handsome; I wonder if he’s more of a Martial Arts Expert or a ladies' man!" Zhou Ailing laughed, her tone clearly dismissive of Jiang Chen.
"Alright now, Ruoxi and Ailing, enough of that! Since Bingbing is here, let's go eat; Xiao He is already waiting for us," Liu Sisi said, her lips curling into a smile at the mention of her boyfriend Xiao He.
Having been in the entertainment industry for many years and dated numerous boyfriends, Liu Sisi found Xiao He to be particularly satisfying.
"You're amazing! I heard that Xiao He is the most handsome guy in Jiang City and comes from an impressive background—his father Xiao Junyong is an Underground Boss there," Li Ruoxi said admiringly. Among them all, Liu Sisi lived the most carefree life and had no shortage of handsome boyfriends.
"You all know me too well; if he's not handsome, I won't even look at him! But honestly, I don’t want to play around anymore; if possible, I want to marry Xiao He," Liu Sisi confessed.
"Then go ahead and get married; we support you," Li Ruoxi replied with a smile.
"I'm just a bit worried that his family won't approve of me. You guys should know that Xiao He's father is an Underground Leader in Central China’s Three Provinces—his background is much more formidable than what we see on the surface," Liu Sisi said quietly, her expression unusually tense.
"Wow, it's rare to see you nervous! If you're worried about Xiao He's family not accepting you, why not get pregnant before marriage? Then even if the Xiao Family doesn't approve of you, they'll have no choice but to accept you," Li Ruoxi joked.
"I think it's better to gain the Xiao Family's approval first. Sisi, you've never met Xiao He's family; how do you know they won't accept you? Let's wait until you've met them," Lin Bingbing suggested.
"That's right, I also think that being pregnant before marriage is unreliable. Sisi, you mentioned that Xiao He's father is the Underground Leader of the Central China Three Provinces. People like him are ruthless; we can't afford to provoke him. If he doesn't accept you, being pregnant before marriage won't matter," Zhou Ailing added.
"Let's wait until we meet Xiao He's family before discussing this further. Come on, let's go eat," Liu Sisi nodded.
The group headed to the hotel restaurant.
Jiang Chen was only there to accompany Lin Bingbing and didn't want to get involved in her friend's matters.
In a high-end restaurant within the hotel, Xiao He was already waiting. Besides him, there was a young man who, while not as handsome as Xiao He, had sharp eyebrows and bright eyes that exuded a cold and fierce aura.
"Sisi, you’re here! Oh, who’s this handsome guy?" Xiao He approached them and slightly frowned when he saw Jiang Chen.
"He’s Bingbing's friend," Liu Sisi introduced. There was no need to introduce her other friends; they were all big stars with well-known reputations.
"Oh, come sit down," Xiao He smiled.
Once everyone was seated, Xiao He pointed to the stern young man beside him and said, "This is Cheng Kai, my good friend. He’s a Martial Arts Expert and once killed a brown bear with his bare hands while hunting in the Siberian wilderness."
Upon hearing this, Liu Sisi, Li Ruoxi, and Zhou Ailing looked at Cheng Kai with astonishment. However, Lin Bingbing was not surprised; after all, she had heard Yue Hui talk about Jiang Chen's extraordinary abilities last night. Killing a brown bear didn't seem too shocking to her.
"Is that true? You killed a brown bear? Did you get hurt?" Li Ruoxi asked curiously.
"A mere brown bear? I could take it down with one punch; how could I possibly get hurt?" Cheng Kai replied nonchalantly, his expression proud.
Li Ruoxi and the others were speechless and found it hard to believe, thinking Cheng Kai was just bragging but didn’t want to call him out on it.
"What? You don’t believe me?" Cheng Kai asked.
"I don't believe it," Li Ruoxi shook her head.
"Just wait; you'll believe me soon enough. I'm participating in today's underground boxing match. Once you see my skills, you'll understand. Killing a brown bear or even a lion or tiger is truly effortless for me," Cheng Kai said with a faint smile.
Hearing this made Li Ruoxi and the others start to believe him in their hearts.
"By the way, Sisi, I heard your three friends still don't have boyfriends?" Xiao He suddenly asked.
"Yeah, so what?" Liu Sisi nodded.
"Perfect! Cheng Kai doesn't have a girlfriend either. I think we can set them up. Cheng Kai, if you had to choose one of these three big stars as your girlfriend, who would it be?" Xiao He joked.
Cheng Kai's gaze swept across them and landed on Lin Bingbing, who stood out among the three despite not wearing makeup.
"I choose Lin Bingbing," Cheng Kai said with a smile.
