Chen Haoxuan heard Shen Ruyan agree, and he stood up, gently cupping her face with both hands before leaning in for a kiss. This kiss made Shen Ruyan feel happy.
Applause erupted around them, and onlookers envied Chen Haoxuan and Shen Ruyan as a couple. They wished for a romantic love like theirs, but unfortunately, they lacked the ability to achieve it.
Chen Haoxuan took Shen Ruyan's hand and smiled at her, saying, "Let's go back!"
"Okay." Shen Ruyan leaned into Chen Haoxuan's embrace. Women like her could be very strong-willed, but once they fell in love, they became gentle and feminine.
As Chen Haoxuan led Shen Ruyan back to the hotel, he suddenly said, "I have something to take care of. You go back first!" He then ran off as quickly as he could.

She suspected that Chen Haoxuan was heading to Double Ring University, so she decided to go there as well. When she arrived at Double Ring University, she searched for a long time but couldn't find Chen Haoxuan. The longer she searched, the more she missed him.
In reality, Chen Haoxuan was at a bar drinking. He had intentionally left Shen Ruyan alone because she often pressured him. He wanted to tease her, making her truly experience love and then feel the longing and worry of being abandoned.
By midnight, Chen Haoxuan finally left the bar. He arrived at the Girls' Dormitory Building at Double Ring University, where most of the residents were already asleep. Only a few dorms had their lights on. Chen Haoxuan nimbly climbed to Su Shiyin's dormitory. Seeing Su Shiyin's clothes, he smiled and slipped a small listening device into a cartoon character sewn onto her clothing. Since the character was stitched on, he could easily pull a few threads to hide the device inside. Once it was set up, he left.
Returning to the hotel, he opened the door to the presidential suite and found Shen Ruyan sitting on the sofa in the living room, looking angrily at him. She huffed, "You jerk Chen Haoxuan! Where did you go? Why couldn't I find you?"
Chen Haoxuan plopped down on the sofa opposite her and replied nonchalantly, "Why do you need me?"
"Why do I need you? Have you forgotten that you promised to be my boyfriend for a day? But you only stayed for a little while before suddenly running off! What does that mean?" Shen Ruyan exclaimed angrily.
"Don't be angry yet. Let me ask you a few questions first, and then you can be mad at me later. Now, tell me, when I confessed to you at the supermarket entrance today, did you feel the sweetness of love?" Chen Haoxuan asked.
"Yes." Shen Ruyan admitted that she truly felt very happy and sweet at that moment.
"Then let me ask you this: after my confession, when I kissed you, did you feel so happy that you almost fainted?" Chen Haoxuan continued.
Shen Ruyan lowered her head, indicating her agreement.
"When I suddenly left you, did you feel reluctant to part?" Chen Haoxuan asked.
Shen Ruyan nodded and shyly replied, "Yes."
"Now let me ask you: when you searched for me for several hours without finding me, were you very angry and in a bad mood?" Chen Haoxuan inquired.
"Yes, I was indeed very angry," Shen Ruyan admitted directly.
With a loud clap on his thigh, Chen Haoxuan said, "Exactly! You first felt sweetness and happiness, then longing, disappointment, anger, and frustration. These are all emotions that people in love often experience. You said you wanted to experience love; am I wrong to do this? If I hadn't suddenly left you, would you have been able to feel the pain of missing someone?"
"Are... are you saying your confession was all fake?" Shen Ruyan's face suddenly turned pale, and fear was evident in her eyes.
"Of course it was fake. Did you really think it was real?" Chen Haoxuan replied nonchalantly.
"Fake?" Upon hearing Chen Haoxuan's words, Shen Ruyan felt as if she had been struck by lightning. Disappointment and sadness appeared simultaneously on her face. Today, she truly believed that Chen Haoxuan had confessed to her sincerely; she thought he liked her because she had let him be her boyfriend for a day without asking him to confess his feelings. Therefore, she believed it was real.
At the moment Chen Haoxuan confessed to her, she truly felt her heart flutter, so she agreed. Unexpectedly, it turned out to be fake; this deception felt more real than reality itself, leaving her unable to accept it for a time. She complained, blaming Chen Haoxuan for making the act so convincing.
Shen Ruyan suddenly stood up, covered her mouth, and quickly ran out. As she passed by Chen Haoxuan, a tear fell from her eye and landed on his face.
Shen Ruyan left, and Chen Haoxuan did not chase after her. He reached up to touch his cheek, feeling the wetness, and muttered to himself, "Is this tears or snot?" If Shen Ruyan were still there, she would surely have confronted him fiercely.
The next morning, Chen Haoxuan woke up early. He opened a small box and extended an antenna from the top before placing it in his pocket. Wearing an earpiece, he headed to Double Ring University. At first, the sound was not very clear, but as he walked into Double Ring University, the audio became crystal clear; he could hear every word spoken by Su Shiyin distinctly.
However, what nearly made Chen Haoxuan spit blood was when Su Shiyin said, "Today my chest seems to have gotten bigger again; my skin is slightly worse than yesterday, but compared to most girls, my skin could make them envious..." Shen Ruyan's words were all self-praising remarks. She indeed had the looks to back it up, but even the most beautiful people shouldn't constantly boast about themselves! Excessive narcissism is not a good thing.
Chen Haoxuan sat on a chair under the Girls' Dormitory Building, continuously chuckling to himself. Many female students passed by him and shook their heads at his demeanor (later they would suspect that Chen Haoxuan was a bit eccentric).
Su Shiyin loved beauty but never wore anything else; perhaps that outfit was given to her by someone very important to her.
After praising herself for half an hour, Su Shiyin finally walked out of the dormitory to head to school. When Chen Haoxuan saw Su Shiyin coming down from the dormitory building, his eyes involuntarily glanced at her chest. He nodded and thought to himself, "Hmm, it does seem a bit bigger."
Seeing Chen Haoxuan wearing sunglasses and looking at her while nodding, Su Shiyin shot him a glare and quickly walked past him. As she passed by him, she quietly muttered, "Pervert."
