Beside the carriages, two young men rode on tall horses, following closely. These steeds were swift and elegant, their hooves clattering and kicking up dust.
At this moment, Locke was sitting in the carriage, organizing the rewards from his recent upgrade.

The 10 randomly allocated basic attribute points had been distributed among four attributes by the Upgrade System.
His original strength of 18 had increased by some points, his initial agility of 6 had risen by 4 points, and both constitution and spirit had increased by some points and 1 point respectively. Even the Energy Value that Locke had never used before had doubled.

A blue-haired girl looked through the window, her autumn-like bright eyes meeting his gaze. Those enchanting sea-blue eyes seemed to communicate something.
The blue-haired girl peeking out from the opposite carriage smiled slightly. Bu replied in a relaxed and comforting tone, "Sister Wendy, you are such an outgoing girl. It is my honor to know you as a friend. All good things must come to an end; after I take care of some matters, I will visit your family."
