A similar scene unfolded once more; the Silver Square Shield surrounding Claire suddenly shattered, transforming into streams of pure energy that surged into Arno's fingertip along the Dark Blue Pattern.
At the moment the Silver Square Shield broke, Claire landed on the ground, his eyes wide with disbelief. He opened his mouth to concede defeat without hesitation, but before he could utter a word, he saw Arno coldly curl his lips and utter a low "explosion" once more.
The Dark Blue Pattern abruptly contracted, and Claire's face turned pale as he could not hide his terror.
