Black Abyss Ravine, the cold wind howled, thick fog hung like a miasma, the sound of venomous snakes hissing, the low growls of fierce beasts, and the occasional rustle of strange birds flapping their wings stirred the leaves, creating a chilling and terrifying atmosphere.
Bu's expression was serious as he approached the edge of the ravine, his steps gradually slowing. No matter how urgent his feelings were at that moment, in the face of the exceptionally dangerous Black Abyss Ravine, he had to maintain calmness and vigilance at all times. The two women were still waiting for him to rescue them; if he stumbled before he could save them, it would only be a joke.
His Acupoint roared within him as energy circulated through his body along two meridians. Additionally, Mental Power spread out, covering an area of several dozen feet around him. Within this range, even if unexpected situations arose, Bu could respond in time to protect himself and not be caught off guard.

Bu's footsteps were light, like a spirit cat walking softly over the scattered dead branches and leaves in the ravine, making barely audible rustling sounds. His arrival shattered the surrounding tranquility; a breeze swept through, stirring the fog and bringing a chilling atmosphere. A slight disturbance arose from some bushes as countless hidden watchers behind the dense foliage opened their bloodthirsty eyes and stared coldly.
Not far from this location in a dense forest, several figures darted past. Their movements were agile like monkeys in the mountains, making little noise as they moved. Dressed in black clothing that almost blended into the surrounding environment, their specific features were hard to discern, indicating they were seasoned veterans familiar with the forest.
"That guy has arrived; let's keep our distance for now. Sister Three, go notify Prince Kaisi and have him prepare for the net."
"His strength is quite impressive; he can fight above his level. Don't underestimate him too much; I'll go first."
"Hmph, Sister Three is being overly cautious. With our abilities and our thorough understanding of Black Abyss Ravine's terrain, that guy is on our turf now; he won't escape."
"Enough talk. Fourth, you go intercept him and bring that guy here." The low murmurs among them concluded with a sturdy black-clad man’s words. As soon as he finished speaking, aside from Sister Three, who gracefully departed in another direction, one masked man wearing a feathered hat dashed toward Bu's location.
With a soft sound, Bu's expression shifted while moving forward; under the influence of his Mental Power, his steps suddenly halted as he sidestepped.
Whoosh! Whoosh!
Two slender black shadows zipped past him with incredible speed like arrows, causing violent turbulence in the air. If this impact hit him directly, even with Bu's physical strength, it would leave two bloody holes in him.
"What is it?" Bu Shuang's eyes narrowed, his hands surrounded by a dark glow, ready to strike. Just then, a strange fragrance wafted through the air; a light sniff was enough to make one feel dizzy and weak all over.
Bu's expression changed, and without hesitation, he retreated rapidly, energy surging within him, enveloping his body.
Swish, swish, swish!
Several slender black shadows darted toward him like snakes, surrounding him from all four directions. The thick fragrance moved with the wind, spreading out over a range of several dozen feet.
"It must be some unknown snake-like magical beast, highly toxic and slender in form, attacking in groups. This place is not safe," Bu thought quickly. He suddenly halted his retreat and unleashed Step Nine, his figure shooting forward like an arrow released from a bow, evading the encirclement of the four slender shadows and swiftly retreating into the void.
Everything happening on Bu's side went unnoticed due to the mist and nightfall. However, the commotion did not go unheard; the Feathered Hat Four, who were running closer to this location, sensed the sudden anomaly and looked slightly puzzled.
Not long after, Bu landed and immediately began to sprint again. His path coincidentally crossed with that of the Feathered Hat Four rushing toward this area. If he continued at this speed for a moment longer, they would meet.
"The Black Abyss Ravine is dense with forests and shrouded in thick fog. Finding Wendy and her companions in such an environment is difficult. However, since Kathy lured me here, she must have set up an ambush long ago, waiting for my arrival. I probably don't even need to search; they have likely been observing me since I stepped into the Black Abyss Ravine. Perhaps someone will come looking for me soon."

As the distance closed to about seven or eight feet, Bu saw a shadow cloaked in mist gradually coming closer. He discerned the figure's appearance.
Dressed in black clothing that seemed to blend into the night, one could easily overlook them if not careful. The tight-fitting attire accentuated well-defined muscles, with two curved blades hanging at the waist down to the knees. The figure moved silently, their face obscured by a half-black scarf and a dark feathered hat that concealed their features entirely, creating an air of mystery.
"Brent?" The mysterious figure's voice was low; it sounded like a question but carried an air of certainty.
Bu Chenmo nodded, his expression unchanged.
"Follow me," the mysterious visitor said after a brief assessment of Bu Ban, letting out a light snort before swiftly turning and leaving, not giving Bu a chance to speak.
"This person's strength hasn't yet reached Intermediate Level 4, but the energy within him is clearly much denser than mine. However, if it comes to a fight, defeating him shouldn't be difficult!"
Bu pondered for a moment before stepping forward. After activating Speed, he quickly caught up with the mysterious Feathered Hat Man.
The two moved at a moderate pace; the man in the feathered hat seemed to be intentionally dragging things out. After wandering for a while, he suddenly chose a direction and accelerated rapidly.
"Has the game begun?" Bu Shuang's eyes flashed with cold light as he closely pursued.
"The fish is on the hook, Old Two. Follow the plan and test this guy's strength first. If he's not too difficult to deal with, just take care of him right away. No need to bring him to Prince Kaisi. It's just a pity for those two beautiful ladies; they'll have to accompany him to the grave," said one of two figures standing on a thick branch of an ancient tree deep in the forest. The robust man spoke suddenly.

Mist slowly floated around them, swirling around Bu and Feathered Hat Four, changing into various forms. The mist of Black Abyss Ravine seemed omnipresent, still enveloping them even in this eerie forest.
At this moment, he had been following the mysterious figure in the feathered hat for quite some time. The ambush he had imagined did not occur, and the forest appeared endless, shrouded in an ever-present gloom. Bu remained vigilant, but his Mental Power had already consumed some energy and he had to slightly reduce the range of his perception.
It was this slight reduction that caught Bu's attention due to an unusual disturbance.
This anomaly came from the mist. In the absence of wind, although the mist floated, it did not move quickly or disperse suddenly. However, just a moment ago, at a distance of seven zhang from him, the mist seemed to be divided by some object and briefly scattered.
