Although the college entrance examination has ended, Zhang Qiu has become even busier than before, sometimes wishing he could just live at White Day Fire. As soon as the break started, Zhao Pingchuan, Gao Zhi, and Wang Zhengxiang all disappeared. Zhang Qiu had to call Yang Yu to bring the three of them back from their hometowns or travels.
Recently, the Beilan County Public Security Bureau has launched a crackdown, severely damaging major gangs within the county. "Zhao Pingchuan's concerns are actually my concerns," Zhang Qiu said with a furrowed brow while pondering over the member list. "Many of the new members are older than us and have more life experience; why should they listen to us? The rules we established based on students' situations may not be followed by these social individuals. Take not bullying ordinary people as an example; I believe some won't be able to adhere to that."
"But Brother Qiu, what should we do then? Are we just going to turn them away?"
"Of course we want them!" Zhang Qiu replied. How to handle this is something to be resolved later; the immediate priority is to recruit them and form a cohesive team instead of remaining scattered and disorganized.
Wang Zhengxiang asked, "Brother Qiu, should we still distribute them evenly among each hall as we discussed before?"
"That definitely won't work," Zhang Qiu shook his head. Even if three thousand people were evenly distributed among each hall, it would still be several times the original number. Considering there are likely significant leaders among these three thousand people, arranging them will be a major issue. If some leaders are appointed as vice hall masters, they might leverage their old followers to directly replace the hall masters. Zhang Qiu understood that these individuals sought him largely because of Brother Leopard's prestige. Perhaps they thought Brother Leopard would return. In contrast, he had little interaction with them and hadn't done anything to earn their respect. Zhang Qiu said, "Let's gather the Brothers first and see how it goes."
"Brother Qiu, you really don't need to worry so much. Since they came looking for you, they must be willing to follow you."
Zhang Qiu looked at Rui Rui and smiled, "I believe you would be willing to follow me, but the Brothers are probably more interested in waiting for Brother Leopard to return."
"Will Brother Leopard really not come back?"

"What about me? Do I also have to manage a venue on my own?" Jiang Xue blinked as she looked at Zhang Qiu.
Zhang Qiu thought for a moment and said, "Yes, you should also manage a venue on your own. A bar and billiards hall aren't suitable; choose one of the kvs instead. Let Taolengman and Tao Ya help you; the three of you can work together while also developing our Butterfly Hall."
"Okay, I'll do as you say," Jiang Xue agreed readily.
