After learning about the existence of the Black Shadow Company, Jack and Lucy's determination became even stronger. They knew they couldn't sit idly by and had to uncover the conspiracy of the Black Shadow Company.
However, after participating in a "Grand competition," Jack and Lucy realized that their mechs were far behind in performance compared to other competitors. They witnessed the power of other competitors' mechs during the competition, and the use of special skills even left them in awe. These observations further convinced them that the Mech Arena competition was indeed manipulated, and the conspiracy behind it was far more complex than they had imagined.
"We need to enhance the performance of our mechs in order to combat Black Shadow Company," Jack said to Lucy after careful consideration, as they discussed in their temporary hideout.

Two people embarked on a massive and daunting project, deciding to rebuild a more powerful mech based on the destroyed "Falcon" mech. With careful design planning, every part of the mech underwent precise calculations and engineering.
