Several inconsequential matches followed, and today's competitions came to an end.
As the crowd dispersed, Yun Tianmo and Ouyang Zixin were among the last to leave when they were blocked by someone.
A few young people from Dream Nation approached, led by Feng Chengxuan, with Zhai Xingjian and others from the Zhai Family behind him, along with a few members of the Bai Ethnic Group.
"King Mo, you are truly enjoying your success," Feng Chengxuan greeted with a forced smile.
Yun Tianmo glanced at him and prepared to walk past, completely ignoring his greeting.
Feng Chengxuan's expression darkened as he said in a strange tone, "King Mo is still as arrogant as ever."
Zhai Xingjian behind him chimed in, "Indeed, I've heard that the Cloud Kingdom's Ink King has always looked down on others. There probably isn't anyone worthy of his attention in this world."
"Hmph, how could that be? Isn't there one right beside him?" Feng Chengxuan's gaze shifted toward Ouyang Zixin.
The news of the Cloud Kingdom Ink King marrying the daughter of the National Guardian Mystic had spread throughout the Three Kingdoms' nobility. Many lamented missing out on this golden opportunity, while others were surprised that Ouyang Zixin had quietly taken the position of Consort Mo. Those who initially wanted to build connections with Yun Tianmo were naturally envious, and Feng Chengxuan was one of them.
"Watch your eyes!" Ning Zhiyuan turned around sharply, his cold gaze flashing. Not only Yun Tianmo but even Ning Zhiyuan could not tolerate anyone looking at Ouyang Zixin in such a way.
"No need to stoop to their level," Ouyang Zixin sneered. This was a typical case of seeking trouble; if it weren't for the strict prohibition against fighting outside of matches, these people would have likely been taken down by hidden guards already.
Feng Chengxuan did not expect Ouyang Zixin to be so arrogant. After only two days as Consort Mo, she dared to look down on him. Anger surged within him as he deliberately raised his voice, "Consort Mo has quite the attitude; even the noble ladies of Yun Guo Haoran's family must bow down before you. Aren't you getting a bit too proud?"
At this moment, Yun Tianmo finally stopped but still did not turn around. He calmly said, "Do you have the ability to make anyone bow down before you?"
"You!" Feng Chengxuan clenched his fist and was about to step forward to argue when he was pulled back by Zhai Yiqi beside him.
“Crown Prince, do not get angry,” Zhai Yiqi advised.
In the secret realm, his interactions with Feng Chengxuan had already made him aware of what kind of person Feng Chengxuan was. If Yun Tianmo was deliberately provoking him, then Feng Chengxuan would definitely fall into the trap. Making a move outside of the competition would result in an immediate loss, which would only worsen the situation for Dream Nation, currently at a disadvantage.
Feng Chengxuan shook off Zhai Yiqi and shouted angrily, “Who do you think you are to stop me?”
Just as it seemed that a fight was about to break out, Zhai Xingjian, being perceptive, knew when to stop and helped Zhai Yiqi to restrain Feng Chengxuan, advising him that it would be better to settle everything after the competition.
The Bai Ethnic Group, which had been eager to join in from behind, saw that things were not escalating and dispersed.
Yun Tianmo and the others left calmly...

“What do you think of Consort Mo?” The head of the Haoran Family sat at the top, exuding authority.
Haoran Yan, who had sustained internal injuries, was allowed to sit and respond. She said softly, “Even without the orders from the Ink King, Yan is not a match for Consort Mo.”
In today’s competition, Haoran Yan was competing against Ouyang Zixin in Mental Power. Initially, she had held back because the Ink King instructed her to let Ouyang Zixin win.
However, halfway through the competition, Haoran Yan realized that Consort Mo did not need her to hold back; even when she gave it her all, Consort Mo still handled everything with ease.
“We truly did not misjudge anyone. Alright, you must be tired too; go rest.”
“Yes, Yan takes her leave.”
In the hall, the head of the Haoran Family and several elders gathered together.
"What do you think?" the head of the Haoran Family asked.
"Master, although the Ink King has always been a favored candidate by the Sovereign, isn't it too risky to put all our chips on him like this?"
"What do you suggest then?"
"The Alien Manifestation—if the Yuhai Continent is united, it will be harmonious; if not, it will descend into chaos. Why don't we..."
"Why don't we fish in troubled waters?" The head of the Haoran Family snorted coldly. "Foolish!"
He stood up, hands clasped behind his back, exuding the authority of a family leader. "The Ink King comes to greet us not because he needs our help, but to offer us an opportunity. If we can't even see this clearly and still wish for more, that is courting death!"
Haoran City looked at the second brother who had just spoken and continued, "Do you think the Ink King would let Consort Mo take such risks without a comprehensive plan?"
Haoran Yi, the second brother of Haoran City, still thought about seeking greater benefits. "What if..."
"Second Brother!" Haoran City turned around. "I know you have the family's interests at heart, but you must understand that this matter is more complicated than you imagine. It is precisely for this reason that I did not pursue what you secretly instructed Yan last night."
"You... you know?" Haoran Yi's pupils contracted in shock.
"Second Brother, there are no walls that don't let the wind through. Fortunately, Yan is a good child; otherwise, today we wouldn't be plotting against Consort Mo but rather Yan would have died at her hands!" Haoran City felt a pang of disappointment seeing that his second brother still showed no signs of repentance.
"I... I was also thinking of the family..." Upon hearing that Yan might die, Haoran Yi began to feel a sense of dread.
"If it weren't for that..." Haoran City did not finish his sentence, but everyone present understood his meaning.
"The family... I... I was wrong..." Haoran Yi lowered his head; perhaps it was because of this that he could never become the family head.
For so many years, every time he wanted to prove himself, he ended up failing. It was always his Third Brother who had to clean up the mess afterward. Thinking of this, a wave of shame surged in Haoran Yi's heart.
"Does anyone else have something to say?" Haoran City did not look at his second brother again; he believed that some things he could figure out on his own.
Seeing that no one spoke, Haoran City nodded and said, "In that case, I hope everyone can follow me in supporting the Ink King and continue the glory of the Haoran Family."
With a consensus reached, the people in the hall gradually dispersed.
In the night, a shadow slipped away unnoticed by anyone...

Yun Tianmo smiled with satisfaction after hearing the report from the shadow guard.
Recently, his smiles had been increasing.
"The subordinate takes his leave."
"Wait." Yun Tianmo walked to the desk and quickly wrote a few characters. "Deliver this to Haoran City."
"Understood." (To be continued.)
