Upon waking from a deep sleep, she felt a sense of weakness throughout her body, and a subtle discomfort in her stomach reminded her that it was time to eat. After quickly getting ready, she took out a Nutritional Supplement and frowned as she swallowed it down. Familiar with the girl before him, he knew she was far from as harmless as she appeared; in fact, she had a knack for causing trouble that made him want to keep his distance. Not wanting to get entangled in a discussion about punctuality while facing her penetrating gaze, he noticed how disheveled she looked. Remembering their last encounter at the game’s starting point during the Quicksand Fox Riot Incident on the Forum, he realized this was likely another one of her messes.
"Why wouldn’t I accept Jiang Wulang’s favor?" She turned away with an air of arrogance, trying to assert herself.
"Did you bring what I asked for?" He glanced at the now completely set sun and added, "Let’s move."
"Here it is—one hundred Black Iron Arrows, fifty regular arrows, and a set of steamed buns." She traded the items over while rolling her eyes. "Come on now; I’m not your subordinate. Don’t boss me around like that."
Yan Yan stuffed the items into her backpack and hurried toward the Tailor Shop. "So you agreed to join the Limitless Alliance?" Her tone was certain enough to make the Information Broker’s hair stand on end. He smoothed down his arms where goosebumps had risen and stammered, "Are you some kind of monster? How do you know everything? Did Jiang Wulang tell you—no wait! You just logged in; I was the first person you saw after logging off when things weren’t settled yet. How do you—"
She pointed at his Gray Wolf Set with an unambiguous look in her eyes.
Rubbing his face, the Information Broker suppressed his surprise. Every time he encountered this girl, his emotions seemed all over the place; he was startled and flustered instead of being his usual sharp-witted self.
Determined not to engage with her further, he turned his head away and followed behind her silently.
After swallowing a mouthful of steamed bun without hearing any sound from behind for quite some time, he frowned and spoke up. "Joining the Limitless Alliance will significantly reduce your information value." Although he had anticipated Jiang Wulang's actions, he hadn’t expected them to happen so quickly. The current Information Broker was still just a naive young man who lacked the shrewdness he would later develop. Considering their friendship, she couldn’t help but offer him a word of warning.

Seeing him unhesitatingly disregard that part of the conversation, his head drooped even lower. "Yeah," he replied lazily, as if he had no intention of elaborating.
The warm yellow light from the windows illuminated the dim street brightly.
They arrived at the Tailor Shop.
As Yan Yan stepped inside, Li the Tailor was bent over his desk, working on the final piece of equipment.
"Master Li, I'm here to pick up my gear."
Upon hearing this, Li the Tailor looked up briefly before returning to his cutting. "Just a moment; it will be ready soon."
Leaning against the doorframe and watching the yellow-haired youth across from her, she said, "Let me give you some news." After a pause, noticing him lift his head with curiosity in his eyes—she couldn't help but smile slightly. "Every novice village has ten Exit Village Qualification Certificates. Completing the village exit test will earn you a Qualification Certificate from the NPC village chief. Of course, completing a task doesn't guarantee you'll receive an exit certificate; only tasks rated SSS are considered qualified."

Her clear voice drifted away with the night wind at the door.
"Cash on delivery?" The young man murmured as he pocketed the coins. When he looked up again, his eyes had returned to their usual merchant's sharpness, and his voice regained its initial vigor. "Alright then, just don't make me run errands next time! The subsequent income from the video has already been transferred to you. Check it when you have time; I'm off now."
Seeing the thin figure wave goodbye without hesitation, he quickly turned and left.
As soon as he was gone, Yan Yan turned back, thoughtfully gazing at his retreating silhouette, remaining silent for a while.
"Girl, your equipment is ready. Give it a try?" Li the Tailor's gentle voice rang in her ears. She withdrew her gaze, nodded, and picked up the gear.
