Content: The original poster was bored and went to the cinema to pass the time. They initially intended to watch Dawn Chariot starring Liu Wang but found it sold out. The ticket clerk introduced them to a newly released film called Mystical Hero. With the mindset of just killing time, they bought a ticket thinking they would sleep through it if it wasn't good. In the end, they didn’t even want to waste time going to the restroom. This movie was simply too exciting; not only was the plot engaging, but the fight scenes were also incredibly entertaining. Some parts mimicked Uncle Ying's Zombie films from twenty years ago but were handled in a much more interesting way. Especially the ancient battle scenes in the movie—these were truly grand; it wasn’t just a few dozen or hundred people running around pretending to be on a battlefield. The numbers were definitely in the thousands, so densely packed that I couldn’t even count them all. And the special effects? Absolutely not low-budget. The plot, effects, and scale… I give them all five stars. Although this film doesn’t feature Ming Dynasty stars, it is definitely worth watching; I recommend everyone go see it!

Online, although the topic of "Mystical Hero" has yet to break into the top ten, it has already sparked considerable interest, with more and more people flocking to theaters to see it. The film itself is of high quality, and those who have watched it have given it rave reviews, leading to an increasing audience. The cinemas have responded by opening additional screens and increasing showtimes, but they still cannot meet the growing demand for tickets and have had to adjust their schedules again.
In its opening week, "Mystical Hero" earned just over two million. The second week saw a doubling of that figure to five million; however, in the third week, ticket sales continued to double, reaching ten million. By the fourth week, the box office was ten times that of the first week, with weekend earnings exceeding one hundred million. Within a week, "Mystical Hero" grossed over three hundred million, astonishing both insiders and outsiders alike. Entertainment reporters were left dumbfounded; despite the film's massive success, they only recognized a handful of actors in it and were completely unaware of the rest of the cast or even the director. It was quite embarrassing! All entertainment journalists quickly banded together to investigate the director and cast of "Mystical Hero." “Aunt Yao, let me help you!” Hanno stepped forward to assist Aunt Yao onto the bus.
The entire village was going to see the movie, which posed a logistical challenge. Hanno rented two buses to transport everyone from the village. Chang Miao, heavily pregnant, joined Shen Chuiyang in this outing, making Hanno quite anxious.
“Aren't you about to give birth? Why are you still running around?”
“I still have half a month until my due date! I refuse to be cooped up at home,” Chang Miao pouted. “It’s so boring. Don’t worry; my son is strong; he won’t fall out.”
She even placed her hand on her belly, which immediately bulged with a footprint. Chang Miao gasped in pain but laughed, saying, “This child always does this; as soon as I touch my belly, he greets me.”
Greet? More like fight! Hanno thought to himself as the bus quickly arrived at the town's cinema. The cinema was small, so Hanno booked out the entire venue, causing some young people in town who wanted to see a movie to protest.
Hanno seated Aunt Yao and several older villagers in prime middle seats before returning to sit at the back next to Chang Miao and Shen Chuiyang.
"Hanno, the budget analyst estimated that the total box office revenue for 'Mystical Hero' will exceed one billion. After deducting taxes and the cinema's share, the final income will be around two hundred ninety million. I will transfer one hundred million to the Foundation's account, and the remaining one hundred ninety million will go entirely to the new company's account," Shen Chuiyang said to Hanno.
"I trust you to handle this. You don't need to discuss these matters with me anymore," Hanno replied, completely unconcerned.
Shen Chuiyang sighed, "Aren't you afraid I'll just squander all the money?"
Hanno's response was a simple "Heh heh."
Shen Chuiyang wiped his face, "It feels really uncomfortable to be smeared like this."
Hanno chuckled again.
Chang Miao interjected, "That's enough! Don't bully my husband anymore."
Hanno shot her a sideways glance, "Girls are outgoing and prioritize romance over friendship."
Chang Miao rolled up her sleeves, "Hanno, don't think just because I'm pregnant I can't fight you."
Hanno's answer remained the same: "Heh heh!"
Chang Miao took a deep breath and threw herself into Shen Chuiyang's arms, "Honey, she's bullying me!"
Shen Chuiyang quickly comforted his wife, "Let's ignore her."
"Yeah, let her be envious and jealous of our love!" Chang Miao shot Hanno a triumphant look.
Hanno raised the torch in his hand, chuckling softly.
"Stop messing around, the movie is starting," said Second Aunt Han from the front row, intervening to prevent the two sisters from "fighting among themselves."
"Mystical Hero" was a success, and its quality was undoubtedly top-notch. The thrilling plot spoke for itself; otherwise, Hanno wouldn't have immediately decided to invest in Jia Qianjun after reading the script and even brought him to S Province. Although it was Jia Qianjun's first time directing, he was talented—self-taught in directing and cinematography—and had a firm grasp on pacing and visual composition. This made the story flow smoothly without any dull moments, and the visuals were captivating. The grand scenes were particularly well-edited, fluid and engaging. Even though Chang Miao had already seen it once during its premiere, she was still engrossed in it on this second viewing. In contrast, the two beside her seemed somewhat distracted.
Shen Chuiyang leaned closer to Hanno's ear and whispered, "Hanno, I think I saw Wei Feng."
Hanno's eyes twitched slightly as he maintained a calm smile. "Oh really?"
Shen Chuiyang scrutinized Hanno's expression under the dim light of the movie screen, trying to discern something from it. "Even though it was a long shot and the figure was a bit blurry, I could still tell that the general looked very much like Wei Feng."
"Which general?" Hanno feigned ignorance, firmly refusing to acknowledge it.
"Forget it," Shen Chuiyang sighed and leaned back against her chair. "I don't know what's going on. But you’re not denying it, right?"
Hanno chuckled lightly. "While I can't say what that general looks like, perhaps people do resemble each other. You might just encounter someone who looks exactly like Wei Feng."
"Is that so? Then I'll be looking forward to it."
