The Bug Queen, at level twenty, posed a significant challenge. Hanno and Elder Brother Li were currently at the mid-stage of the Nascent Soul realm, their strength hovering between level eighteen and nineteen. With the combat power of Fire of Departure and Cloudwalker, they were slightly above level nineteen. If they teamed up against the Bug Queen, victory was uncertain. However, if they added an additional level eighteen ally, Li Yuanhao, their chances of success would increase significantly. Hanno had long planned to recruit Li Yuanhao into his team. Now that Li Yuanhao had taken the initiative to offer his help, Hanno was overjoyed and could not possibly refuse.
Li Yuanhao smiled and said, "Don't worry, I have accepted my fate since the beginning of this war."
On March 12th of Interstellar Year 16, during Arbor Day on Ancient Earth, humanity launched a full-scale attack against the Zerg. This battle was more intense and tragic than any previous encounters, with countless human lives lost alongside the Zerg. As the Zerg elites gathered to fend off the human onslaught, one human team stealthily infiltrated the Zerg's main base. Simultaneously, another human team emerged from their hiding place to keep an eye on Zerg movements and took advantage of the Zerg's vulnerable state to eliminate those left behind.
"Major General, it seems that all Zerg elites are out in force this time. Can our comrades on the front line hold their ground?" a team member asked Elder Brother Li with concern.
"They can!" Elder Brother Li replied decisively as he gazed into the distance. "You must believe in the immense power of humanity; we will never be defeated by these insignificant bugs!"
Hearing Elder Brother Li's resolute words filled the other team members with confidence. They tightened their grips on their weapons and fixed their determined gazes on the Zerg's encampment, their hearts brimming with courage.
Elder Brother Li continued to encourage them: "Let's go! The more bugs we kill, the less pressure our comrades on the front line will face."
"Kill!" shouted all teammates in unison with fierce determination.
Suddenly, a Crane flew over from a distance, flapping its wings. The team members looked at each other in confusion: "What is that?"
"Is it a new breed of Zerg?"
"Are you stupid? That thing clearly isn't alive; how could it be a bug?"
"But it can fly?"
"Robots can fly too!"
"I think it looks like a type of origami toy from Ancient Earth called a Crane."
"Yes, I think it looks very similar. I've seen something called a Crane on Chen Mu Yu's television."
"But why can the Crane fly?"
"You ask me, who should I ask?"
Unlike the surprise and confusion of the team members, Elder Brother Li was overjoyed upon seeing the Crane. He quickly jumped down from the mech and opened his right hand. The Crane flew into Elder Brother Li's palm and a voice came from above, sounding in Elder Brother Li's ears like: "I finally found you. Don't move, I'm here to get you!"
Elder Brother Li felt both happy and angry for the same reason: Han Yongxia had actually risked her own safety to come to the enemy's stronghold to find him! Elder Brother Li didn't know whether to hug Hanno to express his joy or to give her a scolding for being so reckless.
Hanno arrived quickly, and amidst the stunned expressions of the team members, Fire of Departure flew right in front of them.

This news invigorated the team members, who happily greeted Li Yuanhao and others following Hanno. There weren't many people with Hanno, only ten in total. One of Hanno's team members said, "Captain, there's no need to say more. We were prepared for death before we even joined this mission. We're not afraid of dying; what matters most is killing the Bug Queen and ending this war."
Hanno smiled, "I know everyone here is a hero, willing to sacrifice for the country and its people. But I care more about completing the mission while ensuring everyone returns home safely so that you can enjoy the rewards of being a hero."
Li Yuanhao chuckled and said, "That's a good outlook, Major Han. We understand your intentions well enough. Whether we can return alive is up to fate."
Hanno replied, "Master Li, I'm not without confidence. Before meeting Major Li, my thoughts were similar to yours. But now that Major Li has revealed something that can guarantee we kill the Bug Queen with minimal casualties."
The team members felt a mix of excitement and skepticism at his words. Li Yuanhao asked, "What is it?"
Hanno opened his palm to show them the Core bugs. "This is the essence of the Zerg, rich in immense energy that can be used as a foundation for setting up formations to help us kill the Bug Queen."
"What are formations?" one of Hanno's team members asked.
"In ancient Earth, particularly in ancient China, warfare emphasized formations—strategic battle arrangements known as 'bu zhen.' Properly arranged formations could maximize a military's combat effectiveness and secure victory over enemies. These were operated by human effort. However, those skilled in the five elements and eight trigrams could use natural elements like mountains and trees to create formations that could trap or kill. Yet ordinary materials lack power; if a formation is set up with something like these Core bugs that contain immense energy, its power could increase exponentially—hundreds or even thousands of times."
Hanno looked at Elder Brother Li's team members and said, "During this time, you will use formations to conceal your presence and movements so that the Zerg cannot detect you. How does that sound?"
Team Members raised their thumbs in approval, exclaiming, "Very good!"
Hanno said, "Now that you have personally experienced the benefits of the formation, you should be able to trust me more, right?"
Team Members nodded repeatedly, which piqued the curiosity of another team about the formation and increased their trust in Hanno.
