"What just happened?" Compared to everyone's curiosity about the Floating Fortress, Elf Parker was more apprehensive about the black vortex, knowing that this strange phenomenon had emerged from it.
"Blessing! A type of Blessing that can teleport items!" Faced with Elf Parker's confusion, Chen Fan could only resort to the all-powerful Blessing to cover up the truth.
In this world, there were only six types of elemental magic, and there was no concept of spatial magic or teleportation circles. To explain it would be a challenge!
Chen Fan's explanation, however, left everyone looking enlightened.
Blessing was indeed a term for the bizarre; any ability categorized under it could perfectly explain past occurrences!
"Alright, those who want to take a look can follow me!" After glancing at the somewhat dazed group, Chen Fan called out and stepped onto the staircase that hung down from the fortress, making his way upward step by step.
For a modern person, this other world was not a pleasant place.
Forget about snacks and treats; the deficiencies in everyday items and entertainment equipment were completely absent here. Losing these things felt like an apocalyptic disaster for someone from the modern era.
This was also why countries feared Chen Fan unleashing an Electromagnetic Pulse.
What could be more terrifying than rendering all modern equipment obsolete?

"Wow! Wow!! Chen Fan, what is this? It's so good!" Peter Parker exclaimed as he hugged a can of soda, gulping it down while talking and burping.
"This chocolate thing—can we eat it?" Emilia curiously fiddled with the chocolate in her hands. It looked like dirt, but when she opened the package, a delightful aroma wafted out.
What shocked her even more was that this thing was actually food? Edible food?
“Magical Item? But there’s no magical aura!” Rem squatted in front of the refrigerator, opening and closing it repeatedly, the sound echoing as she did so.
She couldn’t understand why the object before her lacked any magical energy yet could produce ice cubes.
“So soft, so comfortable... what kind of chair is this?” Ram sat on the sofa, a look of amazement on her face.
The modern items and food opened the eyes of these beings from another world, refreshing their worldview in the process.
“Ahhh! What a huge Screen! It’s actually a holographic projection! What a rich person!” Lai Yueang also joined in the astonishment, marveling at the items before him.
Though he was a modern person, there were distinctions between the wealthy and the common folk!
And he was definitely among the commoners. Faced with items that only the wealthiest could afford to tinker with, he too felt awe and novelty, especially at the holographic projection equipment scattered throughout the hall.
“Hey, what is this thing?” Peter Parker flew over with a soda in hand, pointing at the projection in mid-air. The curiosity in his small eyes was impossible to hide.
A Magical Item without any magical aura was truly fascinating!
“Haha—!” Hearing Peter Parker’s question, Lai Yueang smiled slightly and poked at the Screen with his right hand. As he did so, the lights in the hall dimmed.
Before anyone could react, they were suddenly engulfed by pink flower petals. Even though it was merely an illusion, the sense of reality felt almost tangible.
Before their hands could touch them, everyone believed that these falling petals were real.
After having J.A.R.V.I.S. convert the text into Japanese, Lai Yueang was able to operate according to the instructions. At that moment, he created a scene of falling into a sea of flowers through holographic projection.
However, this sudden change challenged the fragile hearts of those from another world.
Boom!
A loud sound echoed through the hall, and all the holographic images vanished in an instant. The gaze returned to its original state, yet the disappearing alloy wall silently narrated the destruction caused by someone.
Feeling the cool breeze blowing in from the breach, Lai Yueang suddenly froze, a chill running down his spine. He glanced at the cold expression beside him, and his face turned pale in an instant.
"What just happened? Was that magic? Or some kind of strange Blessing?" The perpetrator murmured, scanning the surroundings with a wary expression, but he felt no trace of malice or hostility.
"J.A.R.V.I.S., calculate the damages and print a compensation list for Mr. Lai Yueang," Chen Fan said calmly. He had no intention of letting Lai Yueang off easily for the trouble he had caused.
"Mr. Lai Yueang, the damages you caused amount to approximately three hundred thousand dollars, excluding minor details. Here is your compensation list; please keep it safe!" J.A.R.V.I.S., diligently executing Chen Fan's orders, approached the bewildered Lai Yueang and handed him the printed list detailing the repair costs.
"Three... three hundred thousand dollars..." Lai Yueang turned ashen; this was an amount that could not be compensated even if he sold himself!
"Tsk tsk!" Tang Tian displayed a look of schadenfreude.
"Chen Fan... I didn't mean to do it!" Peter Parker stepped forward to Chen Fan with an apologetic tone, especially since one entire wall had disappeared, and now they could see the forest outside through the breach.
Chen Fan waved his hand dismissively, saying, "It's fine; it won't take much time to fix!"
Seemingly reassured that Chen Fan truly didn’t mind, Peter Parker let out a sigh and scratched his head. "What was that all about? Were those petals magic or a Blessing?"
Hearing Peter Parker's question, Emilia and others also looked over; they were equally curious about this matter.
"This is neither magic nor a Blessing; it's science. You can think of it as a form of knowledge distinct from magic—something akin to a mysterious power on par with magic," Chen Fan explained briefly. However, his explanation left everyone present even more confused and curious.
"Science?" The group murmured in bewilderment.
For this situation, Chen Fan shrugged his shoulders, looking helpless. "If you want to know, I can have J.A.R.V.I.S. explain it to you."
Educating otherworldly magicians about science?
Chen Fan wasn't that bored; it was akin to teaching an ancient person modern knowledge!
"Science?" Emilia brushed her silver hair away from her face, revealing an intrigued expression. The idea of creating items more convenient than magic was simply a masterpiece of the Divine One.
"Are these things all made using science?" Rem asked, fiddling with the refrigerator, clearly interested in this item that could preserve vegetables!
The sound of doors opening and closing made Chen Fan's mouth twitch. He glanced at the little maid who was having a great time and chuckled, "That's right, everything here is made according to scientific principles!"
"Science? That's quite a strange piece of knowledge!" A strange voice echoed in everyone's ears. Following the sound, they saw a girl with golden curly hair hovering in the air, looking no older than six or seven years old. However, no one regarded her as an ordinary human.
She was floating in mid-air, having flown in through the gap created by Peter Parker.
"Beatrice... how did you get here?" Peter Parker looked at the blonde girl, who resembled an exquisitely crafted fairy.
"Brother, you're back! You didn't come to play with me!" Beatrice pouted, her expression full of dissatisfaction. However, her gaze was fixed on Chen Fan, this seemingly non-human individual.
"Peter Parker, is this your sister?" Chen Fan curiously examined the girl before him. She appeared younger and shorter than him—quite an adorable sight!
"Even though I don't know who you are, your gaze makes me very uncomfortable!" Beatrice met Chen Fan's eyes defiantly. The competitive triumph she sensed in his expression annoyed her greatly.
