In order to avoid disappointing everyone, I decided to share more!
Suddenly, I sensed someone breaking the barrier I had set around the spaceship. I had a feeling it was Hong Likqi. I noticed that Hong's abilities had changed significantly; I couldn't tell if he had become stronger or if he was just hiding his true power.
"Lin, let's end our conversation here for today! We can talk more later."
"Captain, what do you mean?"
"Nothing much. Just remember, don't mention what happened today to anyone. You have to promise me!" Lin nodded in confusion, and at that moment, Hong Likqi pushed open the door.
He didn't come in but stood by the doorway, leaning against the frame.
"Sister, what are you and the captain doing? Hiding here? This is a civilized society now!" Hong Likqi's smiling face sent a chill down my spine.
"Brother, what are you talking about? I'm just discussing matters with the captain! It's about you!" I noticed Lin's face turning red. Although her eyes were swollen from crying, her flushed cheeks made her even more radiant. However, when I heard Lin mention what she had just said, my heart raced with anxiety.
It seemed Lin didn't notice my change and continued, "Brother, where have you been? Why did it take you so long to come back?" I shot Lin a glance, and her heart seemed to tremble slightly.
I saw Hong's expression shift; it was no longer joyful but filled with sorrow. Lin fell silent, lowering her head as she walked outside.
For some reason, Hong Likqi reached out and stopped Lin.
Yet Lin didn’t pause; she simply walked around him.
"Lin, what's wrong?" My mind was in chaos, and my processing speed slowed down. "Hong, what are you doing?"
"Nothing much. Who knows what mood she's in this time!" Hong Likqi still wore a smile on his face, but I couldn't bring myself to meet his gaze.
"She's not throwing a tantrum. You should know what's going on!" Lin had already walked far away. Hong Likqi stepped inside and casually closed the door behind him.
"Captain, we need to talk!" Hong Likqi's smile was somewhat exaggerated, his lips curving up while one eye was larger than the other, and a few lines appeared on his thin face.
"What are you doing, Hong?" Yu Tian walked over, reaching for the doorknob.
"Captain, I have quite a bit of respect for you! Should I start calling you 'Kada God King' now? Haha..." Hong Likqi's hand came over with his laughter.
The moment his hand touched Yu Tian's shoulder, he felt a surge of power. However, that energy was absorbed by Yu Tian's crystal.
The robot was quite clever; it had added other materials to the crystal, making it very soft. Yu Tian felt no burden on his shoulder, and his expression remained unchanged. Hong Likqi's face, however, did not look so good.
"Not bad!" Yu Tian paid no mind as he opened the door with one hand. He walked toward his sleeping pod, instinctively knowing that there should be calm before the storm and that there was no need to fear.
"Captain, consider this my respect for you! Remember, tomorrow won't be too peaceful." Yu Tian continued walking while Hong Likqi stood there, their distance growing further apart...
Hong Likqi had thrown down the gauntlet; there was no choice but to accept it, as Yu Tian could not refuse.
The next day was bright and sunny, and Yu Tian woke up early.
However, little did he know that someone else had woken up even earlier.
Yu Tian's Crystal Garment seemed to sense something and emitted a faint blue light, quite dazzling. After a night of rest, his energy was fully replenished. He felt great, without a hint of fatigue.
He pushed open the door and stepped outside. Yu Tian was unaware, and neither was Hong Likqi: Lin had learned about her origins last night; perhaps it was sadness that awakened her memories.
Lin Saint Pua had finally received the name she was meant to have.
Lin Saint Pua knew many things, but a slight fear lingered in her heart. She woke up early, wanting to talk to Yu Tian again.
They met at the Command Center.
“Captain, you’re up so early!” Hearing Lin Saint Pua's sweet voice, Yu Tian looked up, and their gazes intertwined once more.
A surge of emotion stirred within Yu Tian, but he managed to keep it under control.
Her beautiful face truly made Yu Tian's heart race, and Lin Saint Pua felt a hint of shyness.
“Aren't you the same?” Yu Tian noticed Lin Saint Pua's eyes lowering shyly.
Suddenly, Yu Tian remembered something but pretended to be cheerful. He was unaware that Lin had changed; his awkward demeanor made her realize something was off.
“I wanted to ask you something! But it’s not necessary now,” Lin Saint Pua said, sounding a bit strange, just as Hong Likqi approached without her noticing.
He seemed to have conveyed something to Lin Saint Pua before turning to Yu Tian.
A chilling smile remained on his face as he waved his hand and said, “Captain, how was yesterday? It’s time to head out!”
Seeing Hong now, Yu Tian longed for the past days: simple yet filled with affection.
“Alright then!”
Yu Tian stepped into the Spaceship Launch Room ahead of Hong Likqi.
Yu Tian's heart was in turmoil while Hong Likqi wore a cold smile.
Hong Likqi flew ahead of me, while Yu Tian trailed behind at a slow pace. Somehow, amidst the rapid advance, his heart found a moment of calm. The crystal suit emitted a blue glow, and a warm breath caressed Yu Tian, filling him with delight.
The future is something I create, Yu Tian sensed; he would not perish easily. "I still have many missions to complete."
Yu Tian quickened his pace, chasing after the front.
Inside the spaceship, Lin Saint Pua felt something stirring within her. A "Holy Pearl" materialized in her hand as she murmured softly.
The Holy Pearl radiated a pure white light, initiating a prayer…
Hong Likqi came to a stop in an open area, parking the spaceship far away and hovering in the air, waiting for Yu Tian.
Yu Tian soon caught up, but suddenly his spaceship jolted. It was just a brief tremor, and he didn’t pay it much mind.
Unbeknownst to him, he had entered the Divine Demon Public Realm, with Hong Likqi just ahead. Yu Tian was unaware that the ground had transformed; the original grassland had turned into a swamp.
The Blood Demon Swamp released waves of a metallic scent into the air.
Yet Yu Tian remained oblivious within his spaceship, still advancing toward his target.
Suddenly, the spaceship shook again. Yu Tian noticed it this time; something was pulling the ship downward.
