At the beginning, everything went smoothly. However, as the child walked halfway down the road ahead, no one knew what was about to come! 0

"Is happy time really short? Or does time just pass quickly when people are happy?" Following Shui Er, Yu Tian soon entered a vast desert. This desolate landscape reminded him of his past, of the helplessness and wandering life he experienced as a child. It was an indelible memory, filled with the pain of the Reincarnation Seal. During that time, all memories felt useless; everything he had gone through was unknown to him. The last time he spoke with Dr. S, they had a long conversation where Dr. S promised to help him uncover certain memories from his past using remnants of genetic codes. Thinking of this brought a faint smile to Yu Tian's face. 0

The sand and stones in the desert were blown high by the wind, and Shui Er seemed a bit unaccustomed to it, stopping ahead. Yu Tian looked back and saw only the illusion of a barrier; the Earth Elemental Realm had vanished. Both the path he came from and the one ahead were blocked, like mirages of the past and future… 0

"Shui Er! Let's fly up!" Walking on the ground was so difficult that Yu Tian thought soaring into the sky might improve their situation. 0

Hearing this, Shui Er quickly ran toward the sky, leaving Yu Tian momentarily startled. He hadn't expected that here, too, there would be no sense of space; she could completely break free from spatial constraints. 0

He immediately activated the Gale Technique to follow her. Above the Tri-Elemental Domain was an infinite expanse of nothingness. However, above the Wind Elemental Realm, there were clouds. The pure white clouds floated freely in the sky like fluffy cotton candy—Yu Tian's first delayed snack—bringing joy to Shui Er. She darted into the clouds for a while and then chased after one, completely abandoning her original path. What a playful creature! Yu Tian marveled at how things would unfold if he met Little Ru; it would surely lead to some amusing adventures. 0

In such a beautiful place, even without sunlight, it was still stunning, evoking a sense of riding on clouds. Perhaps this was what legends called a fairyland… 0

Suddenly, Shui Er stopped atop a cloud, and Yu Tian followed suit. Upon arrival, he realized that Shui Er was playing with the cloud as if it were great fun. Yu Tian couldn't help but sweat in exasperation; was this wolf truly a king? It seemed more like an immature child! 0

Just then, while Shui Er was lost in her playful antics, a giant eagle appeared behind her, extending its claws toward her. The size of that eagle was enormous; its head was larger than Shui Er's, and its sharp claws resembled iron spikes. One wing must have been over ten meters wide. 0

"Shui Er! Watch out!" Yu Tian shouted loudly. Although he was not far from her, there wasn't enough time for him to accelerate or use a magic circle; he could only hope that his shout would catch her attention. This Otherworld truly was a dangerous place—though it seemed fun, it was also monotonous and perilous. 0

At that moment, Shui Er was fully engrossed in her game when she heard Yu Tian's shout. She called back to him a few times as if he were interrupting her fun. But upon seeing the terrified expression on Yu Tian's face, she quickly understood her predicament. What audacious creature dared to disturb her cloud-chasing? Shui Er thought as she turned around, ready to teach that creature a lesson. 0

"Shui'er, it's dangerous!" Upon hearing Yu Tian's intense tone, she understood the gravity of the situation. As she turned around, she secretly channeled her energy to prepare for a comprehensive defense, waiting for her opponent to fall into her trap. 0

At that moment, the giant eagle was less than half a meter away from Shui'er. Turning back to see such a massive bird, he truly lived up to the title of Water Demon Wolf King. He quickly veered to the left, leaning his body as all four legs pressed against the clouds, hiding within the white mist. The giant eagle swooped through the air but, being a spirit creature, it soon adjusted its course. He was ready for a fierce confrontation; he did not want to tarnish the reputation of his Water Wolf God in the Water Elemental Realm. 0

Suddenly, Shui'er burst out from the clouds, catching up with the giant eagle that had just passed by. She lunged forward and before Yu Tian could shout again, she had already bitten down on one of the eagle's wings. 0

The giant eagle let out several piercing screams, as if calling for help from its companions. 0

Soon after, a powerful gust of wind swept through, forcefully blowing Shui'er away from the giant eagle. 0

Seeing such a drastic change occur in such a short time, Yu Tian hurried over. When he saw that Shui'er was unharmed, he turned his attention back. He noticed that the giant eagle had stopped not far away, but now there was a person on its back—presumably the Wind Elemental. 0

She wore a flowing white garment that fluttered gently in the wind, resembling a fairy from mythology. With her white attire and graceful figure, was she an Elemental God who had lived for thousands of years? Or perhaps just a self-absorbed old woman who had used magic to alter her appearance? 0

"That could be it!" Yu Tian thought as he watched her turn her head. From this distance, he found her quite beautiful. 0

Yu Tian didn't linger on his thoughts; Shui'er jumped onto him. He patted her and set her down. It seemed that Shui'er was seeking his protection. 0

"Young man! Treat my Wind Eagle better from now on and keep an eye on your Water Demon Wolf!" A strong and commanding voice rang out, completely unlike that of a gentle woman. Damn this wretched body; it led me to misjudge her. Yu Tian thought this but still showed respect; she was his examiner, and he dared not act recklessly. 0

"Are you the Wind Elemental? Actually, it was your Wind Eagle that attacked my Shui'er first!" Shui'er barked a few times as if affirming Yu Tian's statement. Of course, he felt justified in rebutting any wrongful accusations made by others. 0

"My eagle just loves to play!" The Wind Elemental's voice suddenly changed; it became magnetic and distinctly feminine in tone. This made Yu Tian feel not excitement but rather disgust. Clearly an old woman pretending to be young—he looked down on her disdainfully. 0

But at that moment, Shui Er, who had been silent all along, suddenly jumped down and ran towards the Wind Elemental. Was this fellow really running in the wrong direction? However, what happened next left Yu Tian utterly astonished. 0

The Wind Eagle was bitten, clearly a bit frightened and wanting to take flight. But the Wind Elemental had it under control, waving its hand as if preparing to use magic against Shui Er. 0

"Wind Elemental! Shui Er just wants to play!" Upon hearing this, the Wind Elemental retracted its hand and floated down from the Wind Eagle. 0

Shui Er ran to the side of the Wind Eagle and began to groom its feathers with its beak. The Wind Eagle responded by pecking at Shui Er's fur. Seeing them chase each other again, Yu Tian finally relaxed and turned his attention back to the Wind Elemental. 0

The Wind Elemental, being a woman, seemed a bit embarrassed and tilted her head slightly. 0

"Young man! They've gone off to play; it's time for our test to begin, right?" 0

"What test?" Yu Tian knew he couldn't escape the test, but he hadn't expected it to come so quickly. He barely had time to catch his breath... 0
