"Just happened to finish my seclusion and was out for a stroll. I didn't expect to see you bullying your juniors here; it truly opens my eyes. The number one person in Sui Kingdom actually resorts to attacking someone younger—aren't you afraid of being laughed at?" Hai Dongbo's face was filled with mockery. His name sounded imposing, but he had not always looked like a dwarf; it seemed he had cultivated some evil Soul Technique that had transformed him into this ghastly appearance. Dong Hua had always looked down on those who practiced such dark arts.
"Have you perhaps broken through to the Sixth Rank Spirit Wisdom Realm?" Dong Hua smiled slightly and continued, "Congratulations! At Sixth Rank Spirit Wisdom Realm, you've finally reached the level I attained over a decade ago. You can indeed feel proud."
The sarcasm in his words was unmistakable.

The moisture in the surrounding air quickly condensed into countless tiny ice particles. With a flick of his long sleeve, all the ice particles shot toward Song He and Song Xiao.
Faced with Donghua's powerful Soul Technique, Song He and Song Xiao dared not confront it head-on and could only dodge. However, the ice particles surrounded them like a blanket; although they managed to evade some, several still struck their bodies.
