In a flash of white light, the Wei family members arrived at Cang Mountain. Wei Chen instructed Musa to make arrangements while he himself had no mind for idle chatter and went off alone to participate in the construction of the Peach Blossom Sect's formation.
After helping to settle the Wei family members, Weirou found Wei Chen.
"Wei Chen, what's wrong with you?"
"Nothing. Have the clan members been arranged properly?"
"They have." Weirou replied softly and sat down beside Wei Chen, quietly gazing into the distance.
"Are you angry with me?" Weirou asked gently.
"No, you're overthinking it."
Wei Chen smiled, but Weirou sighed in resignation. "Wei Chen, I can't help it if you're angry with me. But they are still members of the Wei family. Is it really right to kill them like that?"
"Keeping them alive is a disaster; it's better to eliminate them directly. Didn't you see how indifferent the Wei family members were? They have long been targets of scorn. Do you believe that among them, there would be anyone mourning their deaths? Most likely, they think it was for the best."
Weirou felt gloomy because that was indeed the truth. While arranging accommodations for the Wei family members, Weirou had heard their sentiments; it seemed everyone felt relieved and thought that killing was justified...
"Sister Wei Rou, you must remember, no matter what you do, do not show mercy. Otherwise, in the end, it will be you who suffers. If you don't kill them now, you will face endless troubles in the future. "What do you mean by 'what do I plan to do'?" Wei Rou asked with a smile.
"I mean with Ji Mei. Do you still hate her?"
This was the question that worried Wei Chen the most. The rift between Wei Rou and Ji Mei was quite severe. Now that their people had returned, he needed to mend the relationship between them. More specifically, he hoped to help Wei Rou let go of her hatred for Ji Mei. Being caught in the middle was quite uncomfortable for him.

Receiving the news, Wei Chen flew out from Cang Mountain and stood before the warship, cupping his fists toward Master Jin. "Master Jin, your arrival brings great honor to all of us at Peach Blossom Sect!"
Master Jin's expression remained cold. "It has been a while, Wei Young Master. Since you are also a Formation Master, how about we have a match? If I lose, I will work as a laborer for your Peach Blossom Sect to set up formations. If you lose, even with Thunder Sovereign's orders, I will not step foot into Peach Blossom Sect!"
