After hearing Thunderstorm's words, Wei Chen felt immensely grateful for his help this time. "There have been many deaths among those opposing Dongxing Trading Company. Tracing back leads us to the Evil Dragon Path Assassin Organization. This is common knowledge throughout the Central Domain; however, without evidence, there's nothing we can do about it. Recently, Dingsheng Trading Company has suffered heavy casualties; your Beauty Companion Elegant should be cautious."
Thunderstorm had initially referred to Elegant as merely having some connection with Wei Chen but quickly changed his wording to describe her as Wei Chen's Beauty Companion.
The change was entirely due to the expression on Wei Chen's face when he reached the word "Elegant."
Wei Chen felt that Thunderstorm was speaking, unaware of his own expression. However, someone with Thunderstorm's level of power could easily perceive even the slightest change in Wei Chen's demeanor with his formidable spiritual awareness.
The strength of the strongest human was no joke.
Wei Chen forced a smile and said, "Thunder Sovereign, Elegant is not my lover."

"I would like you to help me propose to her as an elder brother," Wei Chen said earnestly, without a hint of embarrassment.
Thunderstorm opened his mouth, shook his head, sighed a few times, and then chuckled bitterly, "I thought you were just playing around. I didn’t expect you to be so serious."
"Thunder Sovereign, you promised!"
"Such a trivial matter, of course, I will agree."
"That's great! Also, please help me propose to Sister Qingling as well. I intend to marry both Elegant and Sister Qingling."
Upon hearing Wei Chen's words, Thunderstorm was stunned and incredulous. He could hardly believe his ears...

The two exchanged glances, both feeling pleased.
Thunderstorm took his leave, and Wei Chen brought Gu Yuehong and Ni Junlin to the guest rooms of the three heads of Dongxing Trading Company.
