Musa scoffed disdainfully a few times before turning away.
"Are you planning to leave without clarifying things?" Lei Susu narrowed her eyes, the Bone Whip coiling around her wrist shot out, wrapping around Musa.
Musa sensed the danger but disregarded it completely, offering no resistance as Lei Susu's Bone Whip firmly ensnared him.
Once secured, a mocking smile appeared at the corner of his mouth as he exerted force with his arms. In that moment, it seemed as if his body had grown larger; the Bone Whip emitted a screeching sound before bursting apart into fragments.
With sheer brute strength, Musa easily shattered Lei Susu's attack.
Lei Susu stared in disbelief at Musa. How could such a frail body possess such formidable power?
Even the Lei Brothers were left dumbfounded, wondering what was happening. They had all experienced the power of Lei Susu's Bone Whip and knew its might; how could it become so ineffective against Musa?
Musa crushed the Bone Whip and continued forward.
Lei Susu was not going to let this go. She quickly stepped in front of Musa, arms outstretched to block his path, and shouted angrily, "You owe me for my Bone Whip!"
"A good dog doesn't block the way. Get out of my sight! A woman like you is someone I wouldn't marry even if I were blind. Go back where you came from and stop being a nuisance in front of me," Musa replied coldly, his words sharp and unyielding.
Lei Susu's face shifted between shades of blue and white as she was verbally assaulted; it was quite a spectacle.
When had she ever been subjected to such insults?
"What are you staring at? Do you want to stay at Peach Blossom Sect? It doesn't matter; there are plenty of guest rooms on Cang Mountain. Just find a place to stay. I'm busy and won't entertain you," Musa said as he sidestepped and took off running, quickly disappearing from view.
The Lei Brothers and Wei Chen stood there in shock, unable to comprehend Musa's sudden outburst that left Lei Susu thoroughly humiliated.
The gentle and refined Musa seemed to have lost his composure under pressure.
"Young Master Wei, I feel that Mister Mu has quite the flair!"
"That girl has never been scolded by any man before; she's spoiled and becoming increasingly difficult to handle. Mister Mu's approach has surprisingly put her in her place."
"You're making me want to cry, tsk tsk, how rare. Mister Mu, well done, too bad he ran away; otherwise, we could have seen them fight."
"I bet someone like Mister Mu wouldn't hold back against a woman."
"Exactly, he would definitely teach her a good lesson."
Wei Chen, overhearing the Lei Brothers' conversation, felt almost drunk with disbelief.

Musa lifted his head and coldly glanced at Lei Susu. "I have a lot on my plate, so I can't entertain you. Just turn around and leave, go wherever you want, just don't show up in front of me."
"Hmph! Musa, I'm here to give you face, don't push your luck!" Lei Susu retorted angrily.
"My face is earned through my own efforts, not given by you. As long as you don't appear before me and ruin my appetite, I'll be satisfied," Musa replied. Having worked in a place like Wushuang City, he was quite eloquent; Lei Susu wouldn't gain any advantage in a verbal spar with him.
"I'm here to settle the score with you. If you don't compensate me for the Bone Whip, I won't leave." Lei Susu glared fiercely at Musa, her face filled with anger. That Bone Whip was a Ninth-Rank High-Level weapon, crafted from the vertebrae of Ninth-Rank High-Level beasts, and it was worth a fortune.
Most importantly, that Bone Whip was Lei Susu's weapon! Money was one thing, but finding another weapon that suited her as well would be a much bigger problem!
"You won't leave? Hmph, feel free to stay as long as you like, just don't disturb me," Musa sneered a few times before lowering his head to continue with his tasks.
