The Dark Mage looked at Wei Chen and said with a smirk, "I see your brain isn't working too well."
Upon hearing this, Wei Chen smiled. He knew that for someone as serious as the Dark Mage to start joking meant he was in a good mood.
Moreover, the Dark Mage's expression seemed to show a sense of relief; he truly had nothing to criticize about Wei Chen. Although Wei Chen had made a violent breakthrough in such a short time, it was still somewhat different from those under the Holy Demon Curse. The individuals under the Holy Demon Curse, particularly the first twenty-two in the Warrior Realm, cultivated quickly and appeared to be exceptionally talented. The Black Demon Clan replied, "It means there is no Cultivation Method. In the Seven Emotions and Six Desires Realm, it relies on personal insight. You might be able to borrow from others' cultivation experiences, but there are indeed no specific cultivation methods; everything depends on yourself."
After hearing the Dark Mage's words, Wei Chen was speechless. This was ridiculous! No cultivation method and everything relying on personal insight—how was he supposed to play this game?
Previously, he thought the requirements from the higher-ups of the Black Magic Clan were quite simple. But now, he no longer felt that way. It was not simple at all. The Seven Emotions and Six Desires Realm seemed completely unfathomable.
"Grandpa, how should I cultivate?" Wei Chen asked.

"What is Joy?"
"Happiness, delight."

With that, the Dark Mage waved his hand and said, "I'm leaving. I need to prepare for the attack on the Dragon Clan. This time, we must completely crush the Dragon Clan and leave them with no chance of rising again. Wei Chen still couldn't understand why there were millions of armies stationed to the south of the Black Magic Clan—what were those armies even doing?

"The Endless Sea," said the Black Demon Clan member. "Don't forget about it. Our Black Magic Clan is adjacent to the Endless Sea, the Dragon Clan is to the north, and the Dark Demon Clan is to the west; it's all Endless Sea. The threat from the Endless Sea is the greatest, even more so than the threats among the three major races."
Hearing the Dark Mage's words, Wei Chen was taken aback. Could it be that there was a Sea Tribe in the Demon Realm as well?
"Grandfather, what exists in the Endless Sea?"
"The Sea Tribe, of course. Isn't that obvious?"
The Dark Mage looked at Wei Chen with disdain, thinking that this child was too naive.
"The Sea Tribe? There’s a Sea Tribe in the Demon Realm?" Wei Chen asked in astonishment.
"Naturally. The Sea Tribe exists everywhere. Didn't your previous Soul World have a Sea Tribe?"
"Indeed, it did. But I thought that with such strength in the Demon Realm, the Sea Tribe wouldn't exist."
"You are gravely mistaken. The most powerful force within the Demon Realm is the Sea Tribe. Their power surpasses that of any of our Three Great Clans. If our Three Great Clans were united, we would not fear the Sea Tribe at all. However, we do not trust one another and are always on guard against each other, which allows the Sea Tribe to become the strongest race in the Demon Realm. In fact, there is also a Sea Tribe in the Nine Immortal Realm, but their influence there is weak due to a lack of vast oceans. The Sea Tribe there could be referred to as the Sea Demon Tribe; they look different from humans. In our Demon Realm, however, the Sea Tribe resembles humans closely, except their skin is green and their eyes are almost dark green."
The Dark Mage paused for a moment before continuing, "The Endless Sea poses a threat to the Three Great Clans, yet they do not dare to attack our continent. On one hand, if they were to invade our land, the Three Great Clans would unite temporarily to deal with them. On the other hand, their combat power diminishes on land. In the sea, we cannot match them; however, on land, they are not our match."
"The threat from the Sea Tribe is ever-present; we must remain vigilant. Who knows when those desperate Sea Tribe members might decide to raid our land for resources?"
"Raid for resources? Does the Sea Tribe also need things from our land?"
"Sometimes, when faced with harsh conditions in the Endless Sea, food becomes scarce, and they resort to raiding the land. However, generally speaking, the Sea Tribe only plunders among those tribes and does not attack us in the Three Great Clans. In the southern part of our Black Magic Clan, there are actually a dozen or so tribes that act as a buffer. When the Sea Tribe attacks the mainland, they often raid on their territory before returning to the Endless Sea, without impacting our Black Magic Clan. Those tribes are considered subordinate forces to our Black Magic Clan; they have always wanted to merge into our clan, but for the safety of the entire Black Magic Clan, every Demon Emperor throughout history has rejected their requests."
The harsh reality began to sink in for Wei Chen.
"Grandpa, you go ahead with your business. I'll focus on cultivating in the Seven Emotions and Six Desires Realm."

The Dark Mage left, and Wei Chen found himself at a loss for how to cultivate in the Seven Emotions and Six Desires Realm. With no leads, he decided to seek out the Demon Lotus Emperor.
Typically, when Wei Chen was at a dead end, the Demon Lotus Emperor would have a solution. The Demon Lotus Emperor had many ideas—whether good or bad—what mattered to Wei Chen was that they were effective.
The Demon Lotus Emperor was currently in seclusion, pondering how to create the Time Martial Soul. The Spatial Martial Soul was relatively simple; he had already succeeded. Now, at the Peak of Earth Soul Realm, he was just one step away from achieving the Time Martial Soul.
He had no clues about the Time Martial Soul and was considering disregarding his pride to ask Wei Chen for advice when unexpectedly, Wei Chen came knocking.
Seeing Wei Chen, the Demon Lotus Emperor greeted him with delight. "Wei Chen, what brings you here?"
With a beaming smile and an unusually pleasant demeanor, the Demon Lotus Emperor welcomed him.
Wei Chen was taken aback. What on earth is going on? This is making me feel quite uneasy!
"Demon Lotus Emperor, have you encountered some happy news?"
"No."
"Have you lost your mind?"
"No."
"Then why are you looking at me with that silly grin? Do I look particularly handsome today?"
Wei Chen looked at the Demon Lotus Emperor with disdain, feeling a bit powerless to retort.
"Heh heh, isn't it because seeing you makes me happy?" The Demon Lotus Emperor chuckled mischievously. The moment Wei Chen saw that expression, he sensed something was off with the Demon Lotus Emperor today; there was definitely something fishy going on.
Wei Chen asked, "What exactly do you want?"
"Nothing much, I just haven't seen you for a while after my retreat, and I've been thinking about you," the Demon Lotus Emperor replied with a smile.
Wei Chen was creeped out and covered in goosebumps. What the hell? Thinking of you? No way am I getting involved in that...
"Cut it out. Just say what you need to say," Wei Chen said flatly.
The Demon Lotus Emperor continued, "I've condensed my Spatial Martial Soul. It wasn't too difficult, but I'm completely stumped on the last step for the Time Martial Soul. Can you tell me how you managed to create your Time Martial Soul back then?"
The Demon Lotus Emperor looked at Wei Chen with eager anticipation.
Wei Chen recounted what had happened at that time, and after pondering for a moment, the Demon Lotus Emperor said, "So, you experienced a time travel?"
"Almost."
"What about that time travel? How did it happen?" The Demon Lotus Emperor looked at Wei Chen earnestly, his face filled with anticipation.
Wei Chen shook his head and smiled wryly. "Honestly, I don't know either..."
In truth, Wei Chen really didn't know.
"Demon Lotus Emperor, you could try to imagine a timeline and a spatial axis. All I can tell you is that the timeline and spatial axis combine to form the Spatial Plane. Since you've already condensed your Spatial Martial Soul, you have the vertical spatial axis. If you can think about the horizontal timeline, maybe you'll succeed."
Wei Chen hoped that the Demon Lotus Emperor would rise to the challenge; at least there would be someone to help when faced with difficulties.
He was so familiar with the Demon Lotus Emperor that he trusted him completely.
After a moment of hesitation, the Demon Lotus Emperor nodded.
"Wei Chen, what brings you here? You can't just be here to chat with me, right?" The Demon Lotus Emperor asked Wei Chen lightly.
Wei Chen replied, "I wanted to ask you about the cultivation realms in the Demon Domain, specifically regarding the Seven Emotions and Six Desires Realm. You've been in the Nine Immortal Realm; do you understand anything about the Seven Emotions and Six Desires Realm?"
To Wei Chen's disappointment, the Demon Lotus Emperor shook his head directly. "In the Nine Immortal Realm, after level twenty-two, it is not the Seven Emotions and Six Desires Realm."
"Not? Then what is it?" Wei Chen asked excitedly. If he could find other cultivation methods, it would be much better than the Seven Emotions and Six Desires Realm. The Seven Emotions and Six Desires Realm sounded incredibly mystical, and he couldn't find any clues about it.
