The rolling waves never ceased, and everyone was lifted high, their eyes fixed intently on the scene below. Once something flew out from the Azure Green Pool, the Eastern Forest Contest would officially begin.
In contrast to the excitement of the ordinary forces, the higher-ups of the Temple of Martial Arts were filled with worry.

As the giant waves rolled, the hearts of several high-ranking members of the Temple of Martial Arts rose and fell with the tumultuous waters.

Below the curtain, the Lost City steadily ascended, its oppressive force growing weaker. The speed at which it rose increased rapidly. Meanwhile, cracks in the curtain began as tiny fissures but gradually widened into deep gashes.
Uncle, Second Uncle, and Great-Uncle Three displayed excited expressions; they had succeeded! The Lost City, their foundation, had finally been preserved.
At last, the curtain exploded entirely, losing any ability to resist the Lost City. The Lost City shot forth violently, displacing space and traveling thousands of miles in an instant.
Having broken free from its constraints, Wei Chen used a surge of Divine Power to control the Lost City and pull it into his True God World.
Uncle, Second Uncle, Great-Uncle Three, and Killing God Senior all followed him into his True God World.
Left behind in the Azure Green Pool was only Wei Chen and the already predetermined Sea Palace.

"Wei Chenyu, you go ahead and do your thing. We'll take some time to familiarize ourselves with the surroundings."

Uncle, Second Uncle, and Great-Uncle Three arrived in Wei Chen's True God World, where they encountered Killing God Senior and the Soul Bodies of Great Xia Divine King and Sui Guo Gong Fu Wei Chen. With these companions, things weren't so dull anymore.
Above the Azure Green Pool, after a massive wave surged through, the entire Azure Green Pool returned to calmness, with not a single ripple in sight. It was as if the previous tumultuous waves had never existed.
"That kid Wei Chen isn't dead, is he? Damn it! If he dies, I'll have to take the blame. But honestly, he chose to dive deeper; it has nothing to do with me!" Yue Songyang, Deputy Hall Master lamented. The Elder Ancestors were already complaining that he hadn't protected Wei Chen well enough. Wei Chen thought about the situation above the Azure Green Pool while calmly setting up his formation, ensuring that no one could disturb him.

Yue Songyang hurriedly said, "I'm just glad you're out; how could I curse you to death?" After a pause, he asked again, "Zi, what happened just now beneath the Azure Green Pool? Do you know there was a huge wave up here?"
"When I was setting up the formation, I accidentally caused some commotion. I didn't expect it to affect above; so many tents were knocked down—it's my fault," Wei Chen said lightly. Having gained so many benefits and now able to tease Yue Songyang made him feel quite good.
Yue Songyang looked puzzled. "Can your formation really create such a big disturbance?"
"The effects of a formation vary depending on specific times and places. You don't need to ask too much about this; it's my formation secret. Since you don't want to learn about formations from me, I can't tell you too much," Wei Chen said deliberately with an air of mystery. Yue Songyang had no choice but to let it go.

Wei Chen smiled and explained, "It's actually quite simple. When I went to the Azure Green Pool, I set up a formation on you. That formation is very concealed; unless a Formation Master comes along, no one can see it. Otherwise, you wouldn't have noticed me. I used the formation to teleport behind you."
"Is it really that powerful?" Yue Songyang was somewhat shocked. The power of formations was truly beyond imagination! Has Wei Chen's mastery of formations really reached such a level?
Wei Chen chuckled, "It's not that impressive. Don't think my formation can be used to attack others. Wei Chen nodded. "Everything is ready. When the Treasure is unearthed and revealed to everyone, I'll move it deep into the Azure Green Pool without anyone noticing."
"That's good." Yue Songyang looked at Wei Chen and pointed to a large area above the Azure Green Pool. "Now we can start setting up another formation, right? I've received news that Duke Sui's Residence and the people from Privy Hall and Southern Ming Divine Palace are on their way. They will arrive soon, so we should finish the formation before they get here. We can't let them see the traces of your formation; otherwise, if they break it, all our preparations will be in vain."
