"This is not scientific!"
Jiang looked at Mavis with a conflicted expression. Indeed, after having the emblem of the Dark Guild from Fairy Tail printed on his armor, he could see Mavis as well. However, it was clear that he was quite shocked by this.
"What's unscientific about it?"
Newton seemed indifferent.
"We're currently in a Magical World; even if it's unscientific, it doesn't seem to be a problem."
Newton's words made Jiang sigh; it seemed there was indeed no issue with that.
"Mavis, President..."
Newton turned to Mavis.
"There's no need to call me President; just call me Mavis."

Newton had no idea that each President was privy to such information. But then he recalled how Laxus's father had been expelled by Makarov and subsequently hunted down by him. "Moreover, my curse is related to Jelf; I used to be in a romantic relationship with him."
"Pfft."
Newton spat blood at this revelation. It was at this moment he truly understood what real legends were.
"Wait a minute, Jelf? An immortal body? Jelf also possesses immortality? And if the curse causes Jelf to occasionally emit a kind of deathly magic, is that the curse? Is your curse because of Jelf?"
"That's right."
Mavis nodded, but she had no intention of going down that path. After all, this was part of her own dark history. As for how Newton knew these things, it wasn't surprising; Mavis was aware of the meeting between Jelf and Newton on Wolf Island.
"Wait, what is the relationship between Jelf and Natsu?"

Looking at Mavis, who had the physique of a loli, Newton couldn't help but scorn Jelf in his heart.

Mavis playfully tapped Newton on the head.

To bring his brother back to life, Jelf began to explore the secrets of life. However, he was cursed by the gods and became immortal. The more he cherished life, the stronger the curse of death became."
Incredibly, Newton found it even more astonishing.
"A brother? Natsu?"
Mavis nodded.
"That's right. You know about the magic Jelf created to produce demons, right? That magic was originally intended to resurrect his brother. There were various systems and all kinds of magic involved, and in the end, he succeeded—Natsu was created..."
"Created... a demon..."
Newton's expression turned complex as he quickly asked, "So, will Natsu be controlled by Jelf? Is his life under Jelf's control?"
"I don't know about that. I only know about his past; I’m not aware of the specifics of how it was done. So this is something you'll have to research further."
Mavis glanced around at the experimental subjects nearby.
"Honestly, these things of yours don't seem to differ much from Jelf. Your potential is quite strong."
"Alright, let's put that aside for now and talk about Wolf Island."
"Well, it's because I was cursed, and then I sealed my body away, which is underground at the Fairy Tail Guild. However, my soul remained on Wolf Island, and Wolf Island became our sacred place. Oh dear, I feel a bit embarrassed being referred to as something sacred."
Mavis covered her face and swayed her body.

The three great magics of Fairy: Fairy Law, Fairy Glitter, and Fairy Sphere. One is an area attack, one is a single-target attack, and one is for defense. There are corresponding release methods in the library, so upon hearing about Fairy Sphere, Newton felt relieved. That meant the people on Wolf Island would definitely be fine.

But what Mavis said next made Newton's heart tighten.
