Newton arrived at the place where Miraj and Erza were, both of them battered and bruised. He approached them without waking them, and with a wave of his hand, a villa rose from the ground. Newton gently lifted both of them and placed them on the bed.
Of course, nothing inappropriate would happen. Newton administered potions to both of them and carefully removed their clothes to tend to their wounds.
Looking at the injuries on their bodies, Newton couldn't help but clench his fists. He vowed that next time, Acnologia would pay for this.

Miraj woke up, her eyes landing on the unfamiliar man tending to her injuries, and a radiant smile blossomed on her face.

Newton shook his head. This situation was quite complicated. He glanced at the two of them.
"How are you feeling? Let me take you to the base."
"The base?"
Although Miraj and Erza didn't understand what the base was about, they nodded. Newton made some clothes for them, and after they changed, the three of them headed to Newton's base.
Inside the base, everyone was already waiting. Jang stood off to the side. When Newton and the others arrived, everyone looked at Newton with expressions of disdain.

Newton tugged at the corner of his mouth, finally understanding why everyone looked at him so strangely. It was all because of Jiang.

Jiang replied nonchalantly.
"Alright then."
