"I understand, I'm on my way," I said before hanging up the phone. "Little Farmer, let's go see Fu Yuehua; she's awake." I quickly tossed the words over my shoulder as I headed outside. 0

Since nothing had been discovered here and Fu Yuehua was awake, the first thing to do was to ask her. Only she knew what had happened and what had transpired; staying here was no longer meaningful. 0

"Yes," Little Farmer responded, catching up with me as we ran out. Little Farmer and Jinghe had enlisted together. Although one came from the countryside and the other from the city, their time in the barracks had forged a strong bond among the soldiers. Jinghe was particularly generous, often sharing snacks bought with money sent from home and frequently sharing stories about life in the city. This made him quite popular. When Fu Yuehua's incident occurred, Little Farmer was also worried about Jinghe, which was another reason he was eager to assist me in the investigation. 0

We took our time coming up, but we rushed down quickly, thudding along as we ran. By the time we reached the infirmary from the dormitory area, I was drenched in sweat. 0

The door to the observation room in the infirmary was open, so I barged right in. I saw Jinghe looking helplessly at Fu Yuehua, who sat on the hospital bed looking dazed, while the attending physician examined her. 0

"What happened?" I barely caught my breath as I spoke. 0

"She just woke up," Jinghe said hurriedly upon seeing me, as if he had spotted a savior. 0

"Don't rush. What did she say?" I leaned on my knees, panting heavily. 0

"I... I haven't asked yet." 0

"What the hell!" I shook my head and turned to the physician who had just finished examining her. "Doctor, how is she?" 0

The physician looked equally puzzled. "Her vital signs are fine; she's doing well physically, but her consciousness isn't very clear." 0

"So what's going on then?" 0

"I'm not sure either. We might need to consider an Electroencephalogram or Magnetic Resonance tomorrow," the physician shrugged and walked away. 0

I was at a loss for words. 0

I turned to the equally bewildered Fu Yuehua and asked, "Classmate, how are you feeling right now?" 0

Fu Yuehua glanced at me, then at Jinghe, as if she didn't recognize us. Her expression was strange—somewhat vacant yet with a hint of vitality; it was as if her focus was scattered. After a moment, she turned her head to scan the room, particularly staring out the window for quite some time before finally looking back. 0

"Where am I?" 0

"You're in the Health Center. Don't you know what happened?" I replied cautiously. 0

"How did I end up here?" Fu Yuehua asked lightly, seemingly unfazed. 0

"You fainted in the Old Building this afternoon. Don't you remember?" I was a bit surprised. 0

Fu Yuehua shook her head. "I don't remember." 0

"What do you recall from before and after your nap this afternoon?" 0

"Naptime?" Fu Yuehua echoed, lowering her head in thought for a moment before quietly saying, "I lay down and fell asleep shortly after, then woke up to find myself here." 0

"That's quite bizarre," I thought. Sleepwalking? 0

"Fu Yuehua, have you ever experienced sleepwalking before?" Jinghe chimed in. 0

"Sleepwalking?" Fu Yuehua lifted her head to look at Jinghe, pausing for a moment. "Maybe." 0

I was about to ask something else when Fu Yuehua said, "I'm a bit tired and my mind is in a mess. I want to sleep for a while." 0

Hadn't she just slept for so long? I thought to myself, but I still nodded and, feeling dejected, pulled Jinghe out of the Observation Room. 0

How could I not feel dejected? I was hoping to find some clues from her, but it seemed like that was in vain. 0

After closing the door, I turned around and ran into the counselor who hurried over, asking anxiously, "How is she? Is she okay?" 0

"Don't worry, she's fine. However, it seems she doesn't remember what happened," I reassured her. 0

"That's good to hear, that's good," the counselor said, patting her chest repeatedly. 0

"She's resting inside. Let's come back tomorrow. By the way, you should take her for a comprehensive check-up tomorrow. An Electroencephalogram and Magnetic Resonance imaging are necessary," I instructed the counselor. Honestly, I wasn't entirely sure myself. If there were indeed any organic brain issues, it wouldn't be surprising if such situations arose. There was even a possibility of dissociative identity disorder. In any case, there were many potential causes, and it might not be what I was thinking. If you asked me which one it was, I actually didn't want to think about it at that moment; I was somewhat avoiding it. I just felt relieved that she was okay. Who knew this would plant hidden dangers for the future? 0

After sending the counselor back, I took Jinghe and Little Farmer back to the dormitory building. After washing up and checking on things, it was nearly two o'clock by the time I lay down. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I fell asleep. 0

When Sheng Xiong woke me up, I realized it was Monday—the start of the Second Week—and the second phase of Military Training had begun. 0

The morning was busy with meals and checking Internal Affairs. Of course, before assembly, I met with the counselor again and asked her to arrange for someone to take turns accompanying Fu Yuehua. I was just worried that Fu Yuehua might have another episode and run off to the Old Building; I couldn't handle another incident like that. 0

After a busy weekend, facing the students on the playground felt like an eternity had passed. I let out a sigh of relief and hoped that Military Training would end smoothly. Then I gave the command to stand in Military Posture for half an hour. 0

After a week of practice, the students had fully adapted to standing in Military Posture. The class leader no longer needed to walk around correcting or reminding them; everyone stood at attention quite conscientiously. Of course, their posture still fell short of military standards, but it was already quite good considering we were only training their spirit and perseverance. There was no need to be overly strict about it; I understood that much. 0

This week's training mainly focused on formations. After standing in Military Posture, each class dispersed across the playground to practice stopping and turning in place—essentially training on how to pivot in place—while I walked around inspecting each class's practice situation. 0

It was better not to look, but once I did, I couldn't help but shake my head. Some were confused about their turns: clearly turning left but ending up turning right; others were unsteady, spinning in place and wobbling uncontrollably. Sigh, it seemed like the training on turning techniques would have to be postponed for a day. 0

The training results were average, but that didn't affect the students' enthusiasm for interacting with the instructors. Indeed, it was true; it wasn't a matter of wording. Whenever there was a break, every class, regardless of whether it was boys or girls, gathered around the instructors in the shade, excitedly engaged. It was either the instructors telling stories or putting on performances. The interaction between students and instructors was genuinely joyful. I hadn't expected such a harmonious relationship; this camaraderie even united each class into a whole. It was common to see two neighboring classes singing together or competing during training sessions, and sometimes even two instructors would compete against each other, cheering for their respective classes. 0

Xuanhua and Sheng Xiong were neighboring classes, seemingly arguing over which class had a more orderly formation. The two were red-faced and heated; Xuanhua nearly used his position as class leader to assert dominance, while Sheng Xiong jumped around wanting to challenge Xuanhua. Watching the two tall Cadets arguing passionately for their classes made me sigh; how would one say that in today's terms? Ah yes, "If you take it too seriously, you'll lose." 0

However, I didn't intervene much. Honor—the most important thing for soldiers is Honor, especially for us in Sharp Blade Company. Let them compete based on their own abilities; yes, the class leader might have higher qualities, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the students they lead will be better. 0

What frustrated me the most was that during breaks, I was always sitting alone on the side, with no one coming over to chat with me. I had no choice but to awkwardly make small talk with the counselor. Every time I approached the group, it felt like everyone was on guard against me; wherever I went, the students would fall silent, even if they had been lively just moments before. Even the warriors leading the Cadets looked at me with longing eyes, hoping I would leave soon. 0

After the first day's training ended in the afternoon, I specifically went with the counselor to the infirmary to check on Fu Yuehua. She seemed much more spirited than yesterday, but perhaps due to her earlier fright, she wasn't very talkative and seemed quite sullen compared to before. However, I didn't pay much attention; after all, something had happened. The school doctor said she could go back but advised resting for a few days and not participating in training. I was more than happy with that and quickly discussed it with the counselor. In the end, we decided she could still go to the training ground but could rest anytime she felt uncomfortable. 0

Strangely enough, since Fu Yuehua joined Military Training on the second day, she had noticeably improved and actively participated in class activities. She especially followed Jinghe around a lot. I noticed her gaze often fixed on Jinghe, which was quite Strange. Fortunately, nothing similar to last weekend's incident had occurred again. I asked Jinghe to keep an eye on her as well and encouraged her to communicate more with a few girls privately to see if any more Strange behavior from Fu Yuehua would happen at night. 0

And so, Military Training returned to its regular rhythm. Days passed by one after another until we reached the third week. 0

To be continued; tomorrow will be even more exciting. 0
