Boom!
The sound of the impact was deafening, like two steam trains colliding violently, and the roar made Daniel feel dizzy.
When he clumsily got up from the ground and saw the dark figures clearly, he couldn't help but exclaim, "Holy crap, that's a crocodile!!!"
Three massive black creatures loomed before him, each over 5 meters long, with the longest one nearing 10 meters!
They were covered in a layer of dark armor, resembling steel forged into shape, glinting with a cold metallic sheen. Even lying down, they were taller than an adult.
In addition to them was a Three-Headed Giant Dog, standing four meters tall and nearly eight meters long. Flames flickered in its eyes as its three fierce mouths gnawed at the vines, completely unfazed by the thorns covering them.
Lastly, there was a Two-Headed Giant Monkey. Its two heads resembled snakes and were covered in golden scales, making it look like a golden war god.
It wielded a nearly ten-meter-long iron rod as thick as a bowl. The solid one-ton rod whirled through the air with ease, smashing through vines as thick as barrels!
"Bro, are these all your totems?" Daniel asked, his mouth agape before finally closing it, trembling slightly.
"Yeah, my family is poor and I couldn't afford to buy those cultivated creatures, so I had to find them myself. Sorry for making you laugh," the other person said somewhat bashfully while stroking the white fox in his arms.
Daniel shivered all over as a storm of beasts surged within him.
Forget about being poor; suddenly having five Evolved Grade Totems appear out of nowhere—each one at the pinnacle of Ultimate Evolution Body—who would believe you're just a First Level newbie!
Xiar no longer looked at him. Since all his trump cards had arrived, he wanted to see how strong he had become now.
"Go ahead; tear him apart!"
Roar! Growl! Bark!
The five Evolution-level Half Totems charged forward under his mental command, splitting into two teams to surround and attack each Vine Dragon.
Their mouths were razor-sharp, capable of easily tearing through vines, and in the blink of an eye, they had shredded two Vine Dragons!

Xiar squinted as he saw a blinding red light erupt from the location of the Vine Ball. Vines shattered one after another, and in an instant, more than a third of them were destroyed!
"Impressive! This must be the Totem Armor developed by Morent Academy. Constructing biological armor through totem creation is somewhat akin to the individual mechs from my previous life; it significantly enhances attack power."

Then, let the Evolution begin!

Not far away, a Giant Swamp Crocodile let out a furious roar, its body shimmering with a faint glow as it suddenly expanded.

"Hang in there, brother! I'll go get help!" He climbed onto the shoulder of the Crimson Fire Monkey like a monkey and dashed toward Storm Harbor.
Xiar watched his retreating figure with a mix of disbelief and resignation. This guy was indeed unreliable, but thankfully he hadn't expected much from him.
Now it was imperative to resolve this quickly; otherwise, more trouble would come. Since the first attempt at Evolution had failed, he would move on to the second!
Evolving to Ultimate Form was a transformation for the totem, granting it power that surpassed ordinary creatures. However, if the transformation failed, it would result in utter destruction—death beyond recovery.
Ordinary Spirit Masters could forcibly terminate their attempts upon failure and recover after some rest, but his was a Half Totem; failure meant certain death!
Yet, he didn't mind. He had deliberately refrained from increasing the number of totems to ensure he had enough Evolution Points for the totem to complete its Ultimate Evolution.
The second Swamp Crocodile began its Evolution, and a deafening roar echoed once more!
